Powerful tool with a few missing pieces
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is a comprehensive all-in-one tool with powerful analytics and scheduling abilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 10-item restrictions on Instagram story posts and Facebook albums are very limiting and hinder advanced planning for things like takeovers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping me solve our previous issue of lacking enough comprehensive data to plan social media strategy in advance.
"Easy and Efficient "
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Sprout is it's very easy to integrate and is a user-friendly tool and it's not complicated to use. it's one the best tools for customer support and is very efficient for providing resolutions to customers on time. I have been using this tool daily and I can't tell you it is very smooth and it doesn't even lag, hence it increases the daily productivity and it also has multiple features as per your needs. It's so easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike i have been using it so far it is a smooth and easy tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is beneficial to compile all client complaints from various social sites and merge them into a single tool so that we can help customers with a better resolution on time without hitting the SLA, and also other the best part about Spout is its multiple features and accommodates multiple social platforms and helps us to navigate easily to the customer complaint to proved the best solution which helps in the brands reputation.

What do you like best about the product?
In my opinion, the best part of this tool is its ease of use, any new user can easily access this tool. Sprout Social provides us with a user-friendly interface and the best part of this tool is provides the best customer support to the customer or a user in this tool you can easily implement it according to your usage. this tool is made for frequent use. Also, they provide several features where you can easily track your daily activity. With this tool, you can easily integrate with another tool. so my experience with his tool is great because it works fast compared to other social media handling tools and I like to work with this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
So basically there is nothing to dislike in this tool, But we are using this tool with Salesforce when we try to log in to Sprout Social in Salesforce we get an error sometimes apart from this problem this is the best tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool is very useful for me because it solved my many problems we can operate all the social media platforms in one tool. also, they provide great customer support to the customer and any new user can easily operate this tool because they provide a user-friendly interface also they provide various types of dashboards where you can easily find daily activity comments of different platforms user information, and email and you can easily reply to the customer to use this tool. so my experience with this tool is great.

Intuitive and easy to use. Practical, and good for beginers.
What do you dislike about the product?
No paid ad campaigns. Sometimes the engagement rate doesn´t appear correct as do deleted posts.

Schedule posts, check regularly engagement rates.

Sprout Social is helping me to organise entire data of all the social media handles at one place as well as keeping it very simple to track past messges or cpmplaints of customer as i'm working on Social Customer Serivce and Social Media Listening.

Limited functionality when not on the highest package. Would want access to features but upgrading is limited by budget given

For the most part scheduling for several channels and accounts at the same time. Really enjoying reporting functionality

The analytics feature is really good and goes well with Salesforce Marketing Intelligence.
Very good overview of all the accounts that are linked. Work very well for us with 30+ accounts.

Lack of comments overview and export for analytics.

Keeping track of all our local market accounts is made easy.
I'm not the one doing the actual posting but according to mt collegaues this is very simple to do.
The analytics is strong and easy to manage. Also by using the API feature to connect to Salesforce.
Support team is quick to respond.

What do you like best about the product?
it is easy to use, features are very convenient and useful, we can track our progress, and frequency of social media and the traffic is easily tracked, bifurcating the cases according to the tone helps us to understand better, we can check feeds, published posts, bots that reduces the strain. Reports can be checked time to time which makes the work more productive, ease of integration, a perfect tool for customer support.

Its a bit slow, not easy to navigate, and comes with pricing constraint and can not add more profiles to it

Simplifies the engagement, reports, reviews, publishing on social media. Time-saving, filters spam and has broad channel coverage, has a record of customers' history. Can work for multiple social media platforms has a feature of real-time tracking also has mobile access which makes it more friendly and easy to use.
Easy to use and analyze social
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social makes posting and viewing a content calendar very easy across teams. I especially love the ability to add notes to the publishing calendar so we can make note of important events coming up.
Tagging makes it easy to review analytics by post type, and Sprout has gotten our whole social team more organized and on the same page.
Lastly, we are about to launch our advocacy campaign for our employees to get more involved in social and it seems like Sprout makes it SO easy for employees!

There are no real downsides to Sprout. It has all the capabilities of other tools, plus more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems we were encountering was an inability for our social teams across our divisions to collaborate and share content. Sprout has made this so much easier!
