Social Media Meets Performance Marketing

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has nearly every feature you could want when it comes to a social media tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social is quite costly when compared to other social tools. It might not be the right choice for small businesses or individual use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social enables me to easily schedule social posts, respond to comments, and analyze performance. I love that I am able to tag/cateogrize posts and report metrics based on tags. It makes my life so much easier when it comes to reporting analytics to different teams/functions across my company.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the analytics and the broad offering from it as a platform, you don't need other tools when using Sprout.
What do you dislike about the product?
Link in bio feature isnt great, as you cannot add any additional buttons or customise it much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy analytics and pulling bespoke reports quickly and easily,

What do you like best about the product?
I love to use Sprout Social because I can schedule posts ahead of time, keep better track of campaigns, pull up reports easily, and even edit photos during the posting process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm having a hard time linking my paid ads to my Sprout account
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love being able to monitor the Smart Inbox, and easily see when another company or individual has mentioned my company.

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting functions are my favorite part of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The publishing calendar is not as user-friendly as other options I have used previously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Sprout Social for the overall management of our social media program. We have a large number of social profiles and managing with a platform tool would be pretty much impossible.

Great analytics tools

What do you like best about the product?
The analytics and reporting tools are really great and they save so much time compared to gathering data manually. The ease of publishing posts is another great reason to use Sprout. The implementation process was really smooth and we were able to get onbaorded and start using Sprout immediately. I use sprout daily for social media check-in, calendar organization, and for the smart inbox feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The asset library could be improved to upload multiple videos at once. I find that it takes a long time to get video uploaded on there. The social listening tool is so robust that I almost don't know where to start. It is overwhelming and I think more guidance from our customer success rep would get us in the right spot to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social saves a lot of time when it comes to publishing and scheduling content. It also allows us to have visibility of what the other business units are scheduling on their social feeds. The reporting feature also saves time when it comes to reviewing metrics. Reporting is in depth and easy to use.

Taken Our Social Media Management to Another Level

What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of features we did not have with Buffer before upgrading to Sprout. The Smart Inbox has organized our team and response time to inquiries. We have over 100 Google Business listings, once that happens, Google no longer sends you an email when you recieve a review, but Sprout will. Dynamic reporting functionality, including competitor reports. Automations to allow us to get deal with spam automatically. We have a customer support manager to help us when we are having issues, and help us reach our vision.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited tagging opportunities when responding to some messages in the Smart Inbox, you have to leave the platform to do so. Hard to dial in the Social Listening tool without pulling in irrelvant data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As previously mentioned, we have over 100 locations and Google no longer sends email notifications when you get a new review, but Sprout will.

Smart Inbox allows us to organize and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.

Everything I need in one place!

What do you like best about the product?
The Competitor Performance and Copmetitor Posts options are what sold me initally. However, it's so much more than that. I track multiple brands, schedule posts, track performance and also keep an eye on the competition in one place. I'm not having to hunt for information and I love that. Like meantioned before, I manage multiple brands on multiple social media platforms. I can add them all in Sprout Social in a snap. It's very easy to use, in fact, I use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't connect my Google Analytics, and I can't share my calendar of scheduled posts outside of the platform. But that's about it. There's a lot to learn but I enjoy Sprout Social.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like having everything in one platform. Before I'd have to login to each social media accout, and each social media platform. I was certainly missing information. I like seeing all of the brands together.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Sprout is so dependable. The UI is intuitive and user-friendly and helps me so much every week!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything. I like it all.

Sprout helps me to keep up with comments, helps me to schedule effectively and efficiently ahead of time, and helps me to grab analytics quickly and easily.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can get so many insights and my post calendar at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it difficult to do things like quote tweet and search for basically anything. I find it difficult to search for particular users, my past posts, keywords. I feel like these are pretty basic things that should be readily available and easy to find. It
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes running 9 accounts very smooth and easy to see at a glance. It keeps my workload tidy and streamlined.
