Sprout is great
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it allows me to keep up with all our reviews!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more integrations with the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They allow me to keep up with everything going on with our socials as well as topics relevant to our industry. This allows me to keep up with current trends and topics to incorporate into our marketing strategies.
Sprout has saved SO much time!
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has truly made repurposing content to social platforms seamless. I save hours every week by utilizing the schedule and duplicate tool. It makes it so easy to change the messaging for each platform but still promote the same content.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still a lot of API limitiations on the platform. Although it is not a Sprout problem, they seem to offer these features but then you find out that it is only available through one platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has made it easier to cross promote among our business units since we are an enterprise. It also has really uped our reporting for analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to tag posts and DMs and organize them into campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to see Instagram post shares.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to see photo and video previews in our DMs instead of having to go to the native app to see the photo/video that was DM'd to us.
I really like the interface on Sprout social. It's easy to navigate.
What do you like best about the product?
The interface. Very user-friendly. I also enjoyed the analytical tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scheduling page. It's hard to schedule multiple posts on different platforms all at once. Later.com actually has better interface for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see all the upcoming posts is really beneficial to me.

Have been enjoying the customization in one window for social posts on multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
TFA/user permissions is too extreme. Customer service is slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly scheduiling posts, getting granual about social usage and statetgy.

It's really simple to use with the freedom to save our response and use it later which makes customer interaction so simpler.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it lags I hope they will fix this in the next update and the reports sometimes might take time to load.

The best part about Sprout Social is you can have all the social media under one platform and interact with multiple customers on different platforms simultaneously, making it flexible and easy to use.
Digital social engagement has become very easy with sprout social.

From responding to customer's queries & complaints to categorizing their sentiments and issues, Sprout Social has covered everything under one roof.

Sometimes we don't get the reply box to respond to customer's queries/complaints even after hard refresh.

It is helping in managing the brands social reputation.

The best part is about the feature to tag cases as per the sentiment and the mutliple featuers to get the history of the customer is the best to understand the customer.

Its is a usefull software and hepls to saole the customer issue in a very appropriate way and helps to study the customer issue properly by directing its problem to the screen.
