Sprout Social leads the industry due to its user-intuitive simplicity...still room for improvement.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing over 100 local audiences across the country while maintaining brand consistency in messaging, content, and cadence.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to schedule. Relatively easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate that you cant schedule polls, also customer support can be better.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout social has a ton of great features that take social media management to the next level. Their reports are extensive; social listening tools are top notch; and scheduling is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because Sprout is so vast in its tools, it can be hard to learn all the features and functions. Additionally, it can be difficult to teach new members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has a great one-place inbox where I can monitor and manage incoming messages to all of my platforms.

ai features suggested keywords in social listening and ease of connecting and managing social channels
What do you dislike about the product?
not too much at the moment, reports are helpful and everything is shareable, making it easy to showcase key insights and data to upper-level management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout makes it easy to pre-plan our content calendar, research trends, and monitor our competitors. It is simple to pull performance data and everything is well organized.
Sprout is very useful, but is still missing key features
What do you like best about the product?
I can do almost everything I need to on Facebook and Twitter/X. Being able to group analytics among platforms and accounts is also very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to schedule posts on Instagram is a real pain point. Additionally, the app notification which is meant to copy your content doesn't always work. Another frustration with this process is when you have a video thumbnail - that doesn't appear at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and allowing employees to schedule (most) posts in advance rather than having to drop what they're doing to post a certain times.
"Great Platform For Managing Social Media Platforms.......!"
What do you like best about the product?
Basically, we are using Sprout Social with integration of Salesforce to handle social media platforms like X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Play Store, and we have recently added a new platform to this. Basically, this is working smoothly and nicely. I love working with Sprout Social, especially the fast SortCurt feature and many other things.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the workflow is high, Sprout Social sometimes lacks features otherwise, it's one of the best tools on the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social solved many problems like easily managing social media platforms. In Sprout Social, you can easily track your daily, monthly, and yearly data like how many cases you have to be done how many cases are pending how many cases are open in your bucket Sprout Social help's us to manage a query also provides a best customer support to the user so my experience with Sprout Social is great.

What do you like best about the product?
Great reporting and analytics, albeit an extra spend to unlock the full capacity. My favourite tool within the platform is the publishing calendar and the ability to leave notes. Easy to use and navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
No flexibility around scheduling drafts. Templates with the approved settings/parameters would be great. Not sure if this is the appropriate tool for multi-regional teams.

Useful Tool, Saves us Time
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Sprout is easy to use and relatively straightforward. It's more accurate in its reporting than other tools I've used. The competitor analysis report saves my team a lot of time. I also really enjoy the webinars that they've put on which I've attended.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much to say about improvements for Sprout, perhaps that our accounts sometimes become unlinked. Also the maximum file size limit for some of the LinkedIn assets is restrictive.

Sprout helps us easily do competitor analysis as well as provide easy monthly reports for our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Great scheduling tool, easy reporting, AI is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had Sprout for several years. I've had a customer rep actively reach out to me to check in, the webinars were helpful, the annual reports were helpful. In November the made a decision to delete their FaceBook users group. For a social media company to remove their social media footprint was a red flag. Recently I was overcharged and for 6 days I've been unsuccessful to get a live body to call me. Everything is done via email, no answers to my questions, they have maxed out my credit card and refuse to give me the appropriate credit. I'm now having to dispute it through my credit card company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They've increased prices without increasing value. Unable to reach a live person for customer support.
Sprout Social Is The Innovative, Leading Social Media Management Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The advantages of Sprout Social are too many to list. Not only is the user interface the best in the business, but they are constantly providing new, updated tools and resources that make social media management easier, faster and better. Their customer service team provides some of the best communication and helpfulness I have ever experienced through online chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social offers all the bells and whistles, but it also has a heft price tag when you are managing 25+ accounts from a marketing agency perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to send clients a link to their content calendar is amazing and would be great if they could leave feedback without their own account, especially from an agency perspective. The analytics and reporting style is the best out there and outperforms other analytics tools in terms of the depth of the data and visuals.
