What do you like best about the product?
What I admire most about Sprout Social is its seamless content scheduling and publishing tools. As a social media manager, having the ability to plan and organize posts across various platforms from a single interface has been a game-changer. The intuitive calendar layout and drag-and-drop functionality make it effortless to maintain a consistent posting schedule. Additionally, Sprout Social's robust analytics provide deep insights into our social media performance, allowing me to track engagement, audience demographics, and the effectiveness of our campaigns. These tools empower me to fine-tune our strategy and create more impactful content that resonates with our audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform provides insightful data, the ability to create custom reports tailored to specific metrics or goals would enhance its flexibility. Additionally, the social listening capabilities, while helpful, could be more comprehensive to capture a wider range of mentions and sentiment analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social effectively addresses several challenges in my role as a social media manager. One key problem it solves is the complexity of managing multiple social media platforms. With its unified dashboard for scheduling, publishing, and monitoring content across various channels, Sprout Social streamlines my workflow and ensures consistent branding and messaging. Additionally, the platform's in-depth analytics provide valuable insights into audience engagement and campaign effectiveness, aiding data-driven decision-making. This not only saves time but also helps me tailor our social media strategy for better outcomes. What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely easy to use. I love to set up recurring reports that can be emailed directly to those who need to see them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an integration with Asana.

Sprout helps streamline our social media management. We have 6 channels and a small team so it helps to keep eveyrone in the loop.

What do you like best about the product?
This is an extremely easy tool to use and makes securing approvals for content incredibly smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see more and more features integrated into Sprout. Maybe an aggregation of community engagement not just on social but across platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use nearly 30 different accounts across 5 brands, and sprout allows me to view all of my content in one easy-to-access location.

Easy to use, good for scheduling

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful parts of Sprout Social is the the Social Listening and efficiency for scheduling posts. It is easy to stay organized and see what content is thriving.
What do you dislike about the product?
Truthfully, I don't have a downside for Sprout Social. I have been suing it for over a year now and even when I have had a issue with soemthing not working, the support team worked quickly to solve it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social solves the problem of organizing my posts and scheduling them ahead of time. Although you can use Business Suite its more efficient to just use your Sprout Calendar.

What do you like best about the product?
It user-friendly and easy to get started. Provides us with a tool to organize our social posts for multiple clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data doesn't match with the native platform data. Tags (other users) are sometimes challenging to find for posts.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes scheduling content for the brands I work with a breeze. I'm able to schedule over a year in advance and customize so much when it comes to the posts, hashtags, and covers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could have custom covers on TikTok so I don't have to manually post them. I also hope they update for Threads soon as I can create accounts and schedule posts for the brands I work with on that platform easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing me to run multiple accounts for the brands I work with across a multitude of different social media platforms. I couldn't do my job without Sprout Social.

I like the easy to scheduling and the ability to set up an approval process. I also like the analytics features.

Not too much to dislike. Sometimes it doesn't load so I can access but very infrequently.

Sprout Social has transformed our social media management. Its intuitive interface, robust analytics, and superb scheduling tools make it a game-changer for our brand's online presence, and saves us time. Highly recommended

We've had an issue with the Facebook analytics, however, the support team have been very responsive

The Smart Inbox means that we have cut our community management time in half and the tagging feature has helped to categorise the comments and messages we received so that we can action them more efficiently

However, they still serve a valuable purpose in ensuring that accurate information is efficiently transferred into Salesforce. While they may not offer an extensive array of options, they are a solid starting point for automating data processes.

One area where there is room for improvement is in the coverage of specific platforms, such as YouTube reviews and comments. In today's digital landscape, YouTube has become a significant platform for user-generated content and reviews. Therefore, having more comprehensive options for handling YouTube-related data would be highly beneficial. It would enable businesses to better track and manage feedback and interactions on this popular platform, enhancing their overall social media management strategy.
