What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly and intuitive Sprout Social's interface is. It makes managing social media a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the pricing plans were a bit more affordable for small businesses like mine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps me streamline my social media management tasks, schedule posts efficiently, and analyze performance. This saves me time and enhances my social media strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
What i love the most about using sprout social is being able to manage all our accounts under 1 platform and being able to pre-set all in advance. Hastags suggestions help a lot and the weekly reports are what we enjoy getting as they are sent automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that im having issue is that we can not see past stories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving that we get accurate data and also that no stories is forgotten.

What do you like best about the product?
The content calendar is super convenient to scheudle out drafts on specific dates and add links,hastags, and comments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tagging other social accounts and not being able to collaborate on IG.

Having one place for content calendar and scheduling.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is extremely easy to use without sacraficing on functionality and features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly haven't found a feature or function in Sprout that I dislike at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social allows our social team to operate exclusively in a fully integrated platform, saving us time and money.

What do you like best about the product?
The possibility to view and analise all of the data from Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. What I liked most was the possibility to see some public data from the other companies
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only downside is the impossibility to see and gather more data from tiktok as well as answering comments directly from sprout
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of monitoring trends from our company across almost all our social media. With this monitoring it's getting easier to be more precise about our paid and non-paid comunications

What do you like best about the product?
The integrations are comrehensive (as comprehensive as other APIs allow), the reporting is robust, and I appreciate how quickly updates are rolled out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price per user. Sometimes the amount of work needed for a second user doesn't justify an additional $280/month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a global company with many accounts across several channels. This helps to simplify the posting and asset organization between all accounts.

when trying to delete spam messages many times i cannot. when selecting hide from facebook most time doesn't work

What do you like best about the product?
Love that we can see all our channels in a snapshot and feel confident in the analysis that are reported.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that tags don't stay on stories and that you cannot filter stories in the tag report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of posting and sharing across accounts. Confident in analysis data across all channels.

What do you like best about the product?
I love all the features Sprout Social has! I work in moderation, but I have also utilized the calendar to post on social platforms, the analytics tools, and social listening tools. I also like that multiple companies and platforms can be organized into their own folders.
What do you dislike about the product?
For moderation, our team has noticed that not all comments come in from ads. We love that we can see multiple platforms, but would love for all comments to come through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout does a great job having all analytics in one place in an easy way to read. It's also great at bulk creating and scheduling which can help with productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
The quantum leap that gives us in terms of market positioning In the Sprout Social platform we create a complete management of all our social networks and from one place, this has allowed us to grow in a very considerable way. With this platform today we can create a professional planning of our publications, based on marketing studies and daily reports that it provides us. I am very pleased that the platform is accompanied by a fairly short learning curve, which allowed us to implement each of its tools quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social is a platform with great potential; however, we must admit that in the early days of our organization we had a huge boost in terms of social network management, but if you are a company that is dedicated to the administration of accounts on a massive scale, you may have problems with account disconnection. Otherwise, if what you want is a considerable boost from a small handful of accounts, this is one of the best options you will find in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly time savings and considerable growth in our marketing department. Being able to manage each of our social networks from one place, constantly monitoring and creating professional content publishing schedules is something that has given us a good position in the market, and all thanks to this incredible platform. If you save time, create effective advertising schedules and use the time saved in our favor to focus that energy on solving other types of problems without a doubt, we find an increase in the productivity of our organization.
