Mid-size multifamily company
What do you like best about the product?
The cost structure. They charge per profile, not per user. It makes it a bit more scaleable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of integrations with our other softwares.

We Looked at a lot of Social Media Software and Like it the Best
What do you like best about the product?
We have the ability to use multiple clients on the platform. It is easy to use and we are able to post well in advance, but also post emergency items quickly on the platform as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing that is causing us to not recommend Sprout Social as a social media platform. There were a few instructions in the early stages that were not 100% clear to us, but we were able to figure them out in a reasonable amount of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an agency, we represent multiple clients in different industries. Sprout Social enables us to streamline the process and save money on our costs for managing these clients.
Solid platform with great new features
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling, sprout link, and data are my favorite parts of Sprout Social. I particularally like the visualization of the social data including the ability to download PDFs - easier/faster viz than the platforms themselves.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be buggy sometimes, purchasing more than one seat is expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social listening, scheduling, analytics, etc. It's our main social platform and we've used it for 6+ years at this point.
Advertising optimization that is both solid and remarkable
What do you like best about the product?
My skills as a marketer have greatly improved as a result. The importance and novelty of Sprout Social's impact on evolving marketing goals cannot be overstated. It includes everything I need to streamline my social media management in one convenient location. It has a steep learning curve, but I was able to master its features quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social's customer service is poor; the software is not particularly user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our marketing and advertising department relies heavily on this program, which has led to numerous revisions to our publications and analytical methods for managing our services. We have figured out how to get the most out of this service and, as a result, more people are interested in it than ever before. This social media management platform has proven to be an extremely useful resource, allowing us to expand our reach and increase our visibility on the Internet. Increase your customer base and facilitate future sales with this software's personalized service and detailed product descriptions. I was amazed at how easy it was to use and how well it served my customers.
Very intuitive and easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how organized and intuitive Sprout is. It allows me to have all of my social channels in one place where I can easy map out and manage content and see exactly what needs to be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been having some trouble with the reporting tab on Sprout social. I reached out to support and they were very prompt though. I am hoping the issue gets resolved quickly.

Sprout Social is a social media management platform that addresses several challenges associated with businesses' social media presence, offering numerous benefits in the process. Firstly, it streamlines social media management by providing a centralized dashboard for managing multiple accounts. This eliminates the need to switch between different platforms, saving users valuable time and effort.
Used to love it, now I'm feeling otherwise
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social made it simple to pull reports, gather data, and create digestible action plans in order to amplify our social media efforts across a very small team.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes right down to it, Sprout does not have many features that native social business managers (such as Meta) do not already have. For the monthly cost, our team wasn't seeing the value in keeping the subscription. Then, when I attempted to deactivate our account for months, the entire team was unresponsive and made noted that "a sales associate will reach out to help you deactivate your account." Not helpful.
It should not be a communication obstacle course to deactivate a subscription account. Even when I reached out directly, they noted that their team was "backlogged." This has been an ongoing issue and reassures me that I am making the right choice to deactivate.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are no longer any problems that Sprout Social is solving. Social media management is a tool that native social platforms are realizing they can bring in-house for free.

It is a good tool for social media management. Its integrations with Instagram and twitter are better than others I have used

the user interface and using multiple accounts can both be better

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Sprout Social is that it is very easy to access, because you can access it outside the office to check your logins.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I said, Sprout Social is easy to access, so the risk of someone accessing it and checking your personal details is high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to check your logins, even logging in is much easier. Using Sprout Social, you can check all of your credentials in one app.
Sprout is easy to use with a lot of information, but features are underutilized in our business.
What do you like best about the product?
Reports and social listening features make it easy to monitor the market. There are a lot of learning tools and opportunities within sprout social as well, and the platform is extremely intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is working with vendors to produce posts can be difficult, and we are still discovering how this can work for us and our partners. The other concern is although there are a lot of features, it is another platform to use that does not necessarily mesh with our other systems or export data easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping us analyze the market, and how well our social channels are doing in comparison to our competitors. It makes it easy to build KPI's and review progress month over month, and gives us data needed to make adjustments.
