Organized Content Management with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can easily see our content calendar and social media metrics in an easy-to-read platform. It helps me keep everything organized amid constant shifting priorities and schedule posts in advance. The initial setup was easy, with a slight learning curve to link accounts, but generally smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could more easily post and schedule Instagram stories. I also wish I did not have to constantly reactivate and relink my accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to manage the content calendar, keeping everything organized amid shifting priorities and scheduling posts in advance.
Comprehensive Platform That Keeps Getting Better with New Tools
What do you like best about the product?
I love how comprehensive sprout is! I can get so much of my job done in one platform, plans there are always new tools coming out to help me even more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that we are still missing some of features on the platform, like adding photos and videos to a single post on Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is solving the need for multiple technologies within our organization! We can do so much all in one place which saves time, money, and resources.
Effortless Social Media Management, Huge Time Saver
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Sprout Social is to use. I love that I can tag and see everything in one spot. Plus, having multiple accounts all right there is great because we can toggle back and forth. I can see what I posted, and I like that I can remove posts. The ease of scheduling is fantastic; it's very easy to use. It's a huge time saver because I can schedule the whole month if I want to, and approvals are done easily. The initial setup was very easy, even with a lot of clients to add. It's super easy all around.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tagging on Instagram can be a bit annoying because it doesn't let you find Instagram handles directly in Sprout Social. You have to go to Instagram, find the handle, and then come back to input it. It doesn't automatically populate options, which isn't great. Also, it'd be nice to be able to edit Instagram posts after they've been published.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social makes scheduling a million times easier, saving huge time by centralizing everything. It's an easy platform where I can access hashtags, calendars, and manage multiple accounts effortlessly, avoiding the tedious manual posting process.
Efficiency Boost with Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Sprout Social saves me time, making my day-to-day activities very efficient. I appreciate the customer support that I receive, as my questions are answered quickly, helping me operate more efficiently. I value its constant innovation, which enables me to be more effective in my role. The platform is very easy to set up, which is a huge plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Sprout Social could be more proactive in making recommendations. It would be great if the platform did ongoing analysis of our strategy and suggested ways to be even more effective.

Sprout Social saves me time, making daily activities efficient. Quick customer support helps me operate more efficiently. Their ongoing innovation allows me to be more effective in my role.
Time-Saving but Needs Multi-Login Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like the smart inbox feature in Sprout Social. It is awesome to be able to respond to messages without having to navigate to Instagram, and it saves me time to respond to correspondence there versus having to open a separate app or site.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm frustrated by the inability for me and my intern to both be logged in at the same time.

Sprout Social keeps my content organized and saves me time with its smart inbox feature, allowing me to respond to messages quickly without switching apps.
Effective Analytics for Social Management, Needs Better Tagging
What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for social media publishing management and analytics. A single hub for posting to multiple accounts and the good tagging system for analytic tracking are really helpful. The analytics are the best feature for me, allowing me to see what type of content is performing with the tags feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tagging on LinkedIn posts often doesn't show the people I'm directly searching for. Trying to @ a person or company is challenging, and sometimes I have to go directly to LinkedIn to do so.

I use Sprout Social as a single hub for posting to multiple accounts and for its good tagging system. It allows me to track and analyze content performance through its analytics, which is the best feature for me.
Comprehensive Scheduling with Robust Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for analytics and scheduling social posts. I like that it solves problems like scheduling posts across multiple platforms and accounts, seeing trends, comparing our content against competitors, and putting all analytics in one place. What stands out most to me is the scheduling feature, which makes it very easy and tailors each post to the specifics of each platform. Sprout has more capabilities compared to other tools, cutting down on scheduling time, being more intuitive and comprehensive. It also offers great reporting and competitor comparisons. The initial setup was pretty easy to link our accounts and competitors, although it took a little more time to fully navigate and understand its offerings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike being logged out when someone logs in using the same account. Failed posts and posting videos with large resolutions can be problematic. Some metrics and analytics seem to be inflated.

I use Sprout Social for analytics and scheduling social posts. It helps with scheduling across platforms, viewing trends, comparing content with competitors, and consolidating analytics in one place.
