The best reporting and engagement tool
What do you like best about the product?
I have worked with Sprout Social for a few years and have carried them on to every company I have worked at. They are responsive, helpful and dedicated to customer satisfaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is having to pay per seat for additional users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with my monthly reporting, post scheduling and social awareness.
UX-User Experience Unmatched
What do you like best about the product?
It's entirely user friendly! With so many apps out there, it can feel cumbersome to understand how to navigate them all. Sprout uses familiar features and dashboard set-ups to make it feel like you've been using it for years! I so appreciate how it simplifies my workflow as I complete tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the Canva integration allowed me to do more with Canva and retrieve existing projects instead of beginning a new one. Overall, it's a great integration nonetheless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It creates such ease for collaboration within our department, allowing excellence in our work and efficiency in completing projects. We never miss a notification, can respond to our social community with consistency, and at minimum, we save hours a day on our social media management (aka saving money!).
Very easy to use - some limitations with LinkedIn
What do you like best about the product?
It's a platform that makes your life easier when it comes to schedule content for different social media platforms. Also in terms of team's approvals and communications works very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that there are some limitations for LinkedIn (maybe related to the API) but you can't schedule polls or carousels and also in terms of competitors analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly managing several brands and social media platforms at the same time. It helps a lot to keep your calendar organized.
Most comprehensive, usable tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's very clear and easy to use. They frequently add new features. The tagging system is robust and reporting is simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be glitchy at times, and I am often confused about who to reach out to because there are so many different points of contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to schedule social posts for times throughout the day and week. Help determine if initiatives are performing based on reports generated by tags.
Great to understand the performance of our social media channels
What do you like best about the product?
Reports: Sprout provides great reports about post and profile performance. I can report on a high level, but I can also dig deeper into the details. We can also better understand how our competitors perform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if we could do more custom reporting. For example, custom segments and filters would be helpful, such as geo location and internal/external segments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can:

An easy way to maintain your social media accounts
What do you like best about the product?
I like that all of our social media accounts are accessible in one location and that I can schedule posts when they are the most advantageous to our organization. It allows us to maintain a clear social branding and present ourselves in the most professional way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Obviously, the cost is high for the casual user. If the costs were lower, I would use this as part of my side hustle. But for my large organization, it is a must-have as it allows us to save so much time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling our social media is imperative because there are so many announcements that come from our office that we try to keep our social media follows up to date on. This allows us to prepare all of them all at once and spread them out accordingly without constantly working in our individual social media accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that there's one spot to check on our many social media platforms. I also very much enjoy that you can easily engage, reply, report and collaborate on replies. Customer service has also been extremely receptive to asssit.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that groups can take a long time to generate comments and it's also difficult to reply back to comments which generate from our social groups on Facebook. I also wish there was a like button to use on YouTube and Instagram. For combating spammers I also which we could mass delete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helped us to move from a different management software program which was no longer serving our needs. Sprout has also allowed for ease of reporting and allowed us one spot to monitor mutliple platforms once again. By using sprout best time posting and seeing in-depth analytics we are better suited to look and manage all pieces of social media we publish, and we publish quite a bit.
Great tool for scheduling posts!!
What do you like best about the product?
We get to schedule posts 30 days ahead. The publishing tool is our most used feature we can schedule content on all our social channels and receive live engagement insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some posts we schedule will fail to post at least 1x a week, and we do not know until it is time for it to go live. There is no process where we can be notified a post will not be published.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling posts and letting us know the optimized time to post where we will get the most engagement and views.
Really Excited about this program
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Sprout Social for about a month and am unsure how we managed without it. I am excited that we can now manage all our platforms from one location! I log into one spot and post away. Before, I was logging into every forum, which was taking up a big chunk of my day. Now I post in a short amount of time!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I don't like about it so far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can post to multiple forums and accounts from one space, freeing up a lot more time for other projects! This has made me much more productive.
