The best tool for drafting, reviewing and scheduling posts on different social networks

What do you like best about the product?
Within my organization, Sprout Social has been vital in driving efficiency in managing our social networks; it gives our work team everything they need to facilitate collaboration when drafting, reviewing, modifying and scheduling posts on different social networks, all through one place. It is a tool with an easy-to-understand and uses the interface, which facilitates the adaptation of users of all levels; even more attractive is the opportunity for additional learning that the product offers without extra charges. Finally, and also very important, it has a variety of reporting features that are interesting and extremely useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a wide variety of reporting features. However, it is still limited when it comes to writing customizations. On the other hand, the fact that you have to pay per user makes it a bit expensive and somewhat limiting for small businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is simply an exceptional program for managing social networks individually and collectively; it has many functions that have allowed us to work in an organized manner and keep up to date with each of the social networks that are managed within the organization in that way, we have ensured a more fluid interaction with the audience, our followers have increased, and we have successfully expanded the reach of our brand. Their tools are easy to use, from writing to monitoring and publishing the assignment.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Sprout Social is how fast it was for me to learn. I've used several scheduling softwares and SS was very intuitive and fast for me to pick up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I was able to schedule IG stories and posts using more IG Features such as poll stickers, links, CTAs, and such. It's very important for me to use these features to please the IG algorithm.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to schedule posts ahead of time and push notifications for stories.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how seemless the scheduling features are. I was able to quickly teach my team how to use it. I also enjoy how in-depth the reports are. It makes it easy to share them with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't schedule collab posts for Instagram. Also, there's a limited character count on the notes feature which makes calendaring with clients a little difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to easily schedule out all social calendars for my various clients without having to switch log-ins or platforms. I also no longer have to manually create reports.

What do you like best about the product?
Great UI; easy to navigate platform. Simple dashboard helps me see social engagement/performance at a glance. The ability to tag posts to associate them with specific campaigns is super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm a new user, so I don't have any comments yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To see the value in creating social campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling, analytics report, dashboards, approval feature
What do you dislike about the product?
Some feature limitations, inability to tag for multiple platforms without making multiple posts, wish the analytics reports spoke in more plain language.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Intuitive interface, fully and multi-functional social media tools, competitor tracking, depth of analytics

More expensive than other platforms I have used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Standardized social media metrics. Sprout Social has the potential to be our single source of truth for digital marketing analytics particularly social media.

Great platform for social media planning

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule posts across various platforms and the ability to replicate posts for consistency but know the character limits per platform. Also the analytics that make comparing statistics across multiple platforms easy to digest and view.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is a bit high so this makes it hard to get new companies to sign up but luckily there is a strong case for the benenfits - I think more attainable pricing would be helpful for new users and to keep users. Also there are a lot of features that I choose not to use - but there are features in a certain tier I need, it would be helpful to maybe choose the features you want / set pricing a la cart rather than the pricing/feature tiers that currently exist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency to post across multiple platforms, post planning and scheduling in advance, and retention of data analytics / exportable reports on demand at any time you need (versus needing to pull them within a certain time frame from certain platforms).

Nothing at this point! We have had a good experience with Sprout thus far!

Moving to Sprout Has Been a Success

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is very user friendly. The reporting is robust and social listening is extremely helpful and time saving.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't any downsides as of now. We were using Social Studio, which integrated with Salesforce, but they are sunsetting that platform. Sprout isn't integrated within any of our platforms for now. I guess that's the only negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social allows us to post content across all of our Braves social pages through one dashboard. We can also get a holistic view of all post performance on one screen.
