What do you like best about the product?
It's a super user-friendly platform for social media managers to utilize!

It is a bit of a pricier tool for the premium features.

What do you like best about the product?
Planner lays out everything nicely.

Impressions and metrics are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to navigate as a new user, training center is helpful for this.

Not all features available on direct platforms are available through Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to easily coordinate content with multiple departments, pull metrics easily, and cross-post to multiple social sites.

What do you like best about the product?
I was originally drawn in by their "listening" tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have never wrote a one star review in my life. Sprout completely misrepresent what their platform does. Their expensive listening tool only pulls up conversations you have to program and reprogram and wait 24 hours for the data to reappear everytime there is a change, and the conversation we searched for beauty had other conversations for jewelry and other things not relevant. For free you can search hashtags on your own which is basically the same. As a team we, we would have to research for hours, what this platform is supposed to pull and give a report on. For scheduled posts you can't change the cover. They get you into a one year contract and right away we saw we wouldn't be able to use their platform and they wouldn't give a refund. A complete fraud!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They charge you for what hashtags can do for free. They have no yelp listing, Facebook review capability, and no google business listing, which tells you everything you need to know. A complete scam.

What do you like best about the product?
It gives an apparent and easy-to-view overview for each client we are posting for. You can quickly see what is being posted, when, and on what platform. I also enjoy the analytics I can look at for how posts performed and the optimal posting time for each client.
What do you dislike about the product?
You are not able to tag other social handles when scheduling out reel content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have 10+ social clients at any time, and this allows us to stay ahead, streamline and know what is coming up. We don't have to spend as much time scheduling as we did in previous platforms. It is a time saver!

What do you like best about the product?
I'm able to manage several brands under several channels and easily get insights and metrics, so it's all very streamlined and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the process of adding profiles was more streamlined, and reconnecting was a one-click process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to manage all our different brand clients, and all their many social platforms under one "roof". I can easily toggle between brands and get a quick view of everything from scheduled content, to WoW metrics

What do you like best about the product?
Powerful software, frequent tool updates and feature improvements, all social channels and analytics in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The paywalls around features aren't as dynamic as the rate at which social media changes or as campaigns evolve. Some seasons call for social listening, others for engagement and the contracts are too set in stone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting management for all channels in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the reporting aspects of Sprout, as well as helping us sort our client's social media pages in an easy to read manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit costly and I believe some features on higher plans should be included in lower-tiered plans (example - saved replies).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving having to manage social media profiles in separate places, and helps us gain insight on client analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
Having one streamlined inbox where all comments and messages from across the platforms come into makes it easy to deal with and be responsive to audience needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to thread tweets in the publishing tool is not ideal, but I understand this is being worked on. Also have a few glitchy problems with some of our users and pulling ad comments through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us an overview of the platforms and all the comments and messages coming in, meaning we can respond quickly and efficiently. Being able to have approvers for both replies and content means we can have our own quality assurance in everything we do. Being able to share the content calendar with external folks is also great for reassuring leadership about our content planning.

What do you like best about the product?
The social calendar is helpful for seeing all the scheduled posts at one glance. The asset library is a handy tool and the reporting capabilities are excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are too many limitations to the Enterprise accounts. For example, each department under the Enterprise account should be allocated separate external approvers and different asset library views. There shouldn't be limits to external approvers.

There should also be a function to apply the same social copy to several channels in one step for increased efficiency. The user should then be able to make minor edits to each post in the same view without going into each post separately to edit them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has very detailed reports, allowing us to easily identify which platforms are performing better and which have the most engagement and impact.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the reporting tools available to me with Sprout. We have a small social team so the ability to quickly pull reports that represent a broad data set while remaining consumable to internal stakeholders is the biggest advantage Sprout provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of functionality I get in terms of community management. When I respond to guest comments natively in the various social platforms. I am able to respond with custom gifs, videos, etc. If that was possible within Sprout, I would spend more time with the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to gauge guest sentiment throughout the year, measuring engagement impressions and audience growth over time, and competitor analysis is most helpful. In terms of advocating for larger budgets or adding team members, Sprout makes it easier to build my case.
