Effortless Social Media Management with Powerful Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy Sprout Social is to use - everything feels well organised and intuitive. Scheduling posts across different platforms is simple, and it saves a huge amount of time. The analytics are another highlight; they’re clear, detailed, and genuinely useful for understanding what’s working. It’s also great for teamwork - you can plan, review, and approve content all in one place without endless email chains. Overall, it just makes managing social media feel more streamlined and less stressful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there’s not much to dislike! It can be a bit expensive compared to some other tools, especially for smaller teams. But overall, the positives far outweigh the negatives - it’s a really solid platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps us manage multiple social media accounts efficiently in one place. It makes scheduling and publishing content across platforms much easier and more consistent. The analytics tools give us clear insights into engagement and performance, helping us refine our strategy. It also improves teamwork - we can collaborate on posts, review content, and manage approvals seamlessly. Overall, it saves time, supports better decision-making, and helps us communicate more effectively with our audiences.
Comprehensive, User-Friendly, and Excellent Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Full suite of tools, easy to use, great reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit pricey but well worth it. We are a non-profit so we will need to plan carefully as our marketing team grows with how we structure account access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to this, we were scheduling everything manually on the platform and it was hard to see the full picture of all of the content going out on our channels. It was also very time consuming to schedule and for reporting. Sprout has allowed our small team to 5x our social content output and make it easier to show social's impact on our non-profit's mission.

What do you like best about the product?
I truly appreciate Sprout Social's reporting capabilities; the intuitive analyst dashboard is exceptionally clean and user-friendly. This feature eliminates the need for complex typing expertise, making it straightforward to understand key metrics. It significantly eases the process of reporting to my team at SQTV. The streamlined design and functionality of these tools save me time and make data interpretation much more accessible. This aspect of Sprout Social greatly enhances my productivity and confidence in handling reporting tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the preview video functionality was 100% accurate across all platforms, especially for Instagram stories.

I use Sprout Social for scheduling content on multiple platforms, solving our disjointed publishing issues and simplifying collaboration with stakeholders, saving us a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
As a leasing agent with six years of experience, a significant part of my job is maintaining an active and engaging social media presence for our property and community, connecting with both current and prospective residents. With so many social media platforms these days, it can be challenging to keep up with posting across all of them. Sprout has not only eliminated the need to create the same post on multiple sites, but it has also helped me organize and plan content weeks ahead of time. This means posting is no longer a daily or weekly chore. I can schedule posts for an entire month in advance, which frees up more time for me to focus on other important responsibilities in my role.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only minor issue I’ve encountered is occasionally needing to adjust my attachments to meet Sprout’s size requirements. However, this isn’t a big deal, since they also provide a great tool that can handle the resizing for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool lets me schedule my social media posts across multiple platforms weeks ahead of time, which is very convenient. It also suggests the optimal times to post each day, helping us maximize our reach and engagement.

With so many platforms to manage, Sprout Social has become our main hub for all social media activity. It's a one-stop shop.
Great Platform bringing lots of features under one roof!
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how easy it is to use Sprout Social’s scheduling feature and plan Insta grids as well as track performance across different platforms and understand audience behaviour, which allows me to make decisions to improve our social strategy and content for the hotel. It's easy my most frequency used platform for all my social media needs for work. It was extremely easy to set up and I love the different variety of features it has.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything that I dislike but it would be nice if the user interface for the app becomes slightly more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of manually posting on each channel at each time, you can schedule, queue and monitor all posts in a central calendar and even benefit from features like optimal‑send‑time suggestions. The scheduling tools free up time: instead of spending each day manually posting and checking each platform, me and my team are able to plan ahead, stay consistent and focus more on quality content rather than logistics.

What I like best about Sprout Social is how intuitive and user-friendly it is. It brings all social media management tasks like scheduling, monitoring, analytics into one platform, which saves a lot of time and helps me focus on creating meaningful engagement rather than juggling multiple tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limit to upload/schedule only 10 images on instagram.

I like how it consolidates multiple social platforms into one unified workflow.

Some glitches with it disconnecting to my platform and having to connect with facebook to log back in

All-in-One Solution with Excellent Support and Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Everything I need is included, from the Customer Support channel to easily accessible weekly reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The auto-assign feature for cases is inconsistent. At times, it functions smoothly, but there are still occasions when we have to assign cases manually, which takes extra time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The resource center is excellent. Initially, we were unable to receive training on how to use the sprout, but we found it easy to make some adjustments to our settings on our own. When I requested proper training from one of your trainers, they responded promptly and assisted us right away.
