Sprout Social
What do you like best about the product?
The social listening tool is helpful and the analytics are great - that’s probably what I use sprout for the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seem to be consistent technical issues and alerts happening within the platform. My colleagues and I have all experienced issues from simply logging in (gets stuck on a blank page) all the way to social platforms continuing to disconnect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a consistent spot to pull analytics. It seems like different platforms report differently so it’s nice to have a single platform I can rely on.
A good platform for social media management
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manage the workflow and approval process. Great for scheduling and uploading to multiple channels
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes a bit over complicated - the learning curve is steep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us manage all of our content in one place - users can submit posts for approval, and administrators can schedule posts to post at a later date.

What do you like best about the product?
As someone new to the world of social media management, having Sprout Social as a tool to manage all of the platforms is a game-changer. I love that I can customize posts per network, get insights for the best times to post, track analytics, and respond to comments and messages. I would be lost without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only things I struggle with are using all of the features/analytics and understanding them, but that's on me for being new to the field. I also wish I could add sound to my reels directly from Sprout Social, rather than having to post natively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me solve the problem of knowing when to post and weeding trough notifications from apps natively.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is the best tool in the market to handle social media platforms. Basically, we are using this tool to manage X, Facebook, Google Play Store, Instagram, and other platforms. With this tool, we are easily managing all platforms in one place, and it's easy to use. Also, the Sprout Social team provides the best customer support. We use this tool integrated with Salesforce. I love this tool
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about this tool, but sometimes when we are handling high volume, this tool lacks performance, and I hope the future update will fix this problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social biggest advantage is that you can use and manage all the platforms within it also, Sprout Social provides many reports In this system, you can easily check the flow of comments. Additionally, you can reply to customers using Sprout Social, and the customer support of this tool is next level crazy.
The Gold Standard for Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has the best customer service in the industry, whether through the in-platform chat or their knowledgeable reps, the support is always fast, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They’re constantly innovating, rolling out new features, and staying ahead with direct platform relationships and early API access. The interface is clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate, making it a pleasure to use. Most importantly, Sprout saves us valuable time and turns social media management into something fun and rewarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing. Sprout is hands down the best tool out there for social automation and community management. It’s rare to find a platform that checks every box, but Sprout truly does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social streamlines our entire social media workflow. We can create and schedule content calendars quickly and accurately, optimize posts directly in the platform, and easily manage both internal and client reviews without the need for extra tools or lengthy email chains. The ability to monitor and respond to reviews within Sprout saves us from jumping into each native platform, significantly cutting down on time. We especially love the Smart Inbox for community management; it consolidates all messages and comments in one place, making it faster and easier to respond accurately and maintain strong audience engagement. I love that we can report on our average response times and really stand out as a thoughtful, responsive partner. For us as an agency, that means better efficiency, stronger client satisfaction, and more time to focus on creative strategy.
Easiest experience with social content planning to date
What do you like best about the product?
We use this pretty much every day to plan and monitor our alumni's social engagement. Even my college interns find it easy to use and complete their tasks. It is excellent for submitting performance evaluations to show the impact of social content on our audiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some wishlist items (tagging on IG stories, for example) have yet to come to fruition, but they're constantly updating and adding new tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to see where our audience likes to be reached, and their general sentiment to the news that we're putting out from the college.
Great to use for Reputation Management!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the inbox feature and the way you can duplicate posts. It is easy to teach people to use and implement it among the team. I have not used the customer support feature, but i use it everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how it is difficult to connect to social platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us with our reputation management for our social media accounts by putting everyone in one place.
Ease of Use for the Win
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Sprout Social since 2011 and cannot think of ever using something else again. It's intuitive, easy to use, and always evolving for the better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how Meta analytics lump in paid and organic together unless you pay for premium. The metrics are unusable unless I pull post stats manually into a spreadsheet and do the math myself. And premium does not feel like it should cost $10k/month. Most of it should come out of the box and the other parts I can live without.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to be able to post to all of our social media channels quickly, keep track of engagement and respond in a timely manner. I can do all of that and more in Sprout Social.
Easy to Use, Helpful for My Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive Sprout is to use. We have rotating interns, and I never have to do a detailed training. They can always just understand what they need to do from basic instructions. The analytics are helpful. The features are useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes duping posts for other profiles can be time consuming, because I don't want someone to have to approve every version, but I don't wan to have to go back and duplicate it every time. I wish I could add profiles to approved posts.

Analytics and a dedicated space to send and receive everything.
