All-in-One Platform That Streamlines Scheduling, Reporting, and Social Listening
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it brings everything into one place - my scheduling, planning, thorough reporting, and social listening. It has streamlined a lot of things especially being a one-person social media team in a national non-profit.
What do you dislike about the product?
On-boarding seems tiered based on the amount you pay - I think I would have been set up for stronger success with more thorough onboarding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has streamlined reporting tremendously - cut my time in half. It also enables me to pull reporting more periodically and become more strategic. It's integration with all of the platforms is helpful too.
Smart Inbox & Easy Scheduling That Cut Our Work by Almost 50%
What do you like best about the product?
Share of voice, and the scheduling part, have become easy for us. Also, keeping track of on-time comments and personal messages from all platforms is much simpler now, because everything is available in one single place in the smart inbox, which really helps us a lot. Beyond all of this, the mobile application is very user-friendly and reduces our work by almost 50%.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no such thing that would disappoint us from using this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its benefitting me for daily usage and majorly it solves the analytics issue. It helps me in a single go to identify all the analytics at one place.
Versatile Platform, Room for Simplification
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Sprout Social lets me connect to many different pages and social platforms. I appreciate being able to quickly post and switch between accounts easily. The scheduling feature is also valuable to me because I'm in charge of content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is a lot of tabs and areas in there, I think it could be simplified its a bit overwhelming

I can quickly post by switching between accounts easily and connect to many different pages and social platforms. I use it for scheduling since I'm in charge of content.
Easy to Use, Quick Setup
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is easy to use and we were able to quickly get it up and running for our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a preview of the post image or video consumers were commenting on vs. just the first few characters of the post copy. I also wish the reply dialogue came up in the same window vs. opening in a different one.

We're able to easily find consumer comments and posts.
So Easy to Use—Streamlined My Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use, makes my job such much more streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
Story publishing isn't the best and also publishing reels with music.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making my job more streamlined.. I'm glad they implemented scheduling by network so I'm not having to create multiple posts each time, I can just make one and adjust.
Extremely User-Friendly Calendar View with Helpful Optimal Times
What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely user friendly, I love how the calendar is fully laid out for the month so you can see all your posts at once. The "optimal times" feature when scheduling content was a great addition when we first started using Sprout.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the "Smart Inbox" was a little easier to navigate, sometimes I feel as though the filter doesn't work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The connection between the field marketing team and the digital marketing team, we can chat right on Sprout Social. It makes the approval process for our posts seamless.
Easy Cross-Posting Across Multiple Platforms
What do you like best about the product?
You can cross post across multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it doesn't include TikTok as one of the available platforms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout social makes it easier for me to save time by cross posting to different social media sites. It is saving me time while also giving me data and analytics to go over.
Super User-Friendly Scheduling and Powerful Reporting in Sprout Social
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of scheduling content is my favorite thing about Sprout. It's super user friendly and I love the calendar feature, it helps keep me organized with my posting schedule. The reporting tab is the second most used feature for me. It goes in-depth for each platform and it is easy to pull data from it each month.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something that I dislike about Sprout Social is that I am not able to tag accounts that I follow when drafting captions for my content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helped my company solve our social media problem because before we had Sprout we essentially had no strategy.
Centralized Social Management with Minimal Delays
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can save a reply into your asset library so that if you see a similar comment come in, you can just copy and paste that old reply for the same situation. And I love that you can have internal conversations with your teammates in the comment section of the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes YouTube comments take a while to come in. And the response you get can be delayed if you are tagging a teammate in something. The email notification can take a while to come.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to centralize all my social media platforms in one place, avoiding manual logins to different accounts.
Ease of Use That Makes a Difference
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it was easy to get started and how to learn as a new user.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how videos can upload weird, or it is sometimes unclear why a photo/video isn't working to publish
