Sprout Offers Great Tools For Improving Your Social Media Presence
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature is the reporting. You can add competitors, and you can compare your performance in various areas.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to include additional metrics like amplification rate and share of voice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to compare myself to the competition. Evaluating my peer's top posts and comparing engagement metrics.
I love using Sprout Social. It's user-friendly and helps me manage and organize my workload.

I really appreciate the customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only complaint is that my organization can't afford a more robust package. Maybe in the future!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our accounts active and on trend. This in turn energizes our followers and increases our reach and impact.
Robust Platform with everything, but could not the best UX or UI design.

Platform combines all the tools we need plus some other valuable reporting features.

The UX/UI design is not as intuitive as competitor platforms I have used in the past.

I love the fact that it's very organised; I can see when all my posts are scheduled, and I can get my posts approved by my manager very quickly.

A limited number of social media networks

They are really good in regards to how the social media sites are working together

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about sprout is it's easy to use, the interface is user-friendly and easy to navigate, and even if you're not tech-savvy, you will be accustomed to it in just one go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is nothing that I dislike about sprout except that you can't delete a message that you have sent in the messages section. It would be great to have a feature to delete or edit your message. It will be a great help if this feature is integrated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps us organize our customer's messages and comments; it segregates comments from announcements which is excellent for social media management. We can answer the questions or queries in an organized fashion.
Generally good, the support team is always on hand to assist.

Accessibility of the support team. Whenever I have needed any assistance, it has been relatively easy to reach out to the team for assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that may be hard to find or figure out once you do eventually find them. One small mistake and you've signed up for an extra $30 invoice.

Social media scheduling. As an agency, posting on multiple accounts can be a bit tedious, Sprout makes it easier for the whole team.

Cannot customize your client's charts, limited data unless you have premium social listening,

Sprout social is easy to use, I just wish some of the dashboard features were more clearly labelled.

The analytics of sprout work great. I love seeing the colorful charts that clearly indicate how performance is doing across multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features on Sprout are rather unclearly labelled, and not intuitive to find. This is a UI problem however and doesn't stand out as a huge issue towards performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is solving the problem of finding time to schedule social media posts in a timely and efficient manner that helps to grow our brand, and gives us new insights into valuable key metrics.

The ease of editing and viewing posts. What I find most helpful is being able to access the calendar to view upcoming post

Failure of Sprout to send updated emails that a post can be viewed or edited.
