Amazing Social Media Manager

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is an amazing platform to manage business accounts on social media. The post scheduling works great and allows us to effectively connect with customers. The best thing I liked about this platform is its informative and accurate reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its user interface is a little less friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps us to effectively and smartly interact with customers on social media. It also helps to schedule our posts and provides detailed user engagement reports to target the right groups.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Sprout is that I can easily schedule posts to go out across all social channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout's drafts will sometimes not display correctly or disappear from view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can easily manage all of our comments, mentions, likes, etc., in one place.

Convenient and Easy to Use

What do you like best about the product?
The smart inbox makes life so much easier. Having all the major networks in one spot to respond to makes engagement a huge time saver. Of the social media management tools on the market, Sprout has the better options to schedule video content.
What do you dislike about the product?
The bugs with Instagram. I know it's not Sprout's fault but it's been a huge pain factor, especially not knowing something hasn't posted until much later bc you didn't see the notifications in time. Although Sprout has video content scheduling capabilities, I would love to see it move along the trend of being able to schedule Instagram Reels and stories. Also as a consultant, I'd love to be able to give my clients review and edit capabilities without having to pay for an additional user license as they are not users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saver. Managing multiple accounts, it makes it so much easier for me to schedule ahead of time and the reporting tool is great as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sprout is a little on the pricier side, but the tools are by far one of the bests I've worked with. Being able to manage everything in one spot and also on the go with their mobile app, just makes it just a time saver.

Streamlining social media posts

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social makes it easy to execute your social media strategy by planning posts across multiple accounts and multiple channels. You can save drafts, schedule ahead of time - totally streamline your efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything. Occasionally - but not very often - there will be a technical glitch with a page not refreshing, etc,. - but nothing more than with any other platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With one health system but multiple facilities and service lines - AND not being a full time social media manager - Sprout Social makes it so easy to plan multiple posts at once, across all social platforms, and for days/weeks/months at once. This ensures we get all of our messaging out, and it has significantly increased our engagement with multiple audiences.

Best Social Management Platform for Multiple Accounts

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage multiple (in our case, close to 100) accounts is unlike any other social media management platform around.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish some setting changes could be done globally and not to each account individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a platform to manage multiple clients with multiple social media platforms. We required sending messages between various platforms, with account or client approval, and scheduling content for months in advance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We couldn't do what we do in Social Media Management without a product like Sprout Social. Managing multiple accounts has saved the company hours scheduling messages and getting client approval. The benefits of the free workshops and webinars for social media professionals are also a huge plus!

What do you like best about the product?
I liked that SproutSocial is easy to use, I was able to catch on quickly. It shares great insights about post performance, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't really say there's anything I dislike about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am gaining more insights into our social audience than I ever did before. It's really streamlined our communications process.

What do you like best about the product?
The most beneficial aspect is the easy-to-use user interface. Sprout is very intuitive, and its features are easy to navigate. Also, it is visually clean and nice, so aggregated data is easier to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you have to pay to access historical data for some search queries outside of your usual ones. It makes it harder to do competitive research.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps me better understand what conversations are driving conversation volume across my brand's social profiles, as well as identifying themes across these conversations to better understand consumers.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social allows you to schedule social media posts ahead of time and run engagement reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting functions are simple and don't allow for custom metrics. Many of account tags don't work when scheduled through Sprout. Listening is an additional cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Sprout for scheduling only. But often have to manually update account tagging in the native application.

The Best of the Best

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite features are the ability to post based on when your audience is most active so that you can maximize engagement, as well as the ability to copy posts easily without having to reupload the photos and copy and paste. This is very useful for when you want to post the same post (with some tweaks sometimes) on different pages at different times or on different days. It's also very user friendly overall and super easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to post to Instagram without having to use the app/push notifications to your phone. This is more of an Instagram UI issue, but other programs do let you post directly to Instagram without having to use the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to more effectively and quickly post to social media with Sprout compared to other tools that we used before making the switch. It allows for me to put more time into other aspects of marketing.

A solid mid-tier choice

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is a compact social media management tool, covering all of the essentials with confidence and ease of use. I appreciate its no-nonsense approach to delivering quality service: they focus on what they do well, and they keep optimising those areas.
I work in an agency environment where I test and use a large amount of tools. I always appreciate projects that use Sprout Social because I know it will do what I need it to do, and do it well.
The layout is clean and easy to use, and the filtering options do the trick. They have all the functions you would expect from a social media management tool, with some great UI perks and smooth workflows. Admin settings are basic but easy to maintain.
If you're looking for an easy and straightforward tool that gets the job done, I would happily recommend Sprout.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is less of a dislike, and more about knowing its limitations. Sprout Social is a mid-tier tool, and therefore doesn't offer all of the bells and whistles that mega tools (with mega price tags) like Sprinklr offer. For most people and brands who don't operate complex global workflows, they won't notice those limitations 90% of the time.
The reporting is organised in pre-built report templates, that can be very exhaustive. However, there is no way to customise your own report, so if you want to build a reporting narrative that covers multiple reports you will have to juggle between all 21 templates and assemble it in another tool.
Pay attention to the tier that you subscribe to: in my opinion this tool's best value is the mid tier pricing offering, since the lowest tier lacks some of the functionality I would consider basic necessities to good workflows (such as tagging).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage some of our clients' social media presence via Sprout Social. This covers anything from moderation, engagement, listening, reporting, and proactive engagement. Sprout Social gives us an easy way to navigate their pages and deliver reporting, while keeping track of our team's performance and opportunities to optimise.
I appreciate Sprout Social because, thanks to its relatively low cost, it's an easy tool for clients to consider that won't hurt their wallet and will still deliver great performance.
