Easy to use with great insights and features
What do you like best about the product?
The community management feature is far superior to any I have used before and has numerous features that make it easier to analyze and understand the data we collect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Manual inputs of pre-approved responses is time-consuming and the ability to input from an excel document or spreadsheet would make life a lot easier when getting started on the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us to better moderate our social medias and also break down and understand trends through detailed reporting and analysis that is easy to understand and use in implementing solutions.
User-Friendly Interface with Room for Tagging Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like Sprout Social's user-friendly interface because it's easy to use, speeds up processes, and makes it easy to train people. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some of the tagging - it doesn't always seem to work quite as it should. The tagging campaigns vs tags, the saving structure could be easier and sometimes you don't have a tag for both, just for the campaign or a broader tag. Although the setup was very easy, it's expensive so we have less accounts than I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for social scheduling and analytics, managing outputs daily and monthly, overseeing responses, and evaluating overall performance.

What do you like best about the product?
Keeping track of multiple social media profiles has always been challenging, but Sprout Social resolved the issue. Managing multiple accounts and scheduling updates ahead of time can significantly reduce work time. We can use the detailed information in the reports to make calculated decisions. My coworkers appreciate how simple it is to use the available tools. I've always admired Sprout Social's commitment to continuous improvement. Sprout distinguishes itself by keeping up with the most recent social features and trends.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only disadvantage is the cost. Sprout Social would be more popular if it were priced slightly lower.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We maintain an active presence on various social media platforms as part of our jobs. Having all of our social media accounts in one place has been fantastic. Our most valuable assets are the time it saves us in planning and the data tracking capabilities it provides.

What do you like best about the product?
You can plan multiple posts at once and let it run, freeing up time and effort.

The setup does take some effort but the tutorials help a lot.

Our business has never had a dedicated social media manager. The Sprout Social software takes care of that function.
The software is strong for what it does.
What do you like best about the product?
Their graphs are easy to read and provide valuable information. I appreciate the qualities that they provide through their platform and they have very friendly staff to help you when you need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is not the easiest to sustain, but they are competetive with their plans and provide good reasoning for their price points. Great software requires great prices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are bridging the gap between consumers and the companies that are attempting to reach out to them and get their brand in front of a wider audience. Sprout provides great tips for this.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is simplified. It isn't congested at all. I also like that Sprout allows you to pull a report of drafts or scheduled posts without an additional charge. It is very user friendly and easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to schedule stories or tiktok. There were also too many failed posts. Every post never went through. Our clients would get upset because several posts wouldn't go through. Also, way too often accounts would disconnect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is also unresponsive. There is too much red tape to get an answer from Sprout. We felt unimportant and ignored. It took too long to get answers from Sprout.
I love Sprout, but I definitely feel like I was oversold on the capabilities.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of scheduling and publishing posts. I wish I could add cover photos to Reels, tag people and products in IG videos, and schedule Stories without a workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to schedule Stories, Reels with custom cover photos, and lack of capability to share multi-media carousel posts. I also wish there were better ways to engage from the listening dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling in advance, although we still have to manually post Stories and some Reels where cover photos are required. Listening, although it's not as robust as I imagined it would be.

What do you like best about the product?
The most useful feature for us is the ability to control Sprout via SSO. It's beneficial that we can separate users to their required level and view the full reporting details on our social posts. I especially like that we can dictate our post times based on recommended advice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Video duration limitation is a bit difficult as we can only upload 60 seconds maximum to Spout. Any above 1 minute has to be done direct on each platform, negating the point somewhat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The core reason to look at Sprout was security. With this tool, we can manage users access via our SSO tool to make sure we're following best practices with security.
Great reporting tools for your channels and your competitors.
What do you like best about the product?
Reporting! I use it for my reporting monthly, weekly, and daily across all my social channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't love that there is no feed preview when planning feeds as this would save the double handling when building out feeds for the weeks.

Competitor reporting is really beneficial to show where we stack up each month.
Efficient, User-Friendly with Room for More Features
What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social makes sentiment analysis and data pulling much easier, improving my tracking efficiency. The smart inbox and scheduling through the dashboard are particularly useful, and I like pulling reports. Organization and column arrangement enhance overall efficiency, making the platform quicker and more efficient to use. Monthly check-ins also add significant value, helping with distribution across platforms.

I would like Sprout Social to offer more specific and detailed opportunities when it comes to certain platforms.

I use Sprout Social to streamline sentiment analysis and data processes, making it easier to track metrics and pull numbers as needed. The organization and efficiency it provides make my workflow quicker and more efficient.
