Our favorite social media tool
What do you like best about the product?
Having one interface for for managing DM's, post responses, and content approval. The workflows make sharing responsibilities between team members so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to pay extra to get more detailed, and year over year reporting. Listening tool isn't great and provides too many
false positives/ negatives for sentiments.

Collaboration between customer service and social team through a unified inbox/workflow across multiple social platforms. Planning, approval, and scheduling features for content.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can manage social media listening and customer service across all platforms easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was better reporting. It's pretty generic so adding more high level reports will take it to the next level.

Reaching out to customer inquiries and complaints in a quick and easy manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything! There's not a feature I don't LOVE! As the social media landscape continues to evolve, Sprout Social is always ahead of the pack when it comes to providing modern marketers with strategic solutions for all facets of social media marketing. This includes everything from sophisticated content scheduling and conversation management tools to robust reporting and social listenting features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike. Prices tend to be on the higher side, but as the saying goes, "You get what you pay for!" With Sprout, you're paying for a premium product and premium service!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social has allowed our organization to streamline the process of content scheduling across 130+ locations and provided actionable reporting insights we've been able to use to evaluate the effectiveness of our content marketing strategy.

The internal and external review workflows that can be implemented before publishing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email notifications for each approval.

The reporting allows our clients to realize the value of social media.
Great for Scheduling, Listening and Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I like the analytics best because it has integrations into GA and all our paid social accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bambu (employee advocacy tool) is a separate platform rather than integrated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the bit.ly integration so we can have custom short URLs.
Sprout Social is MUST if Your Business Has a Social Media Presence
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love how you can add all your social media platforms and pick and choose what you want to see on your dashboard. You can see direct messages, comments, likes, and so much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how Sprout Social sometimes can be difficult to navigate. Other than that, I personally never really have had any issues. I would just make sure before you start using it, that you do a little training on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving basic problems with Sprout Social, such as not having to go into each platform and like / comment / respond to messages. With Sprout, you can just do it within the program itself. It's SUPER efficient and has made my life so much easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend any professional with a role in marketing/advertising to utilize Sprout Social. It's such a great tool that allows for more effective and efficient social media management and anlaysis.

I dislike how junky and busy the platform feels.

I'm solving my clients' needs to engage with their audience regularly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a bit pricey but really allows you to keep track of comments and DMs.
Easy to use, great for learning and growth, awesome partnership!

It is easy to schedule posts with approval workflows for clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some posts require mobile posting, defeats the value of scheduling in advance.

Being able to handle multiple clients easily with data to improve performance.
The best in social media management tools
What do you like best about the product?
The smart inbox easily organizes all of my client's social media platforms and interactions for quick replies!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to post Instagram stories or Carousels or promote content from Sprout on Instagram. This is an Instagram problem, though, not a Sprout one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps me solve the business problem of too many tools/accounts, which increases my productivity/efficiency for my clients.
