Such a great scheduling and reporting platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Really easy to use and navigate. I love using the reporting function - it's super easy to read and the smart inbox is a game changer for community managers that need to look for a platform to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all - I really love Sprout and definitely think it excels my needs and wants as a social media manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to respond to all community management tasks from one spot.
Sprout Social as not just a tool, but a workbench
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is good at condensing the immediate need-to-know data into quickly digestible bites. You can flick through your tabs and custom views for the information only you may need or you can go hunting for more spread-out data. They also keep rolling out features which is awesome. In addition, our Sprout rep is the best! They're fast, kind, helpful and give lots of good insight.
What do you dislike about the product?
I doubt this is the fault of Sprout, but in the messages and posts, it is a bit inconvenient that I can't like all the tagged posts through the platform. Little things like that and only being able to like, comment or share certain types of posts from various platforms do cause issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They solve problems we didn't even know we had, like being able to flag spikes and listening to competitors. They genuinely try and think of everything and it shows in the way they keep updating us with new features and custom functions.

Everything is laid out with UX in mind. Calendar is efficient and clean.

Notifications can be confusing how they are displayed.

This is my third time working with Sprout Social.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, Social Listening, Marketing Calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
Feedly Feed or RSS feeds in general. Not working
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Is my Social Media manager - much cheaper than a full time FTE
Pleasing, but could be simpler.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the look of sprout social, because I think it's more modern and nicer than Hootsuite. I also enjoy the amount of reporting and the way the graphs are designed.
It's also nice that I can easily create Advocacy posts from within the social window, or if I've already posted something, so just push the post to Advocacy.

What do you dislike about the product?
I really reeaaaalllly dislike that we have to enter in a one time passcode every. single. time I login. Sometimes I'm logging in upwards of 10 times a day, and it's extremely annoying. Could you just do the one time passcode once a day? Just feels unnecessary.
I wish I could simplify the menu. The main reason why I use Sprout is to schedule and plan social, so I'd like Publisher to be first, and I'd like to get rid of the extra options and features that I don't use.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a platform that would allow me to schedule my social media, look at performance, and connect to my employee advocacy program. By being able to have everything in the same place, it saves me time and increases accuracy. I'm able to post more often, and optimize those posts by looking at a social calendar, and selecting to post at the most optimal times. I also like to be able to see what types/topics of posts are performing best, which I can do by using tags.
Always so clean, great platform. I’ve used sprout my entire career!

I like the reporting, they offer powerful reports that are professionally presented.

Sprout keeps us from logging into mulitple platforms and multiple accounts by giving us a single location to manage social media.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of mass scheduling is fantastic. Each post is added individually, but I distribute it to six platforms simultaneously. Another option was to upload all scheduled posts at once using a CSV file. With Social Sprout, it is simple to plan large-scale social media campaigns. This feature is fantastic, and I particularly enjoy the reporting and insights section. Demographic information about our audience is provided, allowing me to customize future content to their interests.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly enjoy the calendar publishing point of view. Instead of adding each element separately, it would be more convenient if you could plan a single post across all social media platforms, upload multiple image sizes, and edit the caption all from a single window. Furthermore, I dislike having to pay extra to access features like optimal posting times, which are accessible in competing apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social solves the problem of simultaneously publishing content to multiple platforms. My team manages the company's social media, and some of these accounts have a lot of content that needs to be scheduled, so this is extremely useful.
Spout Social is a middle-of-the-road management platform
What do you like best about the product?
I liked that we were able to wrangle multiple social profiles with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like the UI or the in-app tagging capabilities. Oftentimes, I wouldn't be able to tag other companies on LinkedIn, which is a big part of what I do in social scheduling.
