Sprout Experience
What do you like best about the product?
It is mostly of the interface and how how easy to see all things at once. Apart from that, the data that I need can easily be seen through the reporting side of sprout.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. But if there are any, I'd probably go with the organic comments for IG to be also seen in the Sprout. I think once this is already be taken care of, everything else would be perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is more on the data side. We use to Hootsuite as our medium to communicate with our audience but sprout really did fill in the need that we saw in Hootsuite when it comes to data and analyzation side.

Sprout offers comprehensive yet simple-to-understand layouts of social media platforms and allows users to easily export the data collected.

I feel like the integration of new platforms could work better.

This tool is very wasy to navigate.It is also a great tool since it gives statistics data. Support friendly and can also be easily accesible.

Coordinating our social media platforms with Sprout Social.
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social's comprehensive features include scheduling, tagging, and analytics. This program fulfills all of our social media functionality requirements. In addition, the Approval Workflow procedure has many administrative privileges and Groups. My favorite feature is the capacity to schedule posts at Optimal Times, which is ideal because it adapts to each social media platform. Hootsuite's interface was navy blue and difficult on the eyes, and it only allowed scheduling in 5-minute intervals; Sprout Social had both features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer to see the analytics presented in more visually appealing formats, such as bar or pie charts, as opposed to simple text tables. Our customers prefer clear, concise, and visually appealing charts over tables of numbers. A limited number of analytics features are supported, and there may be one or two graph options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In a medium-sized organization, it wasn't easy to coordinate messaging and keep track of who published what and when. Now, not only can we monitor global activity while still posting content to social media at predetermined times, but we can also, if necessary, divide our team's efforts into smaller, more manageable chunks.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy this because Sprout Social has instilled in me a sense of confidence and made me feel like I have a hand in tracking clients. It has a straightforward layout, it's simple to link accounts, and scheduling articles is quick, simple, and, most importantly, effective. The excellent service has made it easier for my consumers to obtain what they want. Sprout Social places a high priority on market analysis reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how difficult it is to switch my paid plan. It isn't easy to contact customer support since they appear to be in a different city, and reaching out takes a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout saves me a great deal of time when creating and planning social media updates. I can compose the posts in one location, awaiting their approval, and then publish them from the exact location.
A useful tool for marketers, social media teams, and PR professionals
What do you like best about the product?
The variety of topics on Sprout Social is so useful to digitals journalists and other professions as well. I like to look at their social media holiday calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get expensive for smaller companies and individuals.

Sprout Social has ideas for social media content, helps create content calendars, and has helpful articles pertaining to social media specialities.
Absolutely brilliant!
What do you like best about the product?
It is so user friendly, easy to navigate what you need. I love that you can schedule a post and then duplicate it for the next SM profile if you need to edit between FB / Twitter for example to tag other profiles. Really easy to use, great reporting and it has made my SM posting soooo much easier! Also the Optimal times is great as it gives you 5 options of when you COULD post and rates them 1-5 on the best time of day, so you can take it as a guide but still be flexible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that if you are editing a post or writing it, the Enter button on the keyboard can sometimes post it immediately!! Only happened once but had to jump on and delete it as i wasn't finished haha whoops! Maybe a double check before posting would help!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We recently lost one of our marketing team and using Sprout has actually enabled us to cover her role internally without having to employ a replacement so we are saving a wage every month. Plus the existing team have a lot more time to spare as Sprout is so easy you can work on SM for about 1 day a month and schedule everything so it becomes a monthly task not daily.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and intuitive layout—anyone from the team can jump in and start using it—ability to schedule posts on all channels that we use for clients, ability to generate reports easily for clients
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if the platform could automatically resize / crop images and videos for each channel. It can be time consuming having to modify certain assets before uploading to Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to toggle between multiple accounts on my phone and computer—it's very convenient having everything in one place, and my team can see what has been scheduled and what needs to be done.
