Great for Managing Multiple Profiles, but User Invites Can Be Buggy

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manage multiple social media profiles in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Weird errors when adding users. Many times when adding a new user, it will show on the user list that they have 0 groups, despite being added to a group upon invite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am in a support role for our users, so this is not applicable to my interaction with Sprout.

Efficient Posting with Room for Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social very easy to use. It saves me tons of time by allowing me to post across all social profiles for all businesses without having to do it individually. I really enjoy being able to publish the same post across every social platform we have at one time. I also appreciate the ability to schedule posts according to Sprout's best times to post feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not always post to Facebook, it fails sometimes and I do not know why. Also, I have been unable to link any of our Instagram accounts to Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to publish posts across all social platforms at once, saving me tons of time. Its ease of use and scheduling feature, like Sprout's best times to post, enhance my workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout saves me time when publishing by making toggling between platforms efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes sprouts UX feels a bit crowded and it can be overwhelming. Unsure if its the colors or the tightness of the functions on the screen but it can be difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is creating a place for communication between team members and approval process that speeds up our posting schedule. The listening and inbox features also make it easier to manage our brand online.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the layout, ease of tracking posts and scheduling, I especially like the AI tool for creating captions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's a little convoluted in the layout. I get lost in it sometimes before I remember how to get where I need to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling far out in advance so I can create content and forget about it for a while. It's also helping me voice the caption or post around my already built brand.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how easy it is to pull profile performance metrics for all of my brands across all platforms. It gives me the ability to get what I need quickly and efficiently. Also the ease of publishing content on various platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
My team has run into some technical issues when publishing. The paid performance and profile performance don’t match up, which means I have to do extra manual work to make sure my reporting is accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool brings together the ability to pull metrics without doing it manually, ease of publishing, and community management in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social to help monitor social media content and draft posts, and I love that it allows everything to come into one place, making it easy to view. The approval chain of command for posting is very straightforward. I like how user-friendly it is and how easy everything is to navigate. The calendar scheduling feature is impressive, as it makes it easy to see what is drafted and when. It allows me to see what time things are scheduled on platforms so I don't oversaturate my feed. The initial setup was very easy, as all I had to do was sign up with my email.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to use and be distinctive when posting on all sorts of platforms!
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there was a time where it was easy to find my analytics and then for a hot second I couldn't find them. We are good now but maybe I didn't read an update email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting the same content on all platforms at the same time and being able to specify strategy for each platform!

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Sprout Social for having everything for social in one easy and user-friendly place. I like the reporting side because it has so much data. The tool is user-friendly and priced well, which led my team to switch from Hootsuite. The initial setup was really easy and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like adding an automated comment to DM response would be great.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout Social's reporting functions are really advanced and offer insights in a way that is helpful. The AI summaries help pick out some of the more gleaning pieces of information that are helpful for communicating to our team more broadly about what our successes and takeaways are. The customization of the reports to be able to pull just the data important to our team, especially as KPIs, is very important for assessing the return on investment for particular campaigns. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, especially because of the onboarding process from Sprout.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the nonprofit rate could be revisited. At a time when nonprofits are stretched really thin, the rate is still pretty high for nonprofits that want to utilize this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for scheduling content across multiple accounts, which saves time and improves planning. Its advanced reporting functions offer helpful insights, and AI summaries help communicate successes and takeaways to our team.
