Used Sprout Social for a Couple Months so far...
What do you like best about the product?
Easy and quick and useful for collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I could see a feed for comments/feedback under the "Needs Approval" tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy communication between our communication/marketing team and admin team of our organization.
Very efficient and knowledgable

The listening profiles being restricted is irritating

The ability to manage all of the social media activity including messages etc
Love sprout! Helps keep everything running and on time
What do you like best about the product?
I love that when I have a busy day or I have to take off that sprout continues running. I never have to worry about social.

Nothing! It's great we really enjoy sprout
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I have to take time off or on weekends it's nice to not have to worry about work. I'm more productive
The tool has been mostly intuitive and the CS teams have been very helpful.

The scheduling tool and the tagging feature

Depth in social listening can be better. Paid media options as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me schedule and automate a lot of my responsibilities. This allows me to work better and frees up my weekends.
Sprout is a great program for scheduling social posts, and very useful to get reports
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it tells me the optimal time, and once I scedual it I don't have to think about it again becuase it automaticlly posts. I also dont have to look at research to find out when the optimal time is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how difficult it is to rescedual posts, I wish I could just drag and drop them on a new day. I also dislike the IOS notifications, I constatly miss post notfications because the time to post loiks the same and the successful post notification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to scedual reels on instagram so they don't have to be manually posted. Giving the monthly reposts for tiktok makes it much easier to collecet the numbers.
Intuitive and insightful program
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very user-friendly and easy to use. Information is at your finger tips and if you don't know how to access something, the help section will tell you.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced any negative issues.

Sprout Social is helping us determine what content resonates with our audiences, as well as how we measure up to our competition in terms of brand awareness.
Easy to Use for Sprout Social Newbie
What do you like best about the product?
Creating new content to post is super simple. I also like the ability to easily see what's getting the most engagement. The dashboard provides a quick view of the most relevant information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it hard to locate general posting history to clone content. I like Sprout Social's accessibility features, but I wish there were prompts for recommended edits. For example, I wanted to add alt text, but had to search support to learn how. I also wish the preview was more accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social gives us an aggregate view across all social channels. The platform is also great for our third-party vendor who manages our social calendar. Without it, they'd have to gain access to each individual channel.
Very Helpful Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the reporting and the organization of the reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to monitor Instagram stories and polls and to pull accurate reports around that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping solve which types of posts work best on each platform, and this allows us to concentrate our efforts on more successful posts.
Sprout Social is brilliant for customer service and scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
The smart inbox collates ALL enquiries and mentions across your social media channels. It is so easy to miss customer questions and enquiries without Sprout - now, we never miss anything from our customers. It's an absolute life saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't split out paid vs organic activity in the reports. It would be amazing if Sprout could tell how many engagements were on ads and split it out from the organic stats. Facebook reports do show the organic vs paid impressions, but it would be great if it also did this for Instagram and across all stats.
I also don't like that they don't have a grid view of your Instagram so you can see how the content flows. You can do this on the mobile app but it doesn't allow you to drag and drop content to rearrange according to the view.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping us make our customer service better than ever. Previously, notifications would be missed and customers would get frustrated, but now it's all centralised and even if my manager opens a DM on Instagram, I will still be able to review and respond from the smart inbox.
Great Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is very user-friendly and customer service is always available to help and hands-on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lately, there have been some issues with Instagram dropped posts which do cause a bit of a delay as we have to re-post manually.

Helping us schedule and organize client accounts, posts, as well as reporting.
