An extremely thorough and innovative tool
What do you like best about the product?
One of the things I liked the most about the Sprout tool, was the reports that I could generate, and include in my presentations. They went into depth about our follower demographics, locations, and other pages they're following. I also liked that I could see my recommended posting times in my calendr, add comments for my agency, view the snapshot of how it would appear on each platform, could see all the messages... so much!
What do you dislike about the product?
I genuinely can't think of anything I dislike about Sprout. And I tried!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We never realized we needed access to a social listening tool until we used Sprout. It provided us with more data than we knew what to do with, and more insight into what kind of content our followers engaged with, and that was a huge help for our social team.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that Sprout Social can handle so many aspects of social media management in one solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides I experienced were API issues with Facebook which sometimes created issues and lags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit is listening and being able to catch posts about my company that need addressing.

I live he listening tool. It allows me to know exactly what content I should focus on based on what users are speaking about on social media platforms and also on the wrb.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that can be improved is the use of more tools.

It allows us to understand how users are feeling and talking about our brand.

Clean, simple to use interface. Basic out of the box reporting looks beautiful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a lot of customization capabilities in the reporting. Does everything ok, but nothing terrific.

It gives us a unified platform to view most of our social media.
Sprout Social is by far the best social media management tool out there
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to assign tasks to different teams; the ability to build/schedule posts; extensive and detailed report generation; competitive analysis; and excellent customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is the biggest drawback to Sprout Social.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had issues in responding to incoming messages quickly, but the ability to assign tasks has solved that problem.
Sprout has been great for publishing, smart inbox and analytics.

Ability to publish seamlessly on all social channels, communicate internally on posts, community management on all channels.
The platform is great, but the customer service is very difficult to get in touch with.

Automation! Employee Advocacy and scheduling abilities are my favorite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service/support doesn't reply, so it's hard to troubleshoot or get responses. Some reps throughout the process have been better than others. Wish there was more customized purchasing and pricing options.

Scheduling, tracking and scaling our social media and employee advocacy

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is very user-friendly and simple to use. I primarily use it for scheduling and love the workflows tool so we can ensure all parties have approval before posting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest thing that is just a pain is random profiles disconnecting. I totally understand when it's done for security reasons, but it tends to happen very frequently with our 7+ profiles.

It streamlines our social posting process and also makes it easier for multiple people to have access to social platforms.

Optimal posting times, product tagging for IG, duplicate option, notes option in calendar view

Any of the facilities that are above a basic level of understanding seem difficult to learn and piece together

Sprout helps me solve everything related to my role. I know when to post, what to post and it makes it super easy
