Streamlined Social Media Management Across Channels
What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social to schedule content across multiple channels and brands. I love how it allows me to optimize post timing and see all of our content archives in one place. The cross-platform functionality is a standout because it lets me schedule posts across various channels and tailor captions to fit. Plus, the initial setup was simple!
What do you dislike about the product?
I find scheduling stories with links to be challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to schedule content across multiple channels, optimize post timing, and see all of our content archives in one place. Its cross-platform functionality lets me schedule posts with unique captions for different channels.
Great Scheduling and Reports, but Slow to Match Social App Updates
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling abilities, look and reports are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it takes awhile for Sprout to reflect social media app updates. For example, Instagram has allowed up to five collaborators on posts for quite some time now, but Sprout still only allows three.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows me to follow my company's accessibility guidelines with ease with the AI-assisted ALT text generation. I don't have to go into every app to post something. I can just duplicate posts and edit for the next platform. It also allows me to schedule content weeks in advance at opitmal timing for engagement.

I how seamlessly Sprout brings everything together in one place—publishing, scheduling, engagement, analytics, and listening—without feeling bloated or overly complex. The interface is intuitive, which makes day-to-day management efficient, but it’s also robust enough to support strategy-level decisions with clean, customizable reporting. It strikes a rare balance between being user-friendly and genuinely powerful, which saves time while still elevating the quality of the work.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Sprout Social is powerful, the biggest drawback is cost—especially as you add users or advanced features, it can become a significant investment. Some advanced tools (like deeper listening or reporting capabilities) also feel a bit siloed behind higher-tier plans, which can limit flexibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social solves the problem of fragmented social media management by centralizing publishing, engagement, and reporting into one streamlined platform. Instead of juggling multiple tools and manual processes, I can plan content, monitor conversations, respond quickly, and pull performance data from a single dashboard. That efficiency saves time, reduces errors, and allows me to spend more energy on strategy, storytelling, and improving content quality rather than administrative tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to manage and see multiple accounts and platforms all in one spot. The extra reporting and analytics information is also helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
Connecting to paid ads was very difficult for a few clients

making it easy to be logged into multiple client accounts without having to log in and out of platforms

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easily it integrates our multiple platforms, so we can queue or schedule posts across platforms with ease

I dislike the difficulties with tagging people, like in Linkedin posts

They are solving the problems with data, tracking, and stats!
Optimal Social Management With Sprout Social
What do you like best about the product?
I love the weekly stats recap and the planning assistance, which I find to be the best on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
The export of data could be improved to allow them to be added to other software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to manage social media with a better insight into my strategy, by analyzing KPIs and planning posts, which saves time on publishing.
All-in-One Social Media Management Powerhouse
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout Social gives us the opportunity to have a wide variety of features available in one platform. We use Sprout for scheduling and posting our social media content. It solves our need for a social media scheduler, capturing and providing data for sponsors and other departments, and allows everything to be in one place. They offer a tagging feature that compiles data from all tagged posts and generates in-depth reports. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, and upgrading our account last month was a simple process. We strictly use Sprout Social as it seems to be a one-stop shop for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I think could be improved is that sometimes posts will "fail" in the uploading or posting process to certain platforms but I don't necessarily know if that is a business flaw or a user error

Sprout Social solves our need for a social media scheduler, captures and provides data for sponsors and departments, and centralizes everything. I like its diverse features in one platform, like the tagging feature that compiles data from tagged posts into detailed reports.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can schedule on multiple forms of social media at once
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like that I can tag someone in reels, sometime I dont want to invite them as a collaborator.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of planning ahead I can plan amonth in advance and not have to worry if my content is getting posted or not
Easy Reporting & Scheduling with Valuable Social Insights
What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy reporting and scheduling. The insights the platform provides are extremely valuable to my social strategy! Plus, I rarely experience any platform technical issues or downtime.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t run into any major downsides so far. It would be great to see more AI enhancements in the future, especially ones that provide deeper insights within the reporting section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media scheduling, tracking, and reporting. Saving me SO much time!
Streamlined Social Management with User-Friendly Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the user-friendly, easy-to-use interface of Sprout Social. I like that it is easily shareable amongst my team. I also really like the certifications and education that Sprout provides, which goes almost synonymously with the user experience, and that's a really helpful tool to help others learn and myself learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that doesn't really work that great on Sprout Social is that sometimes I'm able to post a lot of the same things on the same day when I don't schedule them, and then I have to go back and redo it all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to streamline marketing tools under one umbrella, increasing efficiency with its easy interface. It solves planning and end-of-campaign analytics issues, making management smoother.
