Getting posts on social media in order
What do you like best about the product?
A single mailbox collects all client comments and correspondence. It saves us effort when performing Community Management, and the tagging tool allows us to track how individuals feel about messages and the kind of messages they submit.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social networks may be responsible for this, not them. I don't particularly appreciate that they still do not permit uploading some video files, and it is not always simple to post them directly or on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm getting better at determining what's hot on social media, so I no longer have to conduct all the research and analytics myself. There is already a platform for that, and I can also monitor my social media performance and forecast future analytics, insights, and outcomes.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive user interface which is very user friendly to use. Any new user can easily adapt to the software. Wide reporting options also good automation capability that makes life easy for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Of course the pricing is worry especially when you add more seats. There are some good advanced options but they are only available in expensive subscriptions...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I like the convenience of having everything under one platform and not needing to cycle through different windows or tabs.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times I encounter technical difficulties with being unable to reply to a customer post; either because I come across an error page or unable to select a profile to reply from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The technical difficulties I alluded to above have improved and are not a common occurrence. The ease of being able to mark certain items as spam, negative, or positive sentiment, etc has also been helpful.
Sprout is a very easy to use website that makes scheduling posts a breeze!
What do you like best about the product?
The calendar post planning feature is what I use the most and I like how easy it is to duplicate posts for other social media platforms. Being able to edit link tracking is also a great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes have issues editing the thumbnail photos so I think if more attention was focussed on that feature it would be an overall more enjoyable experience but that's pretty much it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With a high need for a social presence nowadays, I believe the issue is organizing and scheduling your content in a way that's consistent for your audience and Sprout makes that aspect a non-issue for businesses,

What do you like best about the product?
Love the features and ease of access. The ability to report is so easy and our executives love the reports. Being able to easily see how our socials are doing is key!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the view of all the social posts on the calendar, I wish there was a way to section it off more. I would like some more in-depth reports!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the way that we handle the influx of comments/likes/shares. It makes social management very simple for all users. Sprout makes it incredibly simple to post and schedule things for all of our social accounts.

Very powerful tool!
A useful tool but not the most intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I like the calendar interface and the ability to duplicate/copy posts when scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
The icons used in the dashboard are not intuitive at all. They're confusing, and it's difficult to navigate. The queue, drafts, and scheduled posts are confusingly redundant

It's making it easier for our team to have multiple users handling multiple accounts

Integrate with Asana!!!

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes it easy to compose your company's social media posts, and the setup makes it easy to organize the different platforms. I especially love how it offers optimal times to post for each platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like about Sprout is that there is a 30 minute window for a supervisor to approve posts. Sometimes I would rather submit my posts for approval ahead of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me organize my social media posts and giving me confidence that I've taken care of all of them, and that I've produced quality social media posts for my company.
The Sales and Customer Service Departments Suck!
What do you like best about the product?
The software itself works well but that is about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sales and customer service departments treat customers like they are a nuisance and like they are stupid. They use deception to try to upsell their customers. Sprout Social teaches its employees to milk each customer out of the most fees as humanly possible. The employees are clones of one another. They also treat their customers with disrespect which is really degrading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to do my social media tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please choose one of the other software companies that treat their customers well and do not use deceptive practices to get more monthly fees from them.
User-friendly interface + easy to pull data
What do you like best about the product?
It's a very user-friendly interface. Super easy to navigate and find what you need. Pulling data reports is a breeze. The smart inbox, publishing section, and tag performance sections are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful part of Sprout Social is mainly the fact that we can't see TikTok videos and Instagram stories that we are tagged in. We can't also log any UGC Instagram stories that we repost on our story. Wishing for a more robust influencer management section too. The brand sentiment bot doesn't always sort the sentiment of the message correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media marketing metrics and content planning, competitor analysis, trend watching, brand health, and community management. It helps me have one place to find everything I need in my day to day tasks.
