Easily Schedule Social Posts
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes it easy to schedule social posts for your business or for multiple businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only platform that Sprout doesn't currently let you post directly to is Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to increase efficiency and productivity with Sprout Social. Being able to schedule posts in advance means we can have posts scheduled several days in advance and make changes as necessary depending on trending topics, time sensitivity, etc. It's easy to share links, videos, images, etc. on multiple platforms for different businesses.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sprout Social is moderately priced and really makes posting on social platforms easier. You'll save so much time.
The best social management platform for the price!
What do you like best about the product?
First and foremost, Sprout is extremely user-friendly. The UI is very easy to navigate, making it simple to get started. Scheduling is easy and straightforward. Reporting is precise and comprehensive. Managing a team is seamless and efficient. Community management is a breeze. Additionally, user support is terrific—especially for agency partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bummer that Sprout doesn't have the ability to manage Instagram DMs (as of me writing this), but that's a global issue for social management platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Publishing at optimal times to maximize reach and engagement, community management, reporting and analytics—to inform future content creation. Benefits have been better quality content, more reach and engagement, better quality reporting and analytics and happier clients!

What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
Social sprout has an error that affects its dynamism of message delivery, where its position is not completely comfortable at the time of making the corresponding sending of information necessary for the development of marketing representations developed by the company, having to correct promptly this indisposition of scope of assured trajectory, which is evidenced as a failure in the proportion of functions of prompt arrival of textual foundations to the customers' servers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A conditioned reception of my actions of relationship with the clients has been able to work thanks to the program that presents sprout social, a matchless system of marking and organization of statistical processes for the planning of work models, directed deliveries of content, enriched possibilities of publication, a strategic sequence of marketing, sustained by fertile indications of scalability of progress and definition of corporate properties of performance, since these tools have been able to optimize prudently the impulse of digital path of my organization.

I dare to recommend the actions generated by the social sprout software, since it is a software that can quickly coordinate and establish directed patterns for the appropriation, establishment and disposition of route changes and preferential improvements for the management of integral continuity pre-designed network connections, Because their uses are variable, their customer services are accurate, their return on investment approaches are surprising, their collaboration is integrated into appropriate connectivity points for managing cohesive and scalable social functions, to maintain a good deal of treatment for the audience in your company.
Favorite, easy-to-use social media publisher and inbox
What do you like best about the product?
I love the inbox that pulls in keywords, hashtags, and every mention of your brand on each social platform. The social inbox is reason enough to arguably get the tool. Also the ability to "complete" message as tasks, quickly hide/delete comments and messages, and email messages to your colleagues that you don't know how to respond to is really helpful. It streamlines your workflow so well!

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Sprout is not a great Facebook or Instagram publisher. I still draft/schedule posts in the native Facebook app because I find it's the most accurate view of what your posts will look like, and it will let you tag others and include locations.
For Instagram, I wish Sprout had a visual grid planner (like UNUM) where you can plan out your content visually and it loads your feed. Additionally, there's no way to make/store Instagram Stories so you kind of have to keep apps for different things.
Also you can't tag brands well in LinkedIn in the app, so often will post in the native LinkedIn app to tag any partners we need to.

Sprout saves us time for managing our social accounts—you can hop in the inbox and check if you have any new comments/messages/replies, etc. So that your brand can respond quickly to your audience.
Also having a service that scours any mention of your brand or brand keywords that you want to check for across social is super helpful for missing any relevant content.

Consider what your biggest needs with social media management/publishing are, then view and trial each service you're considering against that.

Also understand that you're still going to need several apps to perform the various tasks you need on each channel. Sprout isn't a video editor or Instagram Stories maker, etc.

Calling for your social networks and the use of publications for your company.
What do you like best about the product?
This software allows you to add multiple profiles from various platforms and schedule social media postings at the time you want with schedules set by you which helps you increase the real business value of social media through these effective tools such as, participation, listening, analysis and reporting for agencies and leading brands, which provides the company a good use helping their customers to have an incredible experience, safe and responsible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have problems with the calendar where its content fails and usually shows all posts per day, including shared actions that do not necessarily create what is a problem because it can be complicated and very difficult to navigate because they are often because you ask for new updates which sometimes is not very good because you lose control of all content already recorded which is a waste of time. Another problem that usually happens to me is that the software closes the session when no one else tries to log in which should not happen because if the user wants to leave it open because he forgot his password or has problems entering has to do the procedure again which is usually a nuisance to the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it mainly to assign publications, forward publications and request comments helping me to improve the way I use social networks since it allows us to respond directly to social publications within the application which increases the use of our company page since we allow customers to interact with us and allowing them to use participation to publish, recommend and talk about important issues for the company which improves the reputation and expectations of customers to our company.

I recommend this software for the improvement towards your social networks since it provides you with functions so that your company can add profiles on various platforms and program publications and allows in the social networks that customers or users can know more about your company and improve or increase your reputation when it comes to sales and customer experiences for excellent recommendations that you offer to customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The program uses outstanding activities and features such as publication scheduling with the option to automate them, customer participation and social network monitoring. This software is very easy to use and the functionality of the tools is shown in a simple way even for those without so much experience with programs like this. It contains more and more integrations that help Sprout to load stably. The customer support is efficient and polite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Predictive analytics and a communications panel are tools not found in customer experience management. The price may seem high for many small businesses. It doesn't provide statistical dashboards where you can present the best activities to do in social networks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Sprout Social webinar is very complete and has allowed us to learn more about its mechanics and to work on strategies. The company has been able to create and improve various strategies to connect in social networks in an optimal way thanks to Sprout Social, the analysis of the publications gives consistent results. We have been helped by the idea that it is compatible with social networks like LinkedIn where we can connect more with most of our clients
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The program has shown some connection problems, it is important that these technical details are corrected. Video management and brand management would look good in content marketing tools. The price to get the service could be a little lower

The interface can be confusing and isn't the prettiest or nicest.

Great platform at an affordable price
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social provides all of the capabilities necessary for a social management platform: advanced scheduling, monitoring, and analytics. You can assign tasks if you're working on a big team, and bulk upload if you've planned out your editorial calendar months in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish some of the monitoring capabilities were more advanced, such as for keyword monitoring. It would be more helpful to identify influencers if the platform were structured differently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Such a timesaver when it comes to posting daily and advanced planning. Helps to spend more time on the strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
This is an ideal platform to extract real business value from social networks through tools and functions that provide effective publication, participation, analysis, reports, among others. It is available in two mobile versions iOS and Android in addition to the web browser. You can optimize and simplify social management, your team will have work fluency and you will be able to provide a better customer experience, its interface is clean, organized and allows you to navigate without problems. It is compatible with, Instagram, Facebook among others.
What do you dislike about the product?
our experience has been satisfactory, we obtain very good results and we have not presented any problem or inconvenience with this software, however some team members who used the android version on their mobile device find it difficult to participate and use the platform, This has not allowed our performance to be at its best, but it does not mean that it is a bad platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using this platform in various departments such as support and marketing. On social media we hear problems and compliments from customers, we interact and also promote our products. We also carry out a schedule of publications on social networks, we generate analysis reports and we also monitor mentions on social networks, we use it daily and it covers all our needs, most of it is on social networks. Our work team obtains a work flow and time savings that we channel to improve other areas that require it, we achieve objectives in less time. We have greater scope and customer acquisition and our sales have increased satisfactorily.

it is ideal for scheduling publications, monitoring, interacting and promoting your products on social networks, excellent for obtaining reports and analytical data. You will be able to see which are the publications that perform the most to give it focus and drive it to attract the largest number of potential customers, you also get fluency and time savings. Fully recommended.
