Satisfied with Sprout Social!
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule content for multiple pages at the same time is very helpful. I also enjoy the optimal times to post.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally have failed posts and I wish it autosaved instead of saving when you press it. But overall I enjoy working with Sprout Social.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting for many accounts at the same time. It benefits by making my work easier.
Solid Solution, But Way Overpriced
What do you like best about the product?
There's a lot to like here, but I can tell it's built for managers, agencies and multiple team members. It's way overpriced for individuals or even non-profits and the limitation on users is a massive downgrade from other solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is most than 200% than other solutions and scales really poorly. The pricing is just way too much. There are so many other systems out there that allow multiple users for 1/3rd of the cost. This solution does not grow with a larger team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling across most socials is really handy. I like being able to involve multiple reviews but just having a limit on multiple users (unless you literally double, triple your costs) is really preventative.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout social is super user friendly and creates great analytic reports for my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its price is too high and it's too expensive to add extra profiles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It takes care of my client's scheduling across a multitude of platforms and I love how easy the reports are to generate monthly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great product, the only reason I am no longer using it was due to cost cutting reasons and I had to obtain a cheaper alternative
Amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to navigate the platform and makes posting on social channels a seamless experience. I'm amazed at how I can easily view the engagement rate of social posts and build reports to document the results!
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to manually tag individuals via LinkedIn after scheduling a post. It's a minor inconvenience though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to have approval chains within the platform helps to speed things up! Instead of having to manually send text copies to our social media manager, we just need to put it through the system and the post can be easily approved with the click of a button. No more back and forth and manually copying and pasting text copies!

There is a straightforward UI and it's convenient to filter posts and change those filters as needed. Access to the reports tab is also good to see real time data
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain types of posts don't load, like Instagram stories which can be a big point of CX interaction. The website could also use a notification system like the app has
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having access to all social accounts in one space with multiple logins for the team is the most important benefit, the interface also makes it easy to collaborate on issues

It's a very straightforward platform

Multiple Tagging, Filtering Content, Viewing link.

Multiple tagging is not available while in the thread.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They allow me to see all the comments and questions posted by users from all social platforms. It's a one-stop workstation. No need to have a lot of tabs open

It's almost a necessity if you're trying to engage with your viewers.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is super simple which makes it very easy to use. I like the fact that you're able to view your stats as well as your teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be nice to have new messages appear automatically without having to refresh the page or click the new messages notification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout makes it super easy to connect with customers on multiple different social media platforms. This allows us to keep up with customers issues or concerns on all of our social media accounts.

easy to use and UI is clean, easy to task and share as well

attachments and photos don't load and multiple people can respond to incoming posts which makes it frustrating

Image issues are the worst
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it helps me get my job done at a fast pace
What do you dislike about the product?
Most images customers send through Instagram especially cannot be seen, which interferes severely with the ability to do my job swiftly—having to ask my manager to pull up images that are common and should be visible is growing tiring and troublesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me get my job done quickly with the lightning-fast real-time incoming messages.
Excellent scheduling platform - Always room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is very easy to use! All new team members transition to the software pretty seamlessly compared to whatever they used before. I am also THRILLED that we can now schedule TikTok on the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the reporting was more customizable - but this may just be a user error on my end that I do not know how to customize reporting. Also, I have not used the social listening platform Sprout offers but I wish it was included with each subscription level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is saving my team time with scheduling, me time from checking to see that we are up to date on all our accounts, and it gives me a great overview of how all our profiles are working.
