What do you like best about the product?
Ability to schedule post and respond to them in a timely fashion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot customize posts per channel from a draft post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social lets you schedule posts across multiple platforms, ensuring consistent activity without needing to post in real-time. You can plan your content in advance, saving time and reducing stress, while posting at optimal times for maximum engagement.

It also tracks post performance, helping you identify what resonates with your audience. By analyzing which content performs best, you can adjust your strategy and focus on what drives the most engagement.

Good for social listening

What do you like best about the product?
Apart from social scheduling, using social listening on Sprout really helps with knowing what's actually going on in the industry, therefore inform other marketing activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only allow limited users on 1 account, have to upgrade to add users. Also social listening would be even better if there were more filter to read more conversations

the reporting makes it super easy to share with clients

sometimes the software would not work properly when posting / would fail to post at the worst times

solving my time management - I'm able to do more in the same time when I don't have to remember to post. Able to work on other projects

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social does the basics well. The platform is quick to roll out new features to support the ever-changing landscape of the social environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social does not have any features that I find differentiate itself from other social media moderation platforms. The platform is not that intuitive when compared to other platforms it competes with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social allows our team of community moderators to respond to customers without requiring them to log into each social platform natively. This adds some additional security when it comes to protecting our social assets.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Sprout Social's platform for publishing and scheduling posts. It's very to use and for the most part, has been pretty reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing could be more reasonable, especially for multiple users. I like that I can collaborate with my team on Sprout, I just don't like how much it costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social enables me to schedule posts for multiple platforms and get weekly reporting all in one place which helps save time.

A Powerful Tool for Social Media Management

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is easy-to-use and we can schedule/publish social posts seamlessly. Account Executives are also easy to reach, are able to answer any questions as needed and keep you up-to-date with the latest updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social makes a lot of updates and keeps its users informed with future updates in the platform. In the near future, it would be greatly appreciated if Sprout had the capability to schedule Twitter polls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I recently added the Q2 Product Roadmap Webinar where I learned that Sprout Social's team is internally working on the functionality to reshare LinkedIn posts. It will also be great to schedule content for TikTok.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're considering Sprout Social, you should try it out. It's a great social media management tool that will aid your business. Sprout Social offers a free trial period. So, you can see if it's the right fit for you. In addition, you can also chat with an Account Executive and have them walk you through the platform so you understand each component.

Stand-out software in a crowded market - works every time!

What do you like best about the product?
We've tried a variety of platforms and software solutions for social media scheduling - from the name brands to more niche, 'independent' type platforms and they have all let us down in one way or another, either through lack of functionality of technical issues. Sprout Social works every time and supports all the tools, platforms and integrations we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social is on the upper end of the market which makes it difficult to justify for clients that are on the lower end of our offerings, which means we are not always able to use Sprout Social for clients on lower packages. Not really a critique of the software, but really is the only 'downside' of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem we were facing was the lack of the correct support for platforms, the lack of an intuitive UI and the incessant technical difficulties we faced with other platforms constantly failing to post scheduled posts on the regular. Sprout Social has resolved those issues.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to navigate around the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's expensive for the added capabilities.
We're unable to add additional images, especially from ads, into the report. So clients are not able to get a good picture (literally) of ads and how they're performing.
We're not able to present a lot of the data in graphs to help communicate the momentum.
It's in portrait formatting when a lot of our competitors are presenting their reporting in screen-friendly landscape mode.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They're not solving our ability to show the true impact of social.

My favorite feature is the reporting section. It makes it easy to share wins with clients

Scheduling takes time. I wish there were a way I could schedule one post but tweak it from different platforms simultaneously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple clients at a time. All scheduling and reporting in one place.
