Sprout makes social easy

What do you like best about the product?
The asset library and saved replies are great for speed and consistency. The scheduling and reporting is easy to use, as well as the approval process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding multiple users to get the full benefits of the approval process really increases the cost quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Smart Inbox and Reviews makes it so that we never miss a touchpoint with a guest.

Managing multiple accounts - made easy

What do you like best about the product?
Managing multiple accounts with 1 login.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sporadic (seldom) "failed to post" errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to manage multiple social media accounts for multiple school districts all in one place with one login is an enormous time-saver. The recommended "optimal" times within Sprout seem much better than from the platforms themselves. The analytics reports are a huge help to have something ready-made to provide to leadership.

Good platform for organization

What do you like best about the product?
I can see all the metrics from our platforms in one consolidated view. Saves my team a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functionality can only be managed on the app. I would like for everything to be available via the desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are saving time by not having to log into each platform. Also, scheduling posts ahead is a big productivity gain.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to save, tag, quickly categorize and move content around. I'm posting more variety, more quickly, than I can with other platforms. I also find the reporting very reliable and easy to export. This is a good plat form for professionals or anybody managing multiple brands. Some of the other platforms are good for maybe the small business in-house marketer, but at the corporate level we are capable of doing so much more with stats and actions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the menus are both on the left and the right, and everything is so deeply nested. Many of those things can be personalized and I am somewhat new to the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Curating relevant tweets and content that can be repurposed to support new brands that have a very limited flow of new/incoming content. Easy to respond to social engagements without hunting all over the internet to find those opportunities.

Schedule your posts in advance and great reporting tools.

It can be very expensive if you add accounts.

Great platform for managing multiple accounts

What do you like best about the product?
Friendly UX/UI and detailed analytics and seamless communication and task assignment between team members. I also enjoy the listening tool to keep track of what is being said about our brand.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems like the platform doesn't integrate IG accounts well: ad comments don't show and can't see the content of DMs sometimes
In the smart inbox, it would be great to see the number of private messages per user instead of by message
I would like to see a better integration of Arabic since as of now the platform isn't Arabic friendly
The listening tool still has room for improvement such as searching by specific periods, filter tweets/replies/retweets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helped our team see all types of messages for different accounts in one place and engage with our users in a timely manner It has also really been helpful in gauging our users' sentiment and keeping track of all the comments and messages we receive from them thanks to the tagging system.

What do you like best about the product?
How visual the interface is. It is easy for me to create reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you cannot deep dive in some kpis or the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work as social media manager, so sprout is one of my most used tools.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is not the smoothest tool for costumer service, but it really works for social reports.

No bugs but maybe not enough features

What do you like best about the product?
Robust platform on pc, friendly customer service (some staff goes far and beyond to assist), dependable services overall and good stats, ease of use. Compared to other marketing platforms it is way less buggy and offers more features (such as inbox for message management) and decent reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The web has changed since TikTok and Sprout hasn't followed, we have to use another platform for our Tik Tok needs. There's essential features missing from the platform (publishing in the client's time zone, no reels, sceduling mixed media carousels on instagram not an option, etc.) and a couple interface bugs, some of which have been resolved and some not.

Customising your reports comes with an additional fee. There's also other services such as listening, but our clients haven't shown an interest so far, probably because even big brands consider it too expensive. The mobile app takes a very long time to load, even on flagship phones, and has UX issues (eg. its calendar feature is a tad confusing and doesn't always show what's scheduled next).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes our lives easier. If things go south (which is normal with any Saas) we know there is always someone available to assist. It helps us organise our day-to-day tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It might be the second most expensive platform of its kind in the market, but you only get what you pay for. In the long run, if you are an agency it might be worth it.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is an efficient and effective social media management tool when it comes to handling multiple social media accounts across many different accounts. It is accurate with the notifications and it is super quick when it comes to publishing content to a business's social media page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are technical glitches but that is like with anything these days. Overall, I would say I don't have anything bad to say about Sprout Social.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved my company's problem of managing over 120 social media accounts for various companies by having all publications, content, and notifications all in one location and we are able to interact with customers and manage the social media pages much more effectively and efficiently than ever before. Sprout is an answer to our social media dilemma.
