What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for making posts to social media, mainly Facebook. I like how easy it is to use, and that I can make posts on multiple platforms and repeat posts. It lets me schedule my posts ahead of time, work with my team on the kinds of posts that are successful, and helps me get the word out about local offerings and events. I also appreciate how it tells you the analysis of the post and what time you should have the post go out for the best outcome. The initial setup was super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could delete posts after they are posted on the social media platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to schedule posts ahead and collaborate with my team on effective content. It helps promote local events and offers analysis on optimal posting times.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social's tagging system very helpful for pulling out specific data on different content types we publish, and it helps us separate our campaign metrics. It's nice to be able to separate organic posts during different projects or campaigns and look at the metrics year over year. Setting up Sprout Social was very easy. We've been using Sprout Social since I joined the company, and I used it at my previous company as well.

Sprout Social's tagging system helps me pull out specific data on different content types we publish and separates campaign metrics, making it nice to track organic posts across projects over the years.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout Social makes it easy to schedule social media posts across different platforms. It is easy to use, which is a big plus for me. I also appreciate the calendar layout where I can see all the posts scheduled for the month. The initial setup was straightforward as I just had to log in, and that was it.

I wish I could upload Instagram stories with the link button.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the smart inbox feature in Sprout Social, which pulls all my messages from various social media platforms into one centralized location. This makes it much easier for me to answer messages without needing to jump between different platforms. I also find the scheduling platform convenient and easy to use, allowing me to schedule each post for multiple days at a time, which saves me time. Additionally, the initial setup was seamless, as Sprout Social guided me every step of the way and was there for any questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the social listening platform of Sprout Social could be improved upon. It is not as robust as some other platforms I have used. It is still good, but it could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social makes my day easier by centralizing all my social media messages in one smart inbox, saving time from using individual platforms. Its scheduling platform is convenient, allowing me to schedule posts for multiple days, improving efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout Social brings all of my social inboxes and content calendar together in one place. It saves time, keeps everything organized, and makes it much easier to manage multiple platforms without switching between tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawbacks for me are the lack of spell check and limited TikTok functionality, including no option to upload thumbnails or access a TikTok inbox within Sprout Social.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps solve the challenge of monitoring competitors and conversations across platforms. The competitor listening tools make it easier to track trends, understand what others in the space are doing, and adjust our strategy accordingly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the content calendar and social listening features of Sprout Social. It takes away the brain space for planning and lets everything live in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX can be a little weird or overwhelming. It's just not super pretty, honestly.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for tracking our organic social media on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. It creates efficiencies for me with a tight schedule and allows my team to delegate tasks seamlessly. I love the interface; its UI is extremely easy to work with. There's a section for listening, reports, and profile performance; Sprout Social has thought of everything in terms of workflow and the needs of a social media professional. As someone who is both creative and analytical, it strikes the perfect balance between appealing to all. The initial setup was very easy, and I would give it a 10 out of 10 in terms of recommendation.

The cost is kind of speedy, but I understand that software development is extremely expensive; so I can justify it.
