Sprout Social organizes all of our social accounts into one platform
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes it easy to copy posts across multiple social platforms and make quick edits to each. It also makes it easy to respond to comments, messages, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting feature does not account for reach with Instagram (I think maybe others), so we have to go directly to the platform to pull those numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of the social calendar and having all platforms in one place.

The basic user interface, that means I can link my clients social accounts easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
That the updates change where things are which means I have to re-learn every few weeks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier for me to post content with one tool rather then do a post on Insta then on Facebook then on twitter and so on.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout Social is such a great foundation to build off your brand building and social media marketing capabilities. No matter the size of your team, big or small, if you can dream it you can build it! You will get the most bang for your buck. The work flow approvals are great too!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really dislike that some of the more premium features are behind a paywall. This is expected of course with any content management program but it would be nice to see something that sets Sprout apart from competitors besides the price point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps me manage my digital/social media marketing activities flawlessly as well as manage my team's activities on the the platform. One of the undervalued benefits we've found with the program is the keyword monitoring in the smart inbox.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider the price points and how much value you're getting out of the program.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is an extremeley robust platform. Easy to reporting and the Smart Inbox are two of my favorite features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that there isn't a client approval option in which clients cannot see internal comments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all of our team on one platform is a huge benefit. We can tag copywriters, designers, and social media managers all in one place. Very little training is required.
Easy to use and organized well.
What do you like best about the product?
The way you can group the accounts makes it easy to manage so many clients. I also like that there are multiple ways to view the publishing calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was story scheduling capability. This is a huge problem for me. The option to upload reels would also be extremely helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly the limits in capability. The main benefits are having all platforms in one spot - that's super helpful to toggle between clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It feels expensive but it's absolutely worth the money for the convenience and ease of use. Get to know your account manager and use them as a resource. They're there to help you and they will if you ask for help.

That it is app and web based! Very easy to navigate

I do not like how i cant approve and reschedule expired posts

Easier to communicate with our marketing team. Cuts down on back and forth prior to post approval

I wish you could schedule stories and have more views for your calendars

I'm about to start using advanced tagging features and automation. I'm excited to learn more!
Sprout is comprehensive, easy-to-use, and visually pleasing
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout's calendar view, smart inbox, and reporting tools are incredibly useful. It is incredibly useful for any range of depth & granularity when managing multiple profiles, roles, and platforms. From beginners to experts within the company, Sprout adds value to the work we do and the way we do it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer a fast and easy way to click on a post I have scheduled and actually view it's live component. For example, when viewing my calendar, I wish I could simply click on something that would show me the live post ON Facebook, Twitter, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use Sprout's learning portal, even if you're an industry vet. Read resources they send, meet with your account person, etc. There's always something new to learn in this field and all of these avenues are great to tap into!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of the platform to help make everyday actions easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a bit much since I have over 40 different social profiles. I wish there was a better price point for users with bulk profiles.
I also wish I could upload photos directly to the platform so that when I am creating a post, I can choose from one of those, instead of uploading it every single time.
Lastly, I wish it was more user friendly when it comes to platforms other than Facebook. I often have issues with using it with Instagram, but I think that is more of an Instagram issue.

I am able to respond to more direct messages and schedule with ease.

There are so many features, that I probably am not even aware of. Contact your account exec to learn more about it!
Easy Peacy Lemon Squeezy
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part is that Sprouts combines all platforms in one place without having to navigate through many areas. It's also very self-explanatory but in the event you need assistance, they have wonderful customer support to help!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there isn't anything we don't like. Typically if there is a question(s) or any issue, they are quick to resolve which can make a difference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's more efficient and has everything you need in one area. Prior to us using SproutSocial, we were using different platforms to complete our daily tasks, etc. Couldn't be happer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It may be frustrating to not have the full hang of SocialSprouts at first, especially if you're a total pro on the previous platform, but rest assured you will get the hang of it. SocialSprout offers great features that most platforms don't. You're able to maneuver through the site with no issues and have extra features that the previous platform may not offer. The best part is their live support center that is there to help and they take the time to help. Can't get any better.
