What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can schedule multiple posts on Facebook and Instagram days, weeks, and months in advance. I can get to work and create multiple posts when I am feeling creative. Great time-saving tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes. Scheduling posts is easy and efficient. Saves me time and I can schedule multiple posts at a time. The site is very user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social makes tackling time management easy. When I have and feeling creative, I'm able to create and schedule a few posts at a time.

Reliability and easy-to-use dashboard. Sprout saves time and is consistent.

The cost compared to similar platforms is very high for my business's needs.

Time-saving is the biggest, the next most valuable problem it solves is notifications all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of the platform. Being able to optimize our workflow across all our channels for the entire team, makes it so valuable for our day-to-day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the UX is a bit tricky to navigate in that it's not always the simplest or most intuitive layout. I would also like to see an integration for Instagram Reels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's optimized the amount of time we spend scheduling or drafting content. It's streamlined our approval process. It's also allowed us to share content calendars and reporting with external stakeholders, without needing to manually report.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Lean on your account manager as much as you can - they're so supportive!

Excellent Learning Tools

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to find training to get the most out of the platform. The courses that Sprout offers to help you not just learn the basics of the software but become an expert are fantastic!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real downside is something that's actually beyond Sprout's control, so I can't really hold it against them: Instagram requires a kinda clunky workflow to post stories. It's not on Sprout, but that's my only real pain point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling out an editorial calendar with the whole team is super easy. We can iterate changes on any social media post before it goes live and work collaboratively.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do the certification! It's quick and really helps you onboard easily

What do you like best about the product?
Versatility in usefulness and designs and function for myself and the team I work with. I use this as well as Excel to function effectively to coordinate my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can sometimes lag on users in my groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the issue of not having all social media in one place. Having my team work effectively in one space.

Handy for multiple account monitoring

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, it's easy to toggle the settings to see what's been answered. And it's easy to switch between multiple accounts quickly. Nice to see all comments from a user, historically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional duplicated ad comments, I believe this has been fixed but it was a real pain. Some user pains but overall ok.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
24/7 crisis monitoring, customer service questions, customer service trends, review management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are working with multiple client pages on multiple channels, Sprout is easy to work with.

What do you like best about the product?
At this point, I have really enjoyed the ability to queue up posts for multiple accounts. This makes it easy to see what is coming down the pipeline for social posts. I always THOROUGHLY enjoy the analytics! They are super in-depth and give you lots of different data points to go off of.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say Sprout Social is not fully intuitive...I can find it hard to navigate at times. I have had to search for a while to find certain things and felt frustrated I couldn't find the section I needed. This service offers so much that I'm still learning how to navigate all of the tools available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of being able to schedule social posts days in advance, and having access to analytics helps me determine which types of content perform the best.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sprout Social is an excellent tool for use of Social media planning and analytics.

Intuitive Interface, Boosts Multichannel Management

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Sprout Social for its user-friendly interface and the ease it brings to scheduling and publishing content. Managing content across multiple platforms is particularly seamless, which is something I value highly. When it comes to handling online reviews, Sprout Social makes management significantly easier compared to other larger platforms I have used in the past. This ease of use and capability is a major reason I switched from previous tools like Hey Orca and Later. Additionally, I found the initial setup of Sprout Social to be quite straightforward, with no issues encountered, which was a relief. Overall, the capabilities and user interface of Sprout Social are standout features that benefit my workflow tremendously.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I find with Sprout Social is its high cost, which might be a barrier for some users. Even though the features and interface are impressive, the pricing is a significant consideration. Especially for us, who work in the non-profit space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to easily manage multiple clients, schedule and publish social content across platforms, and handle online reviews and reputation. It's more manageable compared to larger platforms.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ask for a trial run! That sold us. There's more features than you can think of!

What do you like best about the product?
My primary role is writing social posts for an agency. I like the Needs Approval flow and compose windows. It's easy to share work and projects with coworkers on a distributed team.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, the compose windows don't keep up with the changing algorithm/format the posts need to be. Sprout is months behind on changing the send to compose windows to the proper format for LinkedIn and Facebook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows us to create social posts and schedule them across many clients. It helps me work with account managers and my fellow writers on ideas and management of posts.
