Love working with sprout
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes it so easy to manage and share social media assets. Its reporting and listening functions are thorough and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things I wish they would add like tweet threads, tiktok analytics and liking comments on Instagram
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting and Listening are essential and easy to use for our clients. I love being able to provide quick feedback and look at social conversation in realtime.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This platform is constantly updating in the same ways that social media itself is updating. Sprout is leading the way in how companies can tell stories and gage success
Great insghts
What do you like best about the product?
This service gives great insights into your posts and profiles. I love being able to easily see what my top posts were, what hashtags work, and how my competitors are doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was a little more affordable for small businesses, and to edit individual platforms at once (instead of needing to submit, then redo)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insights are crucial to running a successful platform. Other software I've used left a lot to be desired, but Sprout makes it easy!
Sprout is handy, yet we experience issues frequently.
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout connects with all of the platforms we need. We also really like the competitor feature and the reporting features are great. Social listening is also a great concept.
What do you dislike about the product?
We constantly have bugs with Sprout. We have had a lot of issues with profiles disconnecting and issues linking with Ads Manager. We would like to see a more seamless transition there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps us streamline our approval processes internally and with the client. It allows us to plan calendars in advance so we aren't scrambling for approval at the last minute.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would still consider it, but understand that you may experience connection issues. There are other features though that may make it worth it.
Great Tool for Social Media Managers — You Get Out of It What You Put In!
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience design is well-thought-out when it comes to streamlining workflows, whether it be scheduling posts across multiple channels, setting up keywords for social listening, or creating automated weekly reports to share with team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not necessarily specific to Sprout Social, but a pain point for social media, in general, is having the content itself to distribute. While this is more of a customer-facing problem and is by no fault something Sprout Social should be accountable for, it would be nice to have a content suggestion generator or a plug-in to assist in creating the actual content to be scheduled days, weeks, or months in advance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us, it's the automated reporting, mainly. But the scheduler has helped think in terms of longer-term post scheduling and building out a content creation and distribution strategy that supports that.

I like the user-friendly interface for reporting/analytics and convenient mobile app for posting
What do you dislike about the product?
that you cannot schedule Instagram stories or Facebook stories

Scheduling social posts in advance, easy reporting and tracking

Video uploading, not able to customize per client. Not having clients be able to make notes in calendars

Video uploading. Reporting has been our largest benefit.

It's mostly to stand apart from reporting

I like that you can assign an approver, but analytics are a little inconsistent when comparing to the platform analytics

social listening and advance analtyics being packaged separately is inconvenient and not cost effective

It's great for making sure our team isn't double dipping on responding or outreaching via our social channels. I like the assignment option and the mark as complete option.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would test out a few management systems and see what is the most feasible and ease of use.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly, quick and easy, stays on top of new roll-outs
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike, there are some items I would like to see enhanced or brought to the tool but so far I love Sprout.

Quick feedback on customer insights and internal publishing data.
Sprout Social Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy to learn and how intuitive the software is. I like how they are constantly updating the software to stay aligned with current market trends. I also like how you can choose different profiles to work within.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislike about the software. I recently had trouble with my account and reached out to Sprout Support and they took two weeks to respond to me. I would like to see real-time responses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that is being solved is our response time to our customers; whether it is questions, complaints, or compliments, it is nice to have everything in one spot to interact with our guests.
I love how easy Sprout Social makes it to plan and schedule posts across all social platforms.

The thing I like the best is the ability to plan and schedule posts across all platforms. I really like the Sprout link in bio tool as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that posting to Instagram requires a mobile publisher.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the need to have multiple tabs open when posting. There are many benefits such as the analytics tools.
