Great Tagging Features, But Metrics Need Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I love the tagging element but would be great if we could automate this more somehow.
The scheduling tool is easy to use.
The scheduling tool is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The metrics are sometimes unreliable with API issues.
It would be good to make navigating the site a bit more user friendly - cleaner visuals.
If you could split organic and paid data for post performance this would be really helpful.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Post performance - easy to find (can't do this on most sites)
Sprout Social: Effortless Scheduling and Insightful Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Sprout Social for a while now, and I can honestly say it's been a game-changer for managing my social media presence. The interface is sleek and user-friendly, making it easy to schedule posts, track engagement, and analyze performance. I particularly love the ability to schedule content across multiple platforms, which saves me tons of time.
One of my favourite features is the comprehensive reporting dashboard, it's perfect for gaining insights into how my posts are performing and adjusting my strategy accordingly. The engagement tools are also top-notch; responding to comments and messages from within the platform helps streamline communication, especially when managing multiple accounts and the frequency of use for me.
On occasions I have had to seek help, the customer support has been quick and efficient.

What do you dislike about the product?
There's one small improvement I would love to see: the ability to add links to scheduled stories for both Instagram and Facebook, rather than just one. It would be even better if I could customize the link text to make it more engaging for my audience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing so many features under one platform.
All-in-One Scheduling and Analytics Powerhouse
What do you like best about the product?
I love the scheduling feature with optimal times and the link in bio for Instagram. It's also great for adding alt text to images and you have your analytics all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to reconnect your social profiles every so often
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to schedule context on nights and weekends so the team doesn't have to be online. We can also see all our DMs in one place and have access to analytics.
Great Social Scheduling and Reporting, But UX Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
It has simplified social media scheduling on all platforms. The social listening tools and custom dashboards you can build in the reporting section are very useful
What do you dislike about the product?
The user experience can be tricky at times and could be simplified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had different scheduling tools for different platforms, which have now been syndicated in Sprout Social. It also integrates with Service Cloud, which was a big bonus.
Comprehensive Reporting & a good solution for Enterprise-level social teams
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the user experience of Sprout Social; it's very well designed and not something you find in all tools. The intuitive UX makes it beneficial and allows for easy navigation. Additionally, the reporting capabilities of Sprout Social stand out significantly, especially since we have very specific reporting requirements. The premium analytics package that we use allows us to generate custom reports and configure metrics, providing a high level of flexibility that lower-tier tools simply can't match. This advanced reporting is pivotal for our enterprise-level needs, allowing us to tag content types, differentiate content pillars, and sort through different campaigns. It gives us clear insights into how our campaigns are performing and helps us understand the data behind our social strategy, which would be challenging without such robust reporting features. Moreover, having a centralized system for managing multiple users with defined roles and access levels is incredibly beneficial. It allows us to manage our community and online reputation efficiently, schedule and plan content, and oversee everything that's published across multiple channels. The support from Sprout Social is excellent; real-time chat and a useful knowledge base make getting help straightforward whenever we have issues. Integrating with other tools like Bitly for link shortening is seamless, although more comprehensive integration with Google Analytics would be hugely beneficial to fully analyze data traffic and performance. Overall, the combination of strong UX design, powerful reporting capabilities, and supportive account management makes Sprout Social a valuable tool for our social media management strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the lack of flexibility and customization below the premium analytics package in Sprout Social frustrating. For enterprise-level teams like ours, the base analytics do not meet our specific requirements; it necessitates an upgrade to the premium package, which unlocks the level of detail we need. Additionally, I encounter difficulties with the organic and paid split in reporting. The inconsistency arises from different networks returning varying data splits through APIs, making it challenging to obtain a comprehensive view of performance. This often results in a need for external tools or data sources to bridge the gap, especially when distinguishing between organic and paid metrics, which is inconvenient and cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social centralizes our social media management, providing robust reporting and analytics. It helps manage community interactions with a unified inbox, and supports content scheduling and planning. The premium analytics package allows detailed custom reports, critical for our enterprise-level reporting needs.
Effortless to Use and Instantly Familiar
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I easily got used to working with the platform. I probably take that for granted because I use it everyday and have zero issues with it. It just makes sense. Customer support is great too, personally have not had direct contact but from what my manager says it works quickly and smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing major springs to mind. I only use the inbox section too as I am a community manager. But the inbox system is great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout tags inbox messages automatically so this saves me tons of time. I love the filter option too so I can clear through spam easily breaking down the workload.
All-in-One Social Management Platform That Streamlines Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Everything in one place - social scheduling, reporting, analysis etc. Relatively good value for money. Good customer support features. A good tool that is used daily in my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited API for LinkedIn - took a long time to get carousels. Can't publish LinkedIn articles still. The AI functionality is still quite weak in my opinion so room for improvement here. Sprout Advocacy is also relatively limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It brings all analytics into one place without having to navigate to different platforms or profiles. This speeds up our reporting process. It also collates all social media activity (comments etc.) to a central place which helps us keep track of activity better.
Effortless Account Management That Saves Time
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and definitely time saving! when managing different accounts, it is essential to have easy tools to avoid repeating processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to analyse all the collaboration posts manually. It would be super helpful to include them as an element to monitor (reach, non-followers) etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to manage several accounts in different platforms, languages and countries. Sprout helps us manage them easily and saving a lot of time comapred to previous tools used in the past.
Clear planning and evaluations, but some features are missing
What do you like best about the product?
The clear planning of posts on multiple social media channels as well as the detailed evaluations. User-friendly. The customer support is good. The integration of new channels is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are missing that one would have directly available in the apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unfortunately, I do not understand the question.
Effortless to Use and Intuitive Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy the platform is to use and understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are a bit overly technical for our business's needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The social media management features are quite effective, and the robust analytics help us mine and understand our data better. It's also convenient that the entire team can use it.
