Excellent!

What do you like best about the product?
I like Sprout's calendar view and their user-friednly mobile app that quickly integrates with the apps on my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that sometimes the reporst section of Sprout is inconsistent and doesn not always distinguish the difference between organic and paid impressions from month to month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have found Sprout's analytics report download option makes sharing analytics easier with clients and helps me spend time building summaries that related to their goals rather than reinputing data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend Sprout over other social management platforms for not only the high-quality feautres, but also the fast and helpful support. I know of plenty of Sprout representatives to reach out to, and they respond to their support chat quickly. They also provide support by building groups for other users to communicate and learn best practices.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how there are several ways to do a task. It helps everyone on the team be able to use the tool more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate that we have to pay full profile level just so people can view metrics whenever they want. It would be nice to have a view-only account level. I also hate only the account holder has automatic access to new profiles added. It makes it difficult for me to do my job because I don't have full visualization into the account. I also think the asset could use a place for notes and maybe a time log of when the last time an asset was used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us with monitoring the daily feeds with smart inbox. It also helps us with storage and approvals of content. Instead of doing lots of copying and pasting from spreadsheets then into sprout. We really like how that cuts down on errors.

A promising System for your online communication

What do you like best about the product?
their flexibility and support in applying new features and supporting our needs and always coming with the latest technology that will have the biggest impact on our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the content feature doesn't support Arabic, and their listening tool still has a lot of room for improvement, the slowness of introducing major platforms such as Tiktok or telegram or whatsapp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem is managing the social media our clients, and the benefit is doing everything from one platform which make it easier for our team and generating the report in clicks.

I would like to see a deep analysis of the reporting that generates a recommendation based on the data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've been using sprout since 2012 it helped us support and they have listened to our suggestions along the way and it's really comfortable, just try it to know what you are missing, you don't even need training if you are willing to spend few times trying yourself you will learn it.

What do you like best about the product?
That is a hard one...I would have to go with the support as I have used a variety of marketing tools but I feel with sprout it is their customer support that makes them stand out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a few frustrations with the tool but it isn't sprouts side but more the social platforms. For example, I post the same content on LinkedIn, Twitter and Insta but I have the cut a video for all three as they have different lengths that they allow and I also have to cut the word count. It's not Sprout's fault but is really frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have seen a massive jump in followers on LinkedIn and Twitter (as they are the main platforms we push). I have been really happy that since we have started using sprout we have only gained followers but have not lost any.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would personally recommend this platform over the other tools in the market.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout makes it easy to schedule posts out quite a bit ahead of time. It's easy to use and makes my day easier. I like the interface and how simple navigation is, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could drag "Notes" from one day on the calendar to the next (like dragging posts to reschedule), and I wish Reels were included in engagement data and not just impressions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us to see more clearly what posts on social media work for our brand, and what areas we need to work on to increase engagement and visibility in our community.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try--it makes scheduling quick and easy (as well as rescheduling), and there are a variety of options for how you can respond to customers/clients in the program that are really nice.

Great Social Media Management Product

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can do so many things in one place. It works great for scheduling posts, drafting posts, and running our reports and analytics for clients. We love the organization too.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish we could move notes like we could move posts that are scheduled. The drag and drop feature is great for posts, but wish we could for notes which we use a lot for placeholders for clients. When the notifications come in about posts failing/accounts disconnecting, it shows all the team but if one person fixes the problem it doesn't update the rest of the team always.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling posts, building calendars, providing high-quality reports to clients. We are a lot more efficient as a team with the features of Sprout Social. It's streamlined a lot of our work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The reliability of Sprout makes a huge difference. I know my posts are going to go out, I know my analytics are going to be right. That peace of mind is everything.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that with sprout we have all our social media in one place. We can see all the analytics, and see what is working for our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I tried to see if i could connect another profile from our sister company but I wasn't able to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saver, as the creative director, social media manager and marketing person in the company, Sprout has helped me out a lot.

It makes managing multiple social media accounts for multiple brands much easier. I feel more on top of my work!

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting features are truly best in class with some of the easiest and most comprehensive exporting controls. Every year for our AGM I put together an annual report of what we did the entire fiscal year. This is something that would take days of going into each respective app to find our analytics. Sprout can cut this time down into less than an hour, depending on how many data points i'm looking to share.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is it's on the pricier side but they offer good discounts for nonprofits and worked hard to find a solution that was in our budget. Even though the service is expensive, the value of the service truly makes it worth the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using sprout has freed up much of my day. It's fantastic for saving time and seeing your whole ecosystem of platforms at a glance. Sprout also helped in reducing our subscription costs which is very helpful as a nonprofit.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the free trial, it truly speaks for itself. But when you do decide to purchase, don't skip on their webinars, customer service, on-boarding tutorials. There is so much more value beyond the service itself.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is very user intuitive and they are an alpha partner with nearly every social platform (including Meta) out there. So as soon as a feature is available within the social platform's API, Sprout Social adds it very quickly. They are also very responsive to customer requests to update the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they already had reporting available for review sites. It is great that we can manage responses to reviews, but we really need to be able to report on them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage our entire content calendar through Sprout Social as well as use their analytics for owned social channel content and listening.
