Sprout is great!
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to see all my social content in one place and the comprehensive reporting tools available. I feel like my feedback is valued and my rep is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features I've used in other scheduling platforms, like planning an Instagram feed visually. There are also some platform and API limitations but that's somewhat out of Sprout's control. I would love to be able to add alt text for Instagram and pull more advanced Pinterest metrics,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem we've solved is time. The ability to schedule and duplicate posts is a breeze and we can customize each message per platform. We can also pull comprehensive reporting for our clients and leadership to visually capture our efforts.
Great time saver
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to schedule and publish to social media profiles
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional disconnections and having to reauthorize a profile
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time, listening, scheduling and analytics
Used it for years and at a variety of companies
What do you like best about the product?
I've used a few different social platforms in the past and I can say with certainty that Sprout Social is the best. Their unified inbox so you can see all messages from all channels in one spot is a lifesaver for a small marketing team and a simple workflow for publishing makes it a breeze to make sure you have content lined up for your business for weeks or months in advance if you choose!
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much - I think if I had to nick pick it is that the publishing calendar (up until recently) didn't allow you to drag and drop scheduled posts to different days. (But this has been corrected now.) Another negative is that some of the additional features are quite pricy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was trying to create a quick and smart social media workflow for a small marketing team at a SAAS company. I personally manage social and have limited time to spend on it, so the software needed to make my life easier. (Which it does!)
Overall fulfills our social media marketing needs
What do you like best about the product?
The reports are very informative and insightful in tracking the performance and success of our social media strategies. We're able to evaluate and determine what content performs best and how we can leverage it in the future with post and tag performance reports. The competitor reports are also helpful in helping us monitor conversations and content in our industry. Also, as a highly regulated industry, we're looking forward to the new external approval feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many of the pain points are primarily due to API limitations with the social media channels themselves. We would love for Facebook check-ins to populate in the Smart Inbox so that we can engage with customers on a new level and for more LinkedIn metrics (competitor analytics and LinkedIn Article post performance).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to easily engage our customers in a timely manner, utilizing the campaign planner and calendar/notes to effectively schedule content among our team
Great tool!
What do you like best about the product?
As a one-person team it is essential I can quickly and easily schedule, answer inquiries, and pull reports. Integration with Canva has been a huge help!
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a bit expensive for a one-person team at a nonprofit. There are a lot of team features I don't use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Great Cross Network Platform but has a lot of technical difficulties
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the Smart Inbox and Boosting options in Sprout. It is also pretty user-friendly and an easy tool for agencies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how Instagram can not connect to this platform. The search for the content feature is a great idea but is lacking. The reporting can be a little confusing as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to make social media marketing run smoother and faster and be able to work with a variety of clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to set up automation for Monitoring Accounts, posting, Link tagging, and Analytics. Bulk Importing is also a nice feature
What do you dislike about the product?
From a social perspective, it covers most of my current needs. As we get more advanced I'm sure there might be something that jumps out
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting across multiple Social Channels, Analysing and measuring Posts as well as Social Ads. Monitoring conversations has helped streamline time
Recommendations to others considering the product:

What do you like best about the product?
The easy-to-use Publishing dashboard is a major plus, as well as the custom report building. I love being able to explain to my clients how well their pages are performing!
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been some issues with boosts not going through or my ad account disconnecting at random points. Outside of those random pop-ups, I wish there would be a way to create a special ad account audience for employment posts, as those are the ones I have to go to Facebook to natively boost after I use Sprout to post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have saved massive amounts of time using Sprout and as I can focus on other aspects of my job once I have my weekly posts scheduled. Being able to use the mobile app has been a huge plus as well.
Mostly all-inclusive social media management tool
What do you like best about the product?
The reporting/analytics package, the tag features and subsequent reporting options based on those tags, approval workflows for team members and student interns, smart inbox for monitoring activity
What do you dislike about the product?
The app could be a bit more robust, offering the same publishing options as the browser version. It is nice to be able to monitor the smart inbox from the app. I appreciate the effort Sprout has put in to add new features all the time. I have picked up and started using the link in bio option. I also appreciate the recent addition of tag report widgets to custom reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Permission control with interns, efficient monitoring, sentiment reporting, time management, post scheduling, regular social media reporting for monthly reports and campaign-based reporting
Happy for 4+ Years with Sprout
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has everything my team of 10+ needs to manage client social media profiles. The publishing suite is intuitive to use, and as platform-partners, Sprout gets all the latest API updates/integrations. The community management features are awesome and help my team prioritize and reply to hundreds of comments daily. Social listening and reporting streamline the process for bringing insights and recommendations forward. After using a number of other platforms for publishing and moderation, Sprout has my business for the foreseeable future. Support and customer service is A+++
What do you dislike about the product?
While I'm very happy overall with the social listening functionality, I wish there were more projects included in my package. We've hit the character limit on some listening projects and had to pare down keywords.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has helped my team minimize repetitious and tedious publishing tasks and cut down social media response times. The intuitive reporting suite also makes it easy for us to pull and share reports.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Bringing all our social media needs under Sprout's umbrella has streamlined training and tool costs.
