Expensive but does the job.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can customise reports using premium analytics and share it with stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is quite expensive on the pocket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Im tracking all social media channels that my company owns and I'm able to generate insightful reports

If you have the budget then go for it.
Great for larger social teams
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes it easy for orgs with larger social teams to work together on scheduling. Different users can have different permissions and publishing settings, which makes it easier to set up multiple workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it is difficult to schedule retweets through Sprout. We do a lot of retweeting from our account, so I need to use Twitter natively for that task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great way to set up workflows so that I can publish from an account I don't normally use without having to log in natively. It's also great for sharing draft posts that are easy to approve and publish right away.
The Best Software for Managing Social Media
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is so easy to use and it puts all of your social notifications in one place. You can customize alerts if you need to keep tabs on a certain keyword. It helps me efficiently get my job done and is so convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only one person can be logged in at once. You have to pay for access for other people to use it, so it can get pricey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout makes my life convenient because I see everything in one place. Replies, DMs, mentions, and anything we get tagged in shows on the feed and once I confirm I've looked at it, I don't have to do anything else. It made my work process seamless.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
IIf you manage any kind of social media, you should definitely get this software. It will help you be more efficient and get your work done faster.
Sprout Social is SO Effective and Useful!
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has been such a great software to use for managing all of the social media accounts for the business I work for. It's very simple to use - you can see all the comments, likes, shares, direct messages, and so on for all social media accounts in one place. You can even respond to them too through Sprout! I absolutely love that you can schedule out future posts too and it tells you what time is best to post at for your audience so you can get the most engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can say that so far of my time using Sprout Social, I have not had any issues or have disliked anything. I can see maybe perhaps it could be daunting to see at first glance when someone hasn't used a software like this before. However, it is really easy to get the hang of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through my time of using Sprout Social at my digital marketing job, I have had a much easier time managing the social media accounts. Rather than always needing to log into the accounts individually, you can now have it all in one place at one time, making posting/scheduling a lot more efficient and effective.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For anyone in the marketing or advertising industry that is responsible for managing the business's social media accounts, I would highly recommend getting Sprout Social to use in your day-to-day work. As I've mentioned before, it has changed the game with social media management and effeciency.

Came for the analytics, stayed for the ability to queue posts
What do you like best about the product?
I like having all my social media accounts centralized; other team members also had access to the sprout suite and could check out what was going on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like technically, if you didn't want to pay for this, you could monitor each account individually and use the social media site's business analytics and queue posts via each social media.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to queue posts through this helped me get through projects quickly and helped me not worry about whether I remembered to post something. The more you post, the more favorable the algorithm, so it's been nice getting everything out that I've intended.

Include everyone on your team and show how to look at the analytics so that everyone has a part in evaluating social media

I like that I can centralize all the social media platforms in one place, to get insights easily about my social media efforts, what are the competitors doing, and tag conversations to get better reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need support for tools like Tik Tok or Twitch that today are part of our digital marketing strategy. I know that today the APIs are limited but I hope this could be solved soon.

We have only one point of contact for our social media platforms. So we can trust in the reports about conversation, tag content and see the performance in one plance.

If you don't have any social media tool to integrate all your platforms, this is a great choice to start with.
Sprout Social Review
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes it incredibly easy to see your content calendar for the month, day, or week at a glance and schedule content based on best posting times. It's UI is intuitive and easy to use and requires little learning to get up to speed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The last time I used it, they didn't have an option to create or schedule social media campaigns, which is something that other platforms like Hootsuite offer even in their lower pricing packages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helped us streamline our social media content schedule and reporting on key findings and insights related to our organization. It saved us countless hours of manually reporting numbers and was a huge help in taking our social media game to the next level.
Best all in one intuitive SMM platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like being in complete control of what makes it into my one unified feed. I like that it takes care of publishing, reporting, tagging and allows you to plugin your paid too.
It's really the best all-round platform that does everything. Even their social listening module is pretty good!

What do you dislike about the product?
As time has gone on it's become less cost effective. It does loads, but pricing per user gets really expensive really quickly if you've got a larger team or you're recommending it to enterprise-level clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a real time-saver, you can automate loads. I love that you can share the calendar with clients for sign off in platform for approval, takes so much annoyance out of spreadsheets/PDFs.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout social is incredibly easy to use, and one of the best customer service I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend the software to anyone that uses several different social media accounts across the board. The reporting is fantastic and easy for anyone to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Advanced reporting can get incredibly expensive, but I think the price is worth it if you can make it work for your client's needs. I highly suggest trying to make advanced reporting work.

We are using sprout social to help schedule, monitor, and report on different campaigns across the board. These problems become solutions with Sprout Social.
