#1 social media tool
What do you like best about the product?
The top reason that I love Sprout is the ability to have all of my feeds condensed into a single easy to read message feed. I manage social media accounts for 4 different brands and I would go crazy without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things that I am not the happiest about. The first one is I miss the old way where you could easily type the time into the scheduled posts. The drop down menus take a little longer to navigate. Secondly I would love to see the ability to use the sprout queue on specific days. For instance being able to drop something today, but also being able to make a post 2 days from now and drop it into that day's queue. Finally I would love to see you guys open up more accounts to be able to be added on your base account. While Sprout is a great value I manage so many brands and have to pick and choose what accounts live on Sprout which is a super bummer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing 4 brands is pretty hard for one person. Being able to see everything on one page is simply amazing.
Convenient way to pre-schedule across multiple accounts
What do you like best about the product?
As a marketing and PR professional, organic social can be one of the more tedious parts of the job. Sprout makes it easier to manage and review reports across each of my 5 clients' accounts. I also appreciate the automated queue option, which tracks when our followers are most active, and distributes queued posts accordingly. It also has a great free reporting feature which I've found to be more reliable and interactive than paid platforms. Another thing that I appreciate is the additional feature to link your personal profile.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little confusing to approve workflows and manage user access. However, Sprout does have several tutorials and separate sites which allow you to teach yourself how to do so. I also wish the calendar was more user-friendly and interactive. Yes, you can see your pre-scheduled posts- but it isn't necessarily the most accessible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I previously mentioned, organic social is seen as one of the more 'tedious' components of managing a client's marketing initiatives. This makes it easy to not only schedule and plan posts days, weeks, or even months in advance- but to also track performance and make actionable recommendations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great management and reporting tool for those in B2B marketing, however, I am not involved in customer support via social so I cannot provide any feedback and therefore recommend doing your research. There is still much I've yet to discover- but am so far very pleased with the results!
Sprout makes life easier
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule in advance, monitor all things in one place, and share insights across the team is a great timing savings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to share posts on Bambu only after posted on Sprout can make things cumbersome from an internal social sharing perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management through scheduled posting and monitoring of multiple social channels in one place makes life much easier

Easy to maneuver throughout the sight and answer everyone that reached out to our company.

Some irrelevant things come into the inbox.

Staying on top of every member reaching out to Equinox.
Overall helpful, some room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The messaging is by far the most helpful piece of Sprout for my purposes. Being able to track, reply, etc. from one page instead of four separate social accounts is a huge time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be buggy…for example, for weeks now, titles, photos, etc. do not auto-populate when publishing stories. I also wish posting to Instagram were easier. I also wish cropping photos was easier and available on all social media platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, through the messaging capabilities, I am able to much more easily monitor and respond to our readers. It also helps share breaking news with one post instead of multiple.
The best SMMS tool we've found
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has an intuitive user interface in addition to the clean graphically designed look and feel. We don't even use all of the capabilities Sprout Social includes, but it makes scheduling and community management for our social media easier than any other service we've found. We also recommend using Sprout Social to our clients who want a more complete system than other SMMS tools provide.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have a grandfathered plan, but the cost of normal plans is higher than other SMMS tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilize Sprout Social to seamlessly run the monthly social media feed of our growing marketing agency. More and more, we recommend clients to use Sprout Social, and we are working on using Sprout Social to create a stream of recurring income for us by connecting our clients who need to use an SMMS tool.
Great product for managing social media
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is a great tool for managing incoming/outgoing social media posts. I really like that it ensures we're able to see every post that @mentions our company, as well as any posts that match the keywords that we've specified. The ability to tag posts is great, as it allows us to keep track of certain types of posts and run reports on them. The asset library is a great tool to help us respond to messages faster. The ability to schedule posts is helpful as well, so we can stay organized and post at the best times.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to be able to attach photos when replying to Facebook PMs and Twitter DMs. It would also be nice to be able to send GIFs. I'd also like the ability to filter out posts from specific accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier to respond to messages faster. Tracking trends, feedback, and messages around specific campaigns is also very easy with the tag system. Posting is made simple, being able to create and schedule posts for all social platforms from one place.
Efficient Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy being able to schedule via the mobile app, repost with Instagram. Analytics and reporting are all very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to see analytics by hashtag to better measure social impact from events. Would like the ability to choose the period to measure against for social.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling social posts helps cut down time spent on my phone. Viral Post helps me post when my followers are online.

Take a look at the different tiers and decide which one fits your budget. Enterprise works for us.

There really isn't anything that I don't like about Sprout.

We are able to deliver better results through the analytical feedback and Listening Suite.
