Incredibly easy to use for scheduling posts across multiple platforms.
What do you like best about the product?
I love this tool, I have used many tools to schedule posts on different social media platforms, but this one is different; its user interface is quite simple, it is easy to link accounts, and the procedure for scheduling posts is short, simple, and above all effective, everything is published as scheduled, on the social network arranged without any delay.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is instrumental, but at the same time-limited, it cannot be used by more than one user at a time; I would love it to have that capability; it would be perfect for collaboration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage a wide variety of social networks for my organization. Through this tool, I schedule weekly content publishing, which helps me get organized and keep the social networks up to date. It generates good reports, helping me understand the impact of posts on our audience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Extremely easy to use and excellent in helping you keep social networks updated at all times, the process is relatively short and everything scheduled is posted smoothly. Indeed, it is a tool I highly recommend.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social allows us to easily monitor our social media pages in one convenient location. Their scheduling tool is also extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no glaring weaknesses with Sprout Social.

Sprout Social saves you time by keeping all of your notifications for all of your platforms in one easy-to-use feed. This helps make sure you don't miss any messages, comments, retweets, likes or other interactions.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can manage all of MercyOne accounts in one place. It's easy for my team to navigate - publish and manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the listening feature is difficult to navigate - sidebar: I have not spent that much time with it, but I wish it were easier to see who was talking about your brand so we can join the conversation. I was also really hoping that we could monitor public Facebook groups to help with reputation management - hopefully, in the future, Sprout can update that feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One Social Media Management tool for all pages and social channels! This is a massive accomplishment for our team! It always other team members to help publish content and assist with reputation management. I also love all of the reporting - this helps bring value to the upper manamgment of what we are doing on social media.

Great platform for a social media team, working remotely from one another, can cater to all skill levels. Easy to use, manage and set up. Highly recommend.

Great Onboarding Experience
What do you like best about the product?
We appreciated the thorough 1:1 onboarding sessions as they were personalized and helpful to get our teams up and running in the platform. Beyond the basic "how-tos," Ian tailored the trainings to our specific needs and use cases, which allowed us to walk away with greater insight on how to best use the platform for our business. Ian followed up after each call with a recording of the training and links to additional resources. With all this information on hand, our team has been able to get started with SproutSocial quickly and effectively.

Sprout has helped us consolidate our social media management so that all users and agencies are working in and reporting from one consistent place.

It is easy to use and straightforward, clean platform.

Very basic abilities, wish it had more analytic abilities and better reports.

The smart inbox has helped our team stay on task. The reports are also helpful to track performance.

Slick and Simple
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very nice and they offer many of the capabilities I'm looking for when it comes to listening and responding to engagement. They also have quick and efficient customer service who truly go out of their way to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on how an ad is set up, it won't pull into Sprout. This doesn't happen often but every now and again we'll notice an ad that has 0 responses to comments and go into Sprout only to find it doesn't exist there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to tag comments which makes it easier to put together and find important feedback.

Get it! It works great and runs smoothly!
The most user friendly social management tool I've used
What do you like best about the product?
Posting to multiple channels, tagging posts and writing notes onto the social calendar are my favorite parts of Sprout Social.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like some of the analytics and messaging sections of the design could be better explained. I would like to know how to filter my posts by performance and take actions based on them. The messaging section seemed irrelevant to the B2B stuff we do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us organize our social calendar and streamline the posting process. The main benefit is to easily have weeks scheduled so we don't have to worry about it.

I like all of the features like tags, publishing reports, creating a vip list, and being able to organize your smart inbox based on insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont dislike anything right now, I am still getting used to the platform though.

We are able to pull reports on our social channels and pull reports on our comments which is super helpful. Being able to tag the subject of different comments that come in is also super helpful for passing along useful patterns in consumer comments to other teams within Kodiak Cakes.
