Sprout Social for my business
What do you like best about the product?
The multiplatform scheduling - all the social platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
Platform rejecting scheduled messages, Facebook seems to reject some of the prescheduled messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling multiple companies and platforms

It is worth the investment. The integrations really make your life easier.
Overall Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ability to navigate between several brands' social profiles in one place. The calendar view helps me stay organized and see the big picture all at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a common issue where the image takes forever to load in Sprout when scheduling. Sometimes, that results in an issue with the image posting incorrectly or not at all when it is actually published.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use sprout to manage seven different brands under our company umbrella. It benefits us as a means to organize all of our content in one easy-to-use spot and not waste time constantly logging in and out of different profiles within the social media platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Are you just looking to schedule out? Then this may not be for you. Do you manage multiple brands/accounts? Then YES. Definitely. I think the interface is much better than competitors and makes my job much easier.
Sprout Social Offers Superior Service and Product
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is the number one reason I love Sprout Social. The reporting tools are very impressive to our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding my way around profiles on Sprout Social is sometimes a challenge. The thing I dislike most is that Facebook shows that "Sprout Social" posted. Not sure that is controlled by Sprout Social or FB.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling posts for multiple clients is fast and easy.

You won't find a better solution for social media management.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout provides us with great tools for audience insights and scheduling. It makes a social media coordinator's life easier and simpler.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features could be enhanced to make scheduling posts easier and management of multiple accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to gain more insight into our audience and better provide content that will get us the numbers and engagement we are looking for.
Review of Sprout
What do you like best about the product?
It's very user-friendly; easy to navigate. This makes training a breeze and pretty much allows for someone to hit the ground running on day one.
What do you dislike about the product?
We currently take advantage of the tagging, which includes a set of actions based on criteria. We use "contains this phrase". It doesn't allow for it to distinguish between EXACT phrase vs just "contains", so we can't fully utilize this feature the way we'd like. Ideally, we could tag an exact phrase (one that feeds through as a quick reply) and have it close only if it meets it perfectly. Otherwise, we risk closing real customer comments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social has allowed our team to easily moderate our FB and Insta platforms. The native solutions were rather clunky and not as user friendly at the time we joined. Having unique profiles allows our team to see who has responded to what, and use this for training and accountability.

What do you like best about the product?
Overseeing over 30 locations is challenging. Each location manages their own social media and we are able to approve and provide feedback. This has elevated the quality of our posts. We also utilize the timing feature to post when we will reach the most guests.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to post in stories, comment or share posts where you are mentioned. The desk top version is much more user friendly, but being in a restaurant most social media curators have to rely on their cell phones. It is also much easier on an iphone than an android

The quality of our posts and reaching the most guests.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has a beautiful user experience, making it easy to learn and understand for even slightly inexperienced users. It also has the advanced features for my internal team to utilize, making it our favorite resource.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that a lot of the new features didn't incur additional cost!

The ability to schedule and gain approval from our clients before publishing, page management, reporting, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Keeps our messages organized and gives a better view of what needs quicker attention.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of production reports for representatives responding to messages.

Responding to messages and posts from our customers on social media.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Upgrade the account to their highest plan. I am making the business case for it and so far the executive team has seen tremendous value in it.

What do you like best about the product?
I have worked with both hootsuite and sprout, and I have to say that sprout is FAR superior. Everything is easy, streamlined, and clean- which makes my life so much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
The story-posting process could be easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout makes managing accounts with larger audiences especially easy, and I love the ability to view and pull statistics straight from my Sprout dashboard.

Best out the box analytics report
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use and reporting features especially the generic reports. While you can do custom ones the pre set reports are amazing for introductory stats.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inbox takes some getting used to coming from other platforms but it makes sense after it becomes routine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting and customer service within one platform. Being able to spit out reports and competitor scans on the fly is great.
