Great for social media management

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is easy to use and has some great features. You can connect all of your social media platform, track analytics, and schedule posts either on Sprout's Queue or your own specified time. A recent feature I really like is the 'advanced retweet' option where you can retweet at a specified time of your choice and add on your comments and links. It also offers great features for 'listening' to your audience and searching terms and hashtags live.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much that I've come across to dislike yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time by scheduling posts to go out in advance and keeping track of all social media mentions in one page. Also running reports to track analytics on all platforms in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool for yourself or your social media team.

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling view and the beautiful reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost would be my main negative, but it's worth it for me personally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of scheduling saves so much time. Same with the automated reporting. Diving more into analytics than I ever have.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely do the trial run to make sure it's right for you!

New to Sprout and already a cut above

What do you like best about the product?
We've recently become Sprout Social users and the robust feature set is exactly what we were hoping for in a social media management system. We've tried other platforms and found them to be lacking, hard-to-use, or limited in features and functionality. Sprout's platform is very intuitive and we were able to get our team set up to use it in very short order.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing. We're very pleased at how well the system functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our mantra has been work smarter, not harder. Sprout has helped us streamline our processes and become more efficient, freeing up additional time that can be allocated for other projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sprout is definitely a tool for those looking for robust social media management capabilities. Because it is an investment, I'd recommend that smaller agencies and/or organizations take a careful look at whether it's one that fits their needs. It was the right choice for us, but may be a bit of overkill much for smaller firms not doing a great deal of work in social.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is so easy to use- gone are the days of excel spreadsheets! Love that we can create and schedule posts in a calendar view- makes life a ton easier. Getting client approval in Sprout is easy, too. They can view posts on their phone or computer and all they have to do is click "approve". If they don't approve, we can chat and make edits directly in Sprout. No more excel spreadsheets doing back and forth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've noticed that when tagging, sometimes Sprout won't let me tag people pages in Facebook or LinkedIn content. So it is annoying to post, then have to go edit the posts to include tags. Works just fine for business pages though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its definitely a time saver. Can post to all platforms at once and get client approval/edits directly in the system. If you do anything on social media, you need sprout to save you time/headaches. Plus, the reports are great for their charts. Can probably get the data directly from the social platforms, but this is fast and all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is a decent social CRM. They've made a lot of improvements over the years and are always fine tunning. Social posts using AI to schedule rather manually enter days and time is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Listening tool needs work. It's not as sophisticated as other tools out there. Audience segmentation and reporting needs work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing when to schedule to grow engagement is difficult. Sprout automates that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great tool for the basics. It's not nearly as sophisticated as it could be. It's great for SMBs.

What do you like best about the product?
its interface is solid and efficient to manage, I like it allows you to manage social networks in a very useful way, because it allows you to attach multiple profiles from different platforms thus achieving a practical and simple management of these networks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only mistake I've noticed about this tool is that the session can be closed spontaneously, from one moment to the next this can happen even if you are handling the tool this happens I think it is a very particular error that could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
thanks to these tools you can manage social networks in a very creative and useful way because it allows you to manage multiple networks from different platforms thus managing and managing these networks.

My Favorite Dashboard

What do you like best about the product?
I'm a visual person and love the "calendar" type dashboard. Posting is extremely easy. You can get figure it out without any training very quickly. You can toggle between the different social accounts with a click of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout charges you per user/month. One user $149.99, two users $299.9, three users $449.97 etc. Price can jump up on you pretty quickly if you have multiple users. Also, once you sign up you get hounded by their representatives via email. Most of it is support/training related...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily able to schedule posts between internal team and agency. Also use the "listening" tool to tracking our brand and keywords surrounding our brand.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to reschedule a post to occur on multiple days when scheduling. I typically use sprout to publish evergreen content and I'll have the content repeat itself every couple of months

Plus we got grandfathered into a really great plan!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish sprout could still have access to change thumbnail preview images like they did a couple years ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working with other programs I've found that a lot of them don't give me the same ability to continuously reschedule posts.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has a clean, simple interface that is easy to use. And, it provides high-quality, accurate reports in real-time. I’ve used a lot of social media management tools and this is by far my favorite. (Way better than Salesforce’s “Social Studio” which isn’t worth a dime.)
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social is constantly updating and improving their platform. While this is good, more than an email or notification would be helpful. Instead, perhaps a short video showing what’s new, how to use it, & why it benefits the customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social has helped with:
- publishing / scheduling posts
- tracking competitors
- tracking hashtags
- monitoring all company social channels
- pull clean, accurate reports of our channels engagement, followers, messages, etc. These reports include detailed analytics.

Sprout Social is my #1 recommended social media monitoring/management platform. The app is great & the customer service is superb! Very timely & helpful.

Try it!! So worth it. The best platform for tracking your social media!

Easy to use - all in one social tool

What do you like best about the product?
The messaging function is probably the most important element of Sprout. We can easily review and monitor all comments, messages, mentions, etc in one place and filter them out by subject, brand, or really any other criteria. Very customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functionality could be a bit better. LinkedIn posts tend to post a little wonky when you schedule them. Its also not uncommon to get emails about bugs and scheduled posts not posting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All platforms and accounts are pulled into one central location. Prior to using this tool, we had to manually logon to each platform and review everything place by place. We can now review and monitor everything in spot. We can also schedule posts through this platform which has been very helpful with planning.
