Easy to use, just a bit pricey for a startup in comparison
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to schedule posts and the intuitive user interface

Lack of platforms and limits that dont exist elsewhere

Ease of work flow, i dont waste time fighting the program

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use that Sprout provides makes it a very helpful tool for tracking engagement across all of our social platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are are a couple of missing features that would make Sprout even more comprehensive. An Instagram DM integration would be especially helpful. An undo action feature in the smart inbox would also be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily use sprout to address our customer concerns and questions. Given that I already keep track of a number of other inboxes in my role, having all of our social inboxes filter into one place is a significant time saver.
Easy to use and great for stats
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to schedule posts in advance and also the reports for Instagram are really helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functionality in the mobile app that is missing that I would prefer to be there, such as replacing the link preview image for a LinkedIn post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly being able to schedule posts on LinkedIn in advance as this is not available natively. And of course it also helps for posts that are to be sent outside office hours. The mobile app has helped me do my job on the move too.
"Amazing Social Media Platform"
What do you like best about the product?
It is a decent apparatus, it has helped me a ton with my informal communities, before knowing it, it was a calamity with every one of my systems and now everything is a lot simpler, I influence a remark in social grow and I to can distribute it in all in the meantime, presently I do everything from here, answer remarks and substantially more. What do you dislike about the product?

This application has been extremely valuable for me, it is great, I have all that I need, I use it to deal with my own interpersonal organizations and in the workplace it is likewise utilized for the organization's informal organizations, I give my supposition as a guaranteed client truly help the work in interpersonal organizations, since the organization is continually distributing data and from here everything is simpler.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to do live chats and communicate with our customer success representative. Having met our rep personally, I feel much better going to her with questions or concerns and knowing they are being taken care of!
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been times where there isn't a real answer for why something isn't working or why profiles are disconnected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of the benefits far outweigh the problems. Although profiles disconnecting can be annoying, Sprout is an amazing partner and has helped us grow our business in ways we could not have imagined.
Sprout Social for SM Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Sprout puts everything in one place, and makes it's super accessible. It's easy to use, and the customer support is amazing! Additionally, they not only have resource materials, but their webinars are extremely helpful for understanding the landscape of social media marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only think I wish was available was tagging ability for people via LinkedIn publishing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to gain in-depth reports via Sprout allows me to see exactly what's going on with our follower base across channels.
Easy to use, great scheduler
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling is easy, you can repeat/copy the same post and post to multiple channels at the same time, big time saver. You can host multiple accounts at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
the reporting could be improved a bit, also the search function for finding and interacting with posts based on keywords. Sometimes there are glitches with how images render on Facebook and LinkedIn once posted on SS. Also have had issues posting video via iPhone on Twitter with SS - loses the audio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing social media for clients.

doesn't currently integrate with Instagram, occasional image issues.
Good tool for social networks
What do you like best about the product?
What I like about this platform is that you can program all your publications from a single tool without having to use different programs to do the same job. It is really easy to use, just with a view of the user interface, you can start programming your publications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the publications that we tried to upload to Facebook could not be published without reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to the use of Sprout Social we have been able to greatly reduce the time we lose in the creation and publication of content on social networks.

The use of Sprout Social does not require any additional or advanced information to be able to use it in the best way, which makes it different from the rest of the competition.
Easiest, Most Intuitive Scheduler
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it gives you the option to crop photos to fit each of the social platforms within the tool and lets you know when you've done something incorrectly per channel.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am pretty happy with the tool. When comparing channels side-by-side, the analytics could be a little easier to read (comparing channel to channel, right now it's set up to show a cumulative effort)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use to get great analytics on social without pulling it from each channel. Saves a ton of time by doing a mass schedule of content rather than scheduling live. Social listening is nice too.
Saves lots of time and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how through SproutSocial you can schedule multiple posts at once and all in advanced. In one sitting, it allows you to plan a week, month, or years of social media posts. It is so easy to use and it links Facebook, Instagram and Twitter and other platforms together so that you can choose to post all at one and have them all consistent! It so easy to use and allows organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I do not like is the cost, it is a bit pricey especially when you want to add more users. It is worth it because of how great the software is and beneficial it is.

With Sprout Social, our magazine is able to efficiently organize and schedule all our social media posts on all various platforms.
