Best social media management tool out there!
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is amazing. The most robust social media management tool I've seen out there. It has plenty of user permissions to keep your team organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is a little steep, but you get what you pay for. There are discounts for nonprofits and paying in full.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficient social media scheduling and moderating
Simple-to-use social listening tool
What do you like best about the product?
Sproutsocial is a user-friendly tool for scheduling and responding to content across a variety or social channels and connecting many different accounts, should it be required. It is easy to schedule content, drag and drop and determine which pages you wish for the content to post from. It is also easy to read and respond to comments without having to switch between different social accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few challenges that I face when using this tool are: occasionally one of my accounts will disconnect from the tool, without any reason as to why. This has happened a number of times and requires logging directly into Facebook or another social channel to reconnect it. At this point, it would be quicker to post directly from that platform. Secondly, it is challenging to locate a comment or a post once you have marked it as "complete". There is no easy way to search between your different pages that are connected to the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing over 100 social accounts in one place, easily scheduling and keeping track of content, responding to customer feedback via this one tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sprout Social is a solid tool for managing many social media accounts in one place. It allows for full social listening capabilities, along with scheduling content and managing responses. There are a few challenges with connectivity across the platforms that I have encountered, but I would definitely recommend this product to assist in keeping all social listening in one place.
Saves time
What do you like best about the product?
Since using sprout I have been much more efficient with the time I spend on managing our accounts. I don't think there is a ton of functionality that you can't get from each social channel by default (ie scheduling posts, saving drafts) but the ability to manage it all in one dashboard is a big win.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there is most likely some functionality that I am missing out on. I would have benefited from a more thorough onboarding process of some kind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling posts. Managing sentiment across channels. Increasing engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to post to all platforms at once and to schedule posts in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like that I can't post to Instagram stories, and that all of my facebook posts get put into one facebook photo library.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to plan content out in advance and to work remotely from my phone.

I love the availability to post to Instagram and how fast the posts go through via publishing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to do multiple picture posts through the app. Not able to respond directly or like Instagram posts/comments directly from our message dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes posting on weekends or early in the day very early. I love being able to like Facebook posts and respond directly from sprout.
Works pretty flawlessly
What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social to schedule posts for the month and it automatically posts to all our social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is very nitpicky, but as I am scheduling posts for the next month, I have to keep going from today's date in the calendar over to the next month. It would be cool if once I started scheduling in November (for December), the app would remember that so I don't have to go back and forth
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's just me doing marketing here so actually posting and tracking posts and replies would take up half my time without this app. The analytics are also very helpful!
An essential for Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to schedule posts in advance. There is no better feeling than scheduling content a month in advance and knowing it will be posted on the correct platforms. I also love how it streamlines the messages people send to my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a while, Sprout Social had issues with posts. I received multiple failed post notifications within several weeks. That was frustrating, but it seems as though they have remedied that problem. I wish the Instagram story schedule feature actually scheduled the stories. Currently, it just sends a notification when it is time to post instead of actually posting it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned before, there was an issue with failed posts, but it has been remedied.
Excellent Social Media Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes it easy for our team to see multiple channels of inbound social media comments, posts, tags, and mentions. The filtering is a nice feature and is easy for anyone on our team to use - from manager to rep.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every now and then some of the UI has a hiccup but the support team is always very quick to assist, and they are very good at messaging about planned downtime.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solve the problem of immense inbound mentions and posts, and we are able to reply to posts and address them without our reps having to log in to multiple pages. Multiple reps can manage multiple pages in real time. We use Sprout for both our marketing teams and our customer support team efforts in social media.

We love Sprout and we don't know what we would do without it. Go crazy, probably? haha

What do you like best about the product?
There is a very good interaction with customers and consumers as publications are made about the innovations that the company makes, apart from that it is a very good way to carry out accurate advertising and even facilitates the planning of advertising campaigns, it definitely They get very good results when using this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it should allow the ease of editing and recreating a publication that can be exported on all social networks that are handled at once, instead of being one by one, it would save a lot of time, of course for those companies that only have A social network this will not be a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly it works to improve the capacities that are possessed to realize publications in the social networks, something that seems to be simple but in reality it needs time dedication and concentration, with this tool it is possible to multiply the results obtained through this world that are the networks social, on the other hand, everything is correctly exposed with respect to the brand, mission, vision and even the target audience, in order to capture much more public, which is why, it reaches a point where they are handled different social networks at the same time, for example, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter among others, and Sprout Social allows you to manage them all together in the same application.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It totally justifies its price, if in your company you do not use it yet, I advise you not to waste your time, this is the software that will optimize your management and will facilitate you much more the use of social networks, which however easy it may seem you need A lot of time and a lot of planning.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly easy to schedule organic social posts. The reporting dashboard is also very helpful to uncover additional insights about how our audience has been engaging with our business profiles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Aside from scheduling a content calendar, it's difficult to learn to use many of the other available tools. We found it challenging to learn how to use the monitoring capabilities of sprout social especially when it came to monitoring our competitors.

Sprout Social makes it easy to schedule all your monthly social posts across our social media profiles. This has helped us better use our time and worry less about keeping our post frequency consistent.
