You can combine multiple social networks in one application.
What do you like best about the product?
With this application I stay active on all my social networks, I can make comments and publish it at the same time on different social networks, this helps me save time to share more with my family, allows me to interact at the same time on facebook, linkedin , twitter, google, and so instead of opening each application separately, with social sprout I access all of them from the same place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Facebook, linkedin, instagram, twiter, are the applications that I can have active with a single click, when I log in to social sprout, I can see the comments you have in my publications on all these social networks and answer them all from the same site, I could not say something that I do not like, because until now it has worked very well for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Weekly send a report to the mail where you can view the history of activities performed in each application, and stay up to date with everything, has helped me save time in my day to day.
Great social media management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the smart inbox and seeing everything in once place. With the addition of the bulk mode, managing community is very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the analytics were more customizable and the tag report was more thorough. I don't just want to see how many messages were sent when I compare tags, I would like to compare performance as well. Or in the sent messages report, it would be helpful to add notes about the post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use sprout mostly for community management and monitoring. I also use it for scheduling and analytics.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a very simple and intuitive platform. My only complaint is that the analytics aren't always accurate and I wish I could plug in my own formulas or notes about each post.
It has the capabilities but they're not all there
What do you like best about the product?
The analytics portion. It's all we basically use it for but I love how simple it is to be able to create an account for one of our clients and we're able to have several under our account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only one user can be under the same account, otherwise, if someone logs in with the same account the previous user gets kicked off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gathers all the data we need to report for our clients.

It is a very easy way to interact in all my social networks, it is great to be able to make a comment and post it on Facebook, instagram, twiter at the same moment and see the comments of all of them in the same application.

I'm very pleased, nothing negative to reference, so far I've done very well with the application, it helps me save time, to stay active on all my social networks, I can make a publication and make it public on all my networks at the same time and see all your comments in one place, without having to open so many pages, all in one place, social sprout.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to combine multiple social networks into one program to be able to connect with customers on multiple platforms.

So far I have not come across anything I do not like it is very user friendly.

It’s allowing us to be able to reply to all of the comments on all of our social media is one place rather than having to login and out of multiple accounts.

I love how youre able to track any pending messages and/or assign them to a team member.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to link all social media accounts for local locations as well as see our national locations' scheduled posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do have issues with accounts disconnecting which makes it difficult to do monthly reports if one platform is disconnected for too long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Duplicating posts and scheduling them for multiple times is extremely helpful for saving time.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is generally user friendly. If you've used another scheduling platform before you'll likely be able to guide yourself through it with little training.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have as many functions as i'd like. You can't tag people on LinkedIn, or any page on Facebook. You have to manually go into the platforms themselves to do some things and that's really inconvienient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to have all reporting in one place is really helpful. It also allows you to engage across platforms really easily. It's convenient to have all of these functions in one place as opposed to going into each social platform natively and performing these tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be aware that there are certain things that you'll be unable to do within the platform. You may have to go back and forth between your Sprout and social platforms to accomplish everything you're trying to get done.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social can scale and grow with your organization. I've recommended Sprout to clients of mine when I've run my own agency and currently use it in-house for our marketing team. It's easy to use and I especially like the reporting and the ability to assign tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a great tool and solves my needs. I have nothing to add here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used Sprout Social for many years and across different organizations. Currently, the solution works incredibly well for our team of 4 distributed users. I've also used Sprout when I've managed a social media team of more than 40. There are other tools out there, but for the price and features, I recommend reviewing Sprout Social.
Great publishing platform!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the customized reporting and tagging of messages. I also really love the "canned resposnes" feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had a few glitches with the platform

Sprout has saved me time managing 500+ business locations and publishing content to all of these pages.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great platform that is affordable and offers lots of advanced features that some competitors offer at a much higher price! There's also a lot of insights available quickly and in easy to understand graphs and charts.
