Great tool for Social Accounts

What do you like best about the product?
SproutSocial permits me to publish on various platforms using the Queue button. This is wise software application and understands when to publish the contents and the more active your fans are the much better the algorithm. The item offers you with limitless developments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want I might leave some posts in the day-to-day line. To be more accurate, I can barely sit up upcoming posts. However on the other hand, this function is extremely useful and reliable for keeping an eye on my posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting to social media on a roll. I am able to due thiss very easily

What do you like best about the product?
The analytics are easy to read and understand. It doesn't take a social media guru to fully understand it. Clients who don't know much about social media understand the analytics when presented.
They also have charts, etc. to visually show.
What do you dislike about the product?
Design was a bit too "young" and there were a lot of sections/tabs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to pull up analytics right away, during certain dates.
Easy to see who follows us and who engages with us.

What do you like best about the product?
Makes scheduling tweets super easy. Makes it easy to view scheduled posts and to schedule from within a tab.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can sometimes make doing simple stuff — such as scheduling tweets — a pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not many. We really don't use Sprout Social to its fullest so this review may not be entirely accurate.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the smart inbox because it allows me to field all messages, mentions, likes and any other interaction happening on my social media platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
They can be a bit pricey if you aren't a big organization. It would be helpful if they had more customizable pricing plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Their reporting feature has helped me out a lot with tracking social media growth and reporting back to clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Intuitive, informative, and time saving tool. Sprout is a great pick when it comes to managing several social media platforms at once and saves a lot of time by giving you all the necessary analytics, scheduling, and messaging features in one place.

Best social media management & integrated analytics tool

What do you like best about the product?
Definitely, the smart inbox is Sprout Social's defining feature. It allows you to manage private messages, mentions, likes and every kind of interaction happening on your social media profiles timelines. The smart inbox is customizable and can be "splitted" into several different ones depending on your needs.
More: setup is so easy and intuitive you don't even have to read manuals or handbooks at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
They haven't fully integrated the "deep listening" feature into the platform. Also, the Gravatar function (you need to use an external WordPress-based platform to create something as simple as your profile photo, which is annoying when you have large groups of community managers who don't want to create a Gravatar, etc.).
Another small thing I dislike is the fact that you have to upload images one at the time, when you attach them to tweets or posts you're sending through Sprout Social. It's a bit annoying when compared to its general user-friendly and easiness structure and functioning.
Last, the Search Content function only provides content in English, but it's a beta feature so I don't mind. Useful, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media as CRM management.
Social media management.
Analytics integration (with Google Analytics).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Strongly recommended if you want to manage large social media communities and use social media as customer service channels.

Sprout Saves So Much Time

What do you like best about the product?
I balance a large portfolio of clients, and scheduling social media posts is a large part of what I do everyday. The Sprout Social interface is simple, easy-to-use, and I can easily switch between clients. We've used other programs in the past and have experienced a lot of issues. In the past 3 months we haven't experienced a single issue with Sprout!
What do you dislike about the product?
I frequently post articles and reports to personal LinkedIn pages, and I unfortunately can't get reports on these pages from Sprout. Fingers crossed that this is coming soon!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a publishing platform that consistently worked (check!) and generates clear, easy-to-understand reports (check!) Our team has saved some time and elbow grease as well :)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend Sprout.

What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite features is the listening option. You need to pay extra for this, but it is AMAZING!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit confusing, it doesn't have the best interface, but it isn't terrible. Keep in mind I've grown up with technology. For somebody not as experienced it would be a headache.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling posts and being able to have it do social listening for us!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great affordable option and has amazing features that can really help with social media. It is nice to have everything all in one dashboard. It is especially nice now that you can have it post to instagram for you! When they changed instagram, it did not allow third party apps to post for you. However with that new change it is everything you could need!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the robust reporting in Sprout Social. They are also very helpful with onboarding and assisting every one with getting up to speed on the account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike some of the small nuances that come with scheduling, but really have not had any problems that are within their control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to schedule content and see how it is performing. The benefits are huge in previewing content and the analytics that we pull out of the social media platform.

Get in their agency program if applicable!

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout social is the best social media scheduler there is. It brings in messaging, content curation, approvals, reposting and works with every platform. Most other's don't even compare. Also, their analytics tops the native ones provided by the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had the feed planning feature for Instagram on the desktop also AUTO POST. I schedule content so i don't have to worry about it later. Also, add overall engagement rate!!!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media scheduling, content curation (thank god for the feedly integration) and approvals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I 100% recommend sprout social to any social media manager looking to implement a software.

Managing Social Accounts Efficiently with Sprout Social

What do you like best about the product?
The convenience of managing different social media accounts in one platform. Analytics/reports for the different social media accounts are also readily available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to manually tag accounts/people on Facebook because that cannot be managed through Sprout Social.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to schedule posts for different social platforms is extremely useful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely recommend it for ease of managing different social accounts, especially for a big corporation!
