Smart Inbox Keeps Conversations Organized in an Intuitive, Beautiful Interface
What do you like best about the product?
What I liked most was the Smart Inbox. Sprout centralizes everything in a very clear way and lets you mark messages as completed, which helps me stay on top of conversations. The interface also looks good and feels nice to use. Overall, it’s intuitive software that makes work easier and isn’t cumbersome.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the learning curve for the social listening aspect feels a bit steep, and it can take some effort to get comfortable with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves problems with reporting, especially since Sprout reports are now so professional that we can send them directly to the client and they look great. Furthermore, collaboration has improved, and errors have been eliminated. In short, it’s a good platform, and it was worth the investment.
The Intelligence Hub: Elevating Our Social Strategy with Presentation -Ready Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
What sets Sprout Social apart is the seamless integration between social listing publishing and deep level analytics. I particularly when you the smart inbox which centralizes all incoming messages and mention into a single stream, ensuring our engagement team never misses a critical conversations. The reporting suite is another stand out feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most significant hurdle is the pricing structure which can feel quite step for smaller teams or agencies when compared to mid market alternatives like Hootsuite. I have also noticed that the social listing tools, while incredibly powerful require a fair amount of manual curi tuning to ensure you aren't catching too much irrelevant noise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social has solve our "data silo" problem bhai providing a unified view of our engagement and reach across all major network. It has eliminated the friction of manual reporting as the automatic reports ensure that our business partnership results are delivered to the team every Monday morning without fail.
Innovative AI Features, Seamless Social Management
What do you like best about the product?
I think the AI assist feature looks very cool to me. The UTM coding along with each social caption is a great advantage. It also has a video and image editing tool which marketers can use. The integration with Google My Business is impressive as it allows me to reschedule my posts there, which is not available on many other platforms. I think the feature of pinning my first comment on LinkedIn is also an added advantage. I can share stories through this tool, a feature that other platforms don't really have. These features are great, and they help me align my posts and plan my campaigns better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only area for improvement would be their AI functionality; it needs to be a little better. It's just in a nascent stage where they have just introduced the AI into their tool. But I think it can be far better, and they could have their own platform where they use different kinds of codings and stuff from the Internet, rather than relying on a tool called chat activity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to schedule posts, customize them for each country, and write better captions with AI. It helps identify what posts audiences like and prefer, aligning my social media strategy.
A Practical Way to Track Social Performance without Platform Hopping, it Makes Tracking Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social makes it much easier to understand how social accounts performing over time. I mainly use it review engagement, impression, and audience growth across multiple platforms in one place. The performance summaries and graphs help spot trends quickly, especially when comparing networks day by day without switching tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features take time to fully understand, particularly when setting up reports for the first time. Certain advanced insights are only available on higher plans, which nay not be necessary for every team. It's not difficult to use, but it does require some onboarding time to get the most value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social solves the problem of managing and analyzing social media performance across different platforms work. By centralizing analytics and engagement data, it reduces manual tracking and reporting work. This helps make performance reviews more efficient and supports clearer decisions based on consistent data instead of assumptions.
Efficient for Social Support, Needs Better Filtering
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I don't need to log into multiple platforms because Sprout Social is integrated with our client tool. It monitors keywords, allows cases to be automatically assigned to the right queue and language, which can improve our response rate. I appreciate the ability to leave internal notes. I also enjoy the conversation history feature and how it gathers all comments in one place, making it easier to see the entire conversation without checking the social platform separately. This helps us avoid repetitive responses and allows us to pick up conversations from the middle, which is especially helpful when the volume of interactions increases. It also helps us understand the context within one thread so we can offer more personalized and better responses, improving the support experience. Additionally, the setup of Sprout Social is intuitive, even though we initially experienced some access errors that were resolved over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
More accuracy when cases are generated is needed - even though we have a set of keywords, many non-relevant customer replies generate cases for us, including hidden or deleted posts, while other customers that really need support have no case generated. Also, sometimes cases from other queues land with us, which could be improved with a better filtering system. The social replies section is not very easy to navigate, and filtering replies using certain keywords should be improved, especially when using a foreign language. It would help if reply approvers could approve replies within the same integrated tool, without having to open a separate Sprout window. Although we can see thread history, a lot of messages are missed. Lastly, it would be helpful if the Sprout window itself integrated in Salesforce were bigger and not just a quarter of the screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to manage customer interactions without logging into multiple platforms, improving response rates with keyword monitoring and case auto-assignment. It centralizes conversation history, aiding personalized support and reducing repetitive responses.
Effortless Multi-Platform Scheduling and Account Management with Sprout Social
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of Sprout Social is its ability to publish posts across multiple social media platforms and manage multiple accounts at once. I can customize each scheduled post to meet the specific standards of each platform and tailor the content to fit each account. This makes my workflow far more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I previously scheduled posts using Later.com, and there are two features I preferred on that platform compared to Sprout Social.
First, Later allowed me to upload multiple videos and photos into a media library and keep a small archive that I could easily access. I could click on the content I needed and quickly build and schedule multiple posts from that archive. With Sprout, I have to upload a single piece of content, create the entire post, and schedule it before starting a separate upload for a different post. This has required me to significantly adjust my workflow.
Second, Later would automatically adjust file sizes if I accidentally uploaded a video with quality settings that were too high for a platform. On Sprout, the post simply generates an error and fails to publish. In some cases, I am not notified until after the scheduled publish time has already passed. This has become a major issue, especially when I am away from my computer and unable to quickly fix the file.

Sprout has been extremely helpful in organizing all of my posts in one place. I can create tags to categorize each post and separate them in a way that makes it easy to locate specific content, even months later.
I also really value Sprout’s analytics features. Data is one of the most important components of building a successful social media platform. Understanding why certain content performs well and identifying the factors behind its success is essential for continued growth and improvement.

Strong Cross-Platform Tracking and Reporting in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social lets us track performance and key metrics throughout the month across multiple platforms, and it also helps us create reports in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's frustrating that it costs to add another seat for a low-use team member, and the connections to the social accounts are frequently lost and have to be reconnected. It's also difficult to discern the result of paid efforts. And Pinterest metrics aren't imported, so we have to calculate those separately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can see most of our social profiles' performance at a glance and even drill down into specific post performance without having to bounce between native platforms. It's also helpful for tracking competitors' performance and pulling information to report on monthly to the board od directors to show progress made toward our annual social media goals.
Time Saver but Needs Broader Social Listening
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate using Sprout Social for monitoring our brand's share of voice through social listening and publishing content across various channels. I like that it allows me to monitor any mention of our brand on Instagram and saves time on publishing. I find the ability to publish universally across all major social platforms incredibly valuable, as it saves a significant amount of time, especially when planning content weeks in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Publishing could use more options like the AI toggle, especially for those of us in the AI industry. Social listening, while powerful for Instagram and YouTube, is very lacking for TikTok and Facebook where a large chunk of our audience is as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for monitoring our brand's social presence and for publishing across channels. It saves me time by monitoring mentions on Instagram and simplifying content scheduling across platforms.
Reliable and Helpful Social Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The platform makes it very easy to coordinate all of your social platforms and post. For my organization, we use LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and BlueSky, and it is very easy to write one post for a certain platform, then duplicate it and adjust it for another platform. You can also schedule your posts for the future easily. The platform is also very reliable - I have never had an issue with a scheduled post not delivering.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the platform offered more reporting capabilities at the basic level. The data reporting offered is very minimal, but to get access to more data, you have to pay 10x the price. For Instagram, Sprout Social also doesn't count a lot of the engagements Instagram does (Reposts, Post Collabs, Likes on Stories), making the engagement Sprout Social reports significantly less than what you are actually receiving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Sprout Social to post on all of our social platforms and report performance. Having the ability to collaborate all posts in one platform, rather than having to go to each one individually, is a huge time saver.
