What do you like best about the product?
I love the results/analytics are available. I also love being able to schedule the first comment on the Instagram feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it will let me schedule Instagram posts for one account and only "remind me" for another account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes it will let me schedule Instagram posts for one account and only "remind me" for another account. It's an easier way to track growth within the platform. It helps me organize everything in one platform and Sprout Social organizes it all for me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Best platform you can be using for Social Media Management and Social Media Analytics.

Glitch platform with over-worked support team

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of Sprout is the calendar view of scheduling posts. It makes it easy to see what is scheduled on what day and time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lately we've had to override the image that appears with LinkedIn posts. That is a big hassle when scheduling posts. We have also experienced a delay in receiving service from support. We always get the same answer that you are experiencing high volume. If that is the case, I would think adding additional staff would help both with high volume of questions and help in the speed of getting them resolved. Social is 24/7, an always on channel. People don't have days, weeks or month even to wait for an issue to be solved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly just scheduling posts. We are currently evaluating other platforms to fit our needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can manage multiple social media accounts in Sprout. Being able to see Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. all in one place saves me time and effort. I also like that I can schedule out posts and plan my week.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to have more tools for editing pictures in Sprout so that I can use one picture across different platforms and be able to have if automatically retrofitted to show up correctly across those different platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Sprout saves me time by streamlining my social media marketing efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout's power is in publishing. A great time saver posting on several networks at once. Sprout allows you to customize the post for each individual network with minimal effort. The calendar interface is intuitive, comprehensive, and the built-in image editing tools are a lifesaver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout's monitoring is solid with Twitter but a little lacking with Facebook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout's reporting is key to demonstrating ROI to upper management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's more expensive than Hootsuite, but a great value and a powerful tool.

Great options but could be more user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
I like the post smart timing options, I like the ability to copy and recreate the post on another feed or day, and the ability to edit the photo in the program bc sometimes sizing needs to change. Creating one post and relaying it on different feeds is great and helpful. I love the area for notes in the sections so I can remember to go back and add things or a topic I need there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smart post timing options are almost always the same time each day, and when posts are combined I wish we could have the IG, facebook, twitter go out at different times in the same post instead of have to duplicate and post 3 times to get separate times to send out. Sometimes I create a post on the app and when I go to the desktop it tells me sizing is not working...perhaps a glitch? I hate the layout of the week few, it sucks to scroll to see all 24 hours I wish it could be pulled back where you can see the day or week on the full screen laid out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps organize content and social concepts more easily and plan ahead with all the other tasks at hand. Benefits are organized time and ideas without rushing. More steady and stable content creation.

What do you like best about the product?
Aside from the overall ease of page management, I absolutely LOVE the Sprout Blog! Sprout makes it fun & easy to keep up with industry trends. I'm also absolutely obsessed with the analytics side of things! As a social media manager, it's not always easy to get people to understand the importance of what we do on a daily basis. Having a clean and concise, yet informative report to show REALLY helps the education process!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to see a Facebook or Instagram keyword management option in the near future. Currently, there is only keyword monitoring for Twitter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Message tagging is a HUGE help to pinpoint areas of excellence and areas that could use improvement within my organization.

You simply can't go wrong with this platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is intuitive to use and easy to navigate, allowing my agency to collaborate quickly and in real time, which helps us resource plan with accuracy while navigating social needs from multiple clients simultaneously. The approval workflows are also incredibly helpful, and allows us customize the approval process for each client's preferences.Sprout customer service has also been absolutely fantastic - the chat function is efficient and assistance from customer support is always quick and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an agency, the ability to share a detailed and dynamically-updated calendar of posts with our clients that does not have editing or scheduling permissions would be incredibly helpful. It would also be fantastic to have our clients see only completed posts that are ready for their review, while being able to hide posts that are still in progress or awaiting our internal approval. I would also love to see analytics about when my social audiences are active and engaged on various platforms without having to activate ViralPost and use the queue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is a fantastic time saver that has significantly decreased the editing and turnaround time for my agency and our clients by eliminating version control problems and the need to build complex spreadsheets or PDF approval documents for client review.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
One of the few social management platforms that can isolate clients well for use in an agency setting without a custom enterprise agreement.

What do you like best about the product?
As someone who manages multiple channels across multiple different platforms, I especially appreciate the messages inbox. It's very easy to scroll through incoming messages and assign them to different team members in chronological order.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if the listening tool included more sources from across the web including blogs, reddit, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a team of approximately 10 people all working together on social media, so it would be chaos without Sprout.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to manage multiple Twitter accounts with images. I love the feedback we get and it helps with deciding when I should post. It's very intuitive and easy to manage. I also really like the new feature where you can see how the Tweet will look on the right side of the screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
No spell check and no ability to post on Instagram. I wish I could add more accounts and there was more help with experts on social meeting posting. But mostly I would love spell check because I those mistakes the most often when posting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am finding more followers and listeners to my shows. I am also learning when to best post on Twitter which is super helpful. I only use it for Twitter right now so I cannot speak to other social media platforms.
