Sprout Social Makes Social Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can schedule social media posts, so I don't have to think about it. I like being able to look at my performance vs key competitors in the reporting section. I love seeing which hashtags are performing best. I like being notified in one place for all social media interactions. I love that you can queue posts to auto-fill content gaps. I love the calendar layout of the scheduled posts. I love that they have a mobile app that is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can't duplicate a Facebook post to Instagram, so that I have something to start with, even though I know changes need to be made. I hate that I still have to actually post the scheduled post to Instagram vs having it automatically post it. (This is an Instagram limitation vs something wrong with Sprout.) I don't like that I can't geo tag or tag photos for Instagram. I don't like that all of my emojis don't show up in the desktop version of Sprout (again, likely has more to do with my OS than with Sprout). I don't like that I can't see my reporting in the phone app. I don't like that I can't like a comment from an instagram user in the Sprout platform. I can reply to an Instagram user, but I cannot like a comment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's very easy to manage multiple clients' social posting from one place. You can have people approve posts inside the calendar view in Sprout (approval processes), so it just makes it so much easier to manage than sending emails back and forth.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I do really like all the message optimizers provided by Coschedule, but they seem a bit more difficult to use, and there price is a LOT higher.
Sprout Social: A Savvy Solution
What do you like best about the product?
This platform makes it easy to manage several social media sites simultaneously. It's like an updated version of HootSuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had some support issues, but nothing that couldn't be handled relatively quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I manage social media for multiple clients, using Sprout Social to take care of one client's social accounts across the board has been helpful, rather than logging into each site separately every time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's like an updated version of HootSuite, so if you're familiar with that platform, you might like this.

Ease of use and comprehensive analytics are spectacular.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s easy to accidentally post to the wrong account or platform if you aren’t paying attention!

Great social media management tool for greater than 3 platforms
What do you like best about the product?
The reporting tool is fantastic. It links to Google Analytics seamlessly. The customer support is fantastic as well. They helped in creating social media goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I dislike about Sprout Social. I would say price point is on the higher end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to schedule different posts tasks for the week and less time-consuming. Informs about latest trends.
Accomplishes the basics but not very powerful
What do you like best about the product?
Dashboard and reports are intuitive and visual. Great for someone looking for high level statistics
What do you dislike about the product?
The publishing calendar isn't very intuitive. Doesn't show past posts very well. Post drafting and scheduling functionalities could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is supposed to be a tool to streamline our social media posts but it lacks certain features like LinkedIn tagging or Twitter link previews so sometimes I end up having to post on the native app anyway.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a good tool if you are a super light social user. If you plan on spending more than two hours a day in here, you should get something stronger that is more tightly integrated with the native apps and has more robust reports

Big potencial, many options and most of my clientes use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not easy to understand at the beggining.

More and better results in data and statistics, so we can deliver the results with more and efficient data.

Is a good platform, at the begging is hard to understand.

I like how easy it is to manage different social media platforms and pull social analytic reports for various clients.

I dislike how easy it can be to accidentally schedule the same post among different social platforms.

I'm solving the capability of scheduling posts and giving clients extensive analytics for their different social portals.

It is an easy-to-use platform if you need to schedule and pull social media analytics.

I really enjoy the social media 'inbox' that pulls all your social accounts together per client

The pricing could be a little more competitive since tools such as hootsuite are much less expensive

i LOVE sprout! i think it's such a great way to get through your tasks and figure out what needs replying, managing etc

when people write in with complaints it's easy to quickly manage
