Great for managing social channels
What do you like best about the product?
Love the great user experience for our customers and admins. Very easy to add new accounts and users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting features aren’t as detailed as what you can get in-platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing social profiles for our clients and getting content approved easily. The workflows make this process a lot easier!
Sprout Social has turned our social media around
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything we need falls into one dashboard. I can upload to a media library, schedule across all our platforms, track analytics, create bots, listen to conversations and much more. Something else we use is the ability to target organic audiences on Facebook and LinkedIn as well as boosting posts through Facebook. Sprout has changed how ENA conducts social media for the better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how you navigate around the Listening tab. It's a little confusing when trying to filter through words and switching back and forth between messages, analytics, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the problems we've solved is a lack of engagement. Because Sprout suggests the best time to post each day, we know when our followers are most active on each of our profiles so we know when to post to get the most impressions, reach and engagement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure you work with a Sprout Social representative to ensure you know how to use every tool at your disposal. We're still learning a lot as we go and work with Sprout Social to ensure we're using the entire dashboard to the best of our abilities. Our social media has made significant progress that wouldn't be possible without their help.
Time is Money, But Sprout Social Helps You Save Both
What do you like best about the product?
We use Sprout Social as an agency exclusively for its auto scheduling ability and content calendar for our clients. It allows us to sit down, come up with a plan and automate tasks as much as we can. Additionally, we use the auto reports section to send weekly reports to our clients that are auto generated so we save time, and in the long turn, money!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Sprout Social allowed us to turn off all marketing promotion email to our customers. Soliciting them should be something we can "turn off". Additionally, I wish there was more flexibility with the package options for Agencies. One additional problem is that the notifications don't always work properly in the app, so we have to rely on being logged into desktop during normal business hours for notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The Agency account is completely worth it if your looking to get the best bang for your buck. You can still charge clients for access by building it into their package or charging them separately. It helps keep all your clients in one spot without needing multiple logins!
Awesome social engagement software
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is a fraction of the price of Sprinklr, but proves more powerful in many ways generating social analytics for our executives effectively and quickly while allowing the care team to provide near-time responses to our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
One, long stream of DMs and Comments with no real way to categorize them or segment them into columns or assign a Sentiment, Case number or Customer number
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are on boarding with Sprinklr currently, because there was no way to categorize or assign our inbound volume. We love Sprout, though.

Flag, categorize and assign inbound volume to other users in the environment. That’s it!
Excellent Tool for tracking Instagram metrics!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy to access data analytics and the ability to pull Instagram story metrics in bulk over time
What do you dislike about the product?
Custom report PDF export cannot be customized further. We have had some discrepancy issues, but mainly due to the API access. Borders added to images means we must customize with the tool to ensure proper formatting when scheduled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quicker monthly reporting and the ability to dig into data by post

If you need more than dashboard metrics, Sprout is great partner
Simple tool with baller returns
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout's algorithm tool is magic. Not only have we seen an overall increase in traffic, we have also seen distinct differences in our types of posts. This helps us easily interpret what our audience wants (and doesn't want). The features are also intuitive. We had a month-long transition period between Sprout and another tool. I didn't need it. After using Sprout on the first day, I was hooked. We switched for good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to do a bulk upload for the queue. I'd like to be able to upload lots of content at once, such as a group of photos that I can queue out over days or weeks. One specific example is sharing our publications on Pinterest. I know we can't bulk upload to Pinterest, but I would love to bulk upload to Sprout and then queue it up. (Or maybe this totally already exists and I just don't know how. haha)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our traffic has doubled at least. That's just crazytown. It has also reduced the time it takes to manage individual platforms, allowing us to use more platform and reach different audiences in the same amount of time. That's seriously legit.

Try it. You'll know right away if you like it or not.
Great all-in-one social media management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to get accurate reporting and information about my social accounts to help me know what strategies are succeeding and which ones are not.
What do you dislike about the product?
As much as I love the reporting there are reports I wish could be added in. Instagram is a major focus of our social media efforts and I would love a report that is a bit more robust with information like average likes per post, average comments per post etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before getting Sprout once a month I would spend half a day to a full day going and pulling data from my social media accounts and analyzing it. With Sprout I have cut that time to two hours and is so very helpful when I am doing my monthly and quarterly analysis.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It was word of mouth that turned me onto Sprout in the first place so talk with people that use it the way you want to use it to make sure it fits your company and your budget.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the interface of Sprout and how user-friendly it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is when it comes to bulk uploading. There is yet to be an efficient way that allows the user to customize a post. Changing the link preview image, for example, is unable to be done when bulk scheduling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has made reporting on my clients as easy as it can be. The list of benefits is endless. It's a must-have for anyone who works with social media.

Sprout has been amazing in getting reporting to my clients without taking much time away from my day.
Efficient and organized tool for social.
What do you like best about the product?
Reporting tools are great ways to measure success and monitor the competition.
What do you dislike about the product?
Stories in Instagram need to be posted on the Instagram app. Sometimes I lose posts midway through due to an error. Would like a tool to create short videos.

Batching posts allows for consistent messaging and a perfect way to keep everything in order, organized and efficient!
Love Sprout Social for all our Social Media Needs
What do you like best about the product?
We use sprout for all of our Social Media scheduling, some analytics, and have even working with the Sprout team to try and solve issues we have had with team assignment. We love the dogs ease of being able to share across multiple social sites with ease, follow all of our pages in one place, and the fact that they offer task assignment and analytics! Not to mention awesome customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is more than we can justify for the size of our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run multiple pages in the hospitality business and need to be able to monitor, post, watch reviews, and assign tasks to different members of our team. Sprout has the capabilities to put all of that one one platform! And With an awesome app.

I love sprout! And, if you are considering an excellent social monitoring, posting, and dev tool, and can afford it, it will change your business for the better!
