Great tool to monitor social channels
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is a great tool to use for Social Media monitoring and for scheduling one off posts. The streaming view of social media mentions that comes in and can be segmented by several different accounts/categories is very easy to read and being able to mark posts as "complete" and hiding them makes it much less cluttered than some systems I have used. The reporting is also very intuitive. The way that the reporting is visualized makes it easy for me to understand changes in my account much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of a bulk upload feature (I have to use Hootsuite to upload lists of tweets I create from data dumps) is really a bummer. That feature is one that I use extensively to push out large amounts of content to one of my social accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helped me to monitor social mentions coming in and to respond in real time without having to actually go on any of my accounts. It has saved me a lot of time compared to running through twitter and facebook notifications on the native site. Reporting has also made it much easier to figure out what content is performing best and how my accounts are performing.

What do you like best about the product?
I Love that Sprout provides detailed analysis reports, the reps are very responsive, and the tool is extremely easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Sprout doesn't automatically publish to Instagram
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving Community Management for various brands and an added benefit is the analysis reports have helped us to gather our quarterly reports to send to clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sign up for the month to month subscription if you're using for another client in case the client decides to move in another direction.

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduler tool for Instagram and Twitter make social publishing a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout is a little glitchy and sometimes the reports pull incorrect information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Need to schedule specifically for Instagram use for clients, especially at optimal posting time like at night and on weekends.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try out other software like Hootsuite, Later, and TailWind first. Get the demo of each and see what you like best. They're all very different but do the same thing.
Best Social Media Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The discovery tool is unparalleled in it's ability to seek out conversations about your brand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the tagging features don't really sell me, but I may just use it differently than others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Definitely reputation management and the urgency to stay on top of tasks like scheduling. The discovery tool is sort of the icing on the cake.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just get it. Their customer service is some of the best i've seen with a tech company.

I love being able to schedule posts ahead of time across of our social media channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Sprout could post directly to Instagram. They recently added functionality to schedule & use push notifications for scheduling which is better than it was previously, but I'm hopeful for added functionality in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to implement a social media strategy across channels and ensure that our messaging is cohesive. It's really helpful to schedule posts for multiple days on the calendar and to be able to schedule so far in to the future.

Definitely worth investigating!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can have multiple team members working on a clients social accounts at the same time. Teamwork is very valuable and helps team members work together on small and large projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scheduler. There are a few confusing items with it, and we wish there was the ability to bulk upload multiple messages at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Merging our accounts for our communications and social media teams.

I think that Sprout is an amazing tool to use because it gives you deep insights into your social media and posts! I love that it is so user friendly!

The is actually nothing that I don't like about Sprout!

We are able to analyze engagement per post and see when we have new followers or when followers leave.

DO IT! It is great!

Not the best social listening tool. Would also like to see the tool take a deeper look at analytics.

Using Sprout
What do you like best about the product?
I mostly like that I can see the analytics of our users as well as how our social media is performing over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is not very much that I find dislikeable with Sprout. That's a good thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We felt we needed to enhance our social media presence even more, and we knew we needed to track what was working and what was not, in terms of popular content and posting during ideal times of day. Sprout helped us with that.

That they don't offer organic analytics in a pdf or add choose certain posts for analytics

Who to reach and when to post. The benefits is that I can use the program easily.
