Effective in campaigning event
What do you like best about the product?
We created profile overlays for Facebook
What do you dislike about the product?
Using it wasn't completely into this. I did have to do some searching online find tutorials to know how to set it up. But once I found that it was pretty easy to do and to maintain after that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We got the word out to wh community about an event and saw a big response. Sprout helped with that.
I really enjoyed the simplicity of SproutSocial
What do you like best about the product?
I loved how it was convenient to access all clients accounts at once with the click of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like that you are unable to post more than one image when posting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly saving time and energy and being able to preschedule everything.

Very easy to use. Will save you a lot of time

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use. I also love the "reporting" feature where you can look at all of your data for your social media pages. I used that feature a lot to figure out which of our content did the best and what did not.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess the only thing I would say I dislike is that you can only have a maximum number of social pages connect to you account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling posts for clients. It is so much easier knowing you have your content in there ready to go instead of having to create it and publish it in real time.

Definitely take advantage of the "reporting" tool!
Great social media tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that sprout social is fast, responsive, and allows you to post across several platforms. The queue is clean and easy to see what post you have posted next. I also love the dashboard and that it shows your audience demographics, recent followers, average response rate, and impressions. It's more than just social media posting management, it's also great for measurement and analytics. It's well organized and easy to teach to newbies.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't connect Instagram or Pinterest, which is sad because of the popularity of these two platforms. Although it's easy to use, I feel Hootsuite may be easier. I also wish there was a preview function to preview posts before you schedule.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes social publishing easy. You can plan your posts for the week and see them all visually in one queue. You can assign more than one administrator to an account so everyone can have their own accounts. It also gives a good overview for new followers and impressions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try other social media management platforms when you're looking for one to use. Sprout Social is great and user-friendly but may not have all the functionality everyone wants. IT also may be more a bit expensive compared to other social media management sites. You should have no problem learning how to use it though.

I like that it integrates all of my social networks into one feed so that it makes it easy to respond to our community and to keep track of what has been taken care of.

I dislike that it doesn't post content direct to Instagram and the high fee to add other users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Sprout Social to distribute organic content, and report on our social network success. It has helped us do this easily with it's automation tools.
Great for Community Management
What do you like best about the product?
The smart inbox makes responding to comments and messages for multiple pages a breeze. I love that I can go through and just hit the "c" button to mark things that don't need a response as complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an "undo" button - sometimes I'm going through and accidentally hit "c" when I didn't mean to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes community management easy with an all-in-one hub.

What do you like best about the product?
There are several things that I like best about Sprout, but mostly the ability to publish or schedule content to multiple channels including Instagram, and the RSS feed which provides me truly applicable content to my industry (this is an area that I have experienced shortcomings with the other service I previously used.) I am a one-woman show for my employer, so time doesn't allow me to dig into the analytics and reports as much as I'd like, but when I do have the time, I love them! They are really insightful!
What do you dislike about the product?
I had to give this some thought because nothing easily came to mind. I think maybe some follow-up training to help me use more aspects of the app, and use it more efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding applicable content for Twitter, publishing to multiple channels effectively, finding industry leaders to engage with, tracking interactions with our followers (which is huge).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sprout Social will help you effectively manage your brand, while costing less some other options. Yes, it is more money than some other options, too, but those less expensive options will not give you the power that Sprout Social will. For us, it was a perfect balance.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how much data I am able to get from Sprout Social reporting. It helps me understand what content does well and why it is doing so well. :)
And the scheduling is so easy to use for all levels of users so it makes collaborating with teammates super easy.

I am not sure I have much to dislike about Sprout Social; however, I would love it if more features were offered without being behind a pay wall.

I am using it to manage our full ecomm presence on social media.
Strong, but Getting Pricey
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is one of the best platforms for engagement and moderation. Easy and simple to use, but lots of powerful things under the hood.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few UI things need to be updated from their older version but I know they're working on it. :) Their content publishing section is a bit confusing and non-intuitive. We only use it for the reports and engagement side, not publishing.

Helps us manage the E&M for our clients.
Sprout Social Wins with Clean UI and Simple Usability
What do you like best about the product?
When considering all the social media management platforms we decided on Sprout Social because of it's clean UI and its simplicity to use. We never worry about clients being able to use and understand Sprout Social quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social is more expensive than most of the other social media management solutions, but we feel the cost is justified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage and monitor all of our clients social media using Sprout Social. We also produce monthly reports using their internal analytics.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't let the higher price point scare you. The reporting alone is well worth it (and included).
